John Ingle (Edward Quartemaine) is supposed to pop up soon.
Maurice Benard admitted recently that he wouldn't mind seeing what Sonny's life would be like outside of the mob, without all the power.
Jane Elliot (Tracy Quartermaine) will be used in a stronger way, according to Frank Valetini.
I can only hope that with the Joe Jr. storyline, Sonny's finished with the mob for good. And so should Jason. Besides that Ron Carlivati can't really write mob stories, it's gotten really tired too. There are such so many stories you can tell. It would be welcoming if Sonny choses to leave the mob behind him. For good!
I hope John Ingle is better then. I missed Edward. Will be great to see him again. Maybe now the way is free for some Q story.
So is Jax back in the picture? Josslyn being sick and Jerry supposedly back in town should make it possible.
I don't really want to see Lulu pregnant.

Especially in light of having careers and if either or both are tied into the search for Robin/helping Patrick. The differences in how each was brought up could provide some interesting backstory to build on. Could be funny too, if they allow it...

I find it interesting that there are no drops on Maxie, Mac and Felicia. I figured with KS coming back, they would make Maxie and Felicia go a few rounds.
ahanshew-Like you I think that IR's Jax against LW's Carly is the best match for both characters and actors. Sebastian Roche always struck me as a "James Bond" type villian. JL's last air date as Maxie is, I believe, August 10th. It's kind of hard to see where they'll slot KS into the mix at this juncture...
Meanwhile, Kristina and Trey are taking their relationship public, despite the fact that he continues to keep secrets about his father, Joe Scully (a.k.a. Sonny's arch-nemesis). Sonny is none too happy about Trey, and you can look forward to a confrontation in a BOXING ring between Overprotective Dad and Prospective Boyfriend. Sonny's got more than Trey on his mind, though. He's thinking about asking Kate to marry him!
It's not going to be a good week for John McBain. After he attacks Todd in retaliation for sending Natalie the photo of him and Sam kissing, he finds himself arrested for assault. Look for Sam to beg Alexis to represent him in court. Meanwhile, Sam's feelings for McBain will complicate matters as she and Jason must decide whether they want to move forward with their marriage... or get a divorce.
Lulu finds herself sick this week... but is it sickness or something else? Maxie starts to wonder if her best friend could be pregnant, and by the end of the week, Lulu is taking a pregnancy test.
Olivia wakes up seeing some disturbing visions, and Joe Scully Jr. proposes an alliance with Johnny. Uh-oh. That might not be good for Sonny.

GH: Victor, Jr., is snatched! ---
Rumorville: Heather leaves FernCliff and heads straight to Llanview where she seeks out Tea Delgado's expertise as an attorney. Heather tells Tea she owes her for saving "Victor Jr" . Apparently, Tea refuses, so Heather decides to snatch "Victor Jr." to force Tea to help her.
Tea contacts John McBain for help, who soon realizes the woman that saved Tea's baby is Heather Webber and that both Tea's baby and Sam's baby were in the shed with Heather the night Sam gave birth!
Todd panics but stops short of confessing to Carly.
John and Sam are soon on the trail of Heather Webber.
Trey convinces Kristina to marry him. Believing that Alexis will not support her decision, Kristina opts to take Trey up on his offer to elope to Atlantic City.
Starr realizes that Trey has sinister motives where Kristina is concerned and shares her fears with Michael.
Kate accepts Sonny's marriage proposal infuriating Connie. Still unaware that she is not completely integrated, Kate begins to plan a huge ceremony.
Olivia meets Connie, and Olivia keeps Connie's secrets.
Jerry Jacks and Joe Jr. strike a deal. Joe Jr. wants maximum damage done to Sonny's organization and family. He seeks out Tracy for help in the financial realm. Joe Jr. manages to get his hands on part of Sonny and Jason's financial holdings.
Sonny considers retirement at the wrong moment.
Anna and Luke head to Switzerland. They don't find Robin, but they run into a bigger problem that puts both their lives in jeopardy. A past love pops up overseas, royally complicating matters.

Why is Jerry Jacks Back?
Sebastion Roche explains:
He intends to terrorize Port Charles on a massive scale and it's going to affect every character on the show. It's very deadly. I'm quite interested to see how he's going to pull this off!
Regarding Robin's death: Basically it was an elaborate concealment. Ewen [Nathin Butler] found an anonymous corpse and switched it with Robin's body, did a little DNA tampering, and that's how he managed to make everyone believe Robin died. Jerry was only peripherally on the scene but he was manipulating Ewen, operating the puppet strings.
What does Jerry have on Ewen? Are they related?
Jerry has a pretty big piece of news about Ewen — a piece of personal news. So we're talking strong blackmail. Jerry is manipulating quite a few people, Ewen being the main one.
I really don't know all of [Jerry's] evil motivations but there is a monetary compensation involved here. He really enjoys being the criminal mastermind. His ego rejuvenates at the very idea. Money, power, ego. Same as all villains, right? [Laughs] He's like the head of a Wall Street bank!
When Nancy Grahn [Alexis] saw me on the set she said, "I haven't had sex on the show since you left!" I think Jerry would love to rekindle that.
Coming up, Jerry injects Alexis with some sort of serum and he does the same to his little niece Josslyn and they both end up in the hospital looking like they might die.
I guess I should say that Jerry is looking to rekindle the romance with Alexis in a rather, uh, forceful way. He's not asking for permission. He may be terrifying but she's always had a soft spot for Jerry Jacks! And there are very few people he cares about. There's Alexis. And Josslyn. And his brother and mother. That's pretty much it.
[Jerry] always had a sort of calmness, a rather gentlemanly approach to his dastardly acts. He's always a cool cucumber. He never got too mean. He was always in control.
Why kidnap Robin and stage her death?
Again, I think it's money. He knows Robin is a well-loved member of Port Charles society, and he knows people will do anything to get her back. [Laughs] Plus, I think he loves driving a stake through her husband Patrick's heart because Patrick is just too good-looking to be true. He needs to be punished!
[Jerry has] never had financial issues, but he does spend a lot. He enjoys life. He enjoys his epicurean pleasures, his dramatic destinations, his gadgets. Ever wonder why billionaires always need more and more money? It's a power trip. And, of course, he wants to make Port Charles pay for the attempt on his life. Someone put a wrench in his machinations and he's not a happy camper about that. The guy wants payback.
Regarding the length of Roche's return: For the moment its a few weeks... but we'll see.
Perhaps it is because I simply cannot imagine another dead baby, I think Clint Buchanon, Natalie's father may be faking her and Liam's deaths to punish John McBain whose attention always wanders to a woman in distress, it just happens to have been Natalie on many occassions over the last several years.
GENERAL HOSPITAL: If you haven't heard by now Ingo Rademacher tweeted his return to Port Charles and he thanks Frank Valentini for bringing him back home. It is being reported that Jerry is attempting to get rid of all of his enemies, which is just about everyone in Port Charles. It would be a good idea if no one in town drank the water. Jax will also put Jason in the position of having to save Liz's life, as he puts his own life in danger. This begins the mystery of a man made toxin and who will be the victims of this war against the folks of Port Charles. Look for Alexis Davis to be one of the victims along with Jossylyn Jax. What does Jerry have to do with Joe Scully as well as Todd Manning and will they be friend or foe?..... John tells Alexis about his sister, and not wanting to repeat his father's mistake. Alexis then admits to John that she had an affair with a married man in her youth as they discuss Sam and John relationship. Could we finally be learning who Sam's father really is?.... Scully, will soon be out in the open and will be settting up business in Port Charles he will be moving full scale on Sonny's territory. Johnny Zaccarra may be involved with Joe and perhaps his ally...... Some storyline changes are being made now that Kristen Storms returns as Maxie. The question is, will Spinelli and Maxie get back together? Wouldn't surprise me one bit. But first she would have to divorce Matt....... The baby alive story will start to come together when Todd gets out of control. It is being speculated that Todd confesses about the baby switch, first to Starr who insists he tell Sam and Tea which Todd agrees but makes Starr promise not tell Michael because he doesn't want Carly to know. Michael and Starr are facing Starr's betrayal by Johnny and her father, while Trey deals with Kristina and Kate...... Kassie DePaiva is returning for a longer stint this fall and The Tale of Two Todds will take a twist when we find out that Todd did not kill his brother Victor. (But we knew that already) “We have all these great surprises to play out,” Valentini teased....... What if Olivia's LSD trip turns her into the mother-in-law from hell?.... What if Heather knows Victor is being kept at Ferncliff and blackmails Ewen into letting her go?

Part of the reason I want GF back is the curiosity factor that involves how RC/FV will rectify (if possible), the horrendous writing that had Luke rejecting an entire segment of his life with Laura. (Not to mention Jake's death.) Sure that gave AG some majorly dramatic material to chew on but at what cost to the charcters that "lived" that particular history? Same goes for JJ coming back, even if it's only to "close" the loop of his relationship with Liz so that she can move on to a new pairing, if that's what is in the cards, or if it turns into a full blown reconciliation. As for Robert and Anna, absolutely but they're gonna have to get past the deception about Ethan which will be quite "soapy". Getting RiHe back as Ric would be an added bonus too as there's a lot of story for them to explore with Molly, to say nothing about unfinished business with Alexis...

I find it interesting that there are no drops on Maxie, Mac and Felicia. I figured with KS coming back, they would make Maxie and Felicia go a few rounds.
ahanshew-Like you I think that IR's Jax against LW's Carly is the best match for both characters and actors. Sebastian Roche always struck me as a "James Bond" type villian. JL's last air date as Maxie is, I believe, August 10th. It's kind of hard to see where they'll slot KS into the mix at this juncture...

New from GH Happenings ---
Meanwhile, Kristina and Trey are taking their relationship public, despite the fact that he continues to keep secrets about his father, Joe Scully (a.k.a. Sonny's arch-nemesis). Sonny is none too happy about Trey, and you can look forward to a confrontation in a BOXING ring between Overprotective Dad and Prospective Boyfriend. Sonny's got more than Trey on his mind, though. He's thinking about asking Kate to marry him!
It's not going to be a good week for John McBain. After he attacks Todd in retaliation for sending Natalie the photo of him and Sam kissing, he finds himself arrested for assault. Look for Sam to beg Alexis to represent him in court. Meanwhile, Sam's feelings for McBain will complicate matters as she and Jason must decide whether they want to move forward with their marriage... or get a divorce.
Lulu finds herself sick this week... but is it sickness or something else? Maxie starts to wonder if her best friend could be pregnant, and by the end of the week, Lulu is taking a pregnancy test.
Olivia wakes up seeing some disturbing visions, and Joe Scully Jr. proposes an alliance with Johnny. Uh-oh. That might not be good for Sonny.

Sonny proposes to Kate.
Carly and Johnny learn that Josslyn has disappeared.
GH: Victor, Jr., is snatched! ---
Rumorville: Heather leaves FernCliff and heads straight to Llanview where she seeks out Tea Delgado's expertise as an attorney. Heather tells Tea she owes her for saving "Victor Jr" . Apparently, Tea refuses, so Heather decides to snatch "Victor Jr." to force Tea to help her.
Tea contacts John McBain for help, who soon realizes the woman that saved Tea's baby is Heather Webber and that both Tea's baby and Sam's baby were in the shed with Heather the night Sam gave birth!
Todd panics but stops short of confessing to Carly.
John and Sam are soon on the trail of Heather Webber.
Trey convinces Kristina to marry him. Believing that Alexis will not support her decision, Kristina opts to take Trey up on his offer to elope to Atlantic City.
Starr realizes that Trey has sinister motives where Kristina is concerned and shares her fears with Michael.
Kate accepts Sonny's marriage proposal infuriating Connie. Still unaware that she is not completely integrated, Kate begins to plan a huge ceremony.
Olivia meets Connie, and Olivia keeps Connie's secrets.
Jerry Jacks and Joe Jr. strike a deal. Joe Jr. wants maximum damage done to Sonny's organization and family. He seeks out Tracy for help in the financial realm. Joe Jr. manages to get his hands on part of Sonny and Jason's financial holdings.
Sonny considers retirement at the wrong moment.
Anna and Luke head to Switzerland. They don't find Robin, but they run into a bigger problem that puts both their lives in jeopardy. A past love pops up overseas, royally complicating matters.

Why is Jerry Jacks Back?
Sebastion Roche explains:
He intends to terrorize Port Charles on a massive scale and it's going to affect every character on the show. It's very deadly. I'm quite interested to see how he's going to pull this off!
Regarding Robin's death: Basically it was an elaborate concealment. Ewen [Nathin Butler] found an anonymous corpse and switched it with Robin's body, did a little DNA tampering, and that's how he managed to make everyone believe Robin died. Jerry was only peripherally on the scene but he was manipulating Ewen, operating the puppet strings.
What does Jerry have on Ewen? Are they related?
Jerry has a pretty big piece of news about Ewen — a piece of personal news. So we're talking strong blackmail. Jerry is manipulating quite a few people, Ewen being the main one.
I really don't know all of [Jerry's] evil motivations but there is a monetary compensation involved here. He really enjoys being the criminal mastermind. His ego rejuvenates at the very idea. Money, power, ego. Same as all villains, right? [Laughs] He's like the head of a Wall Street bank!
When Nancy Grahn [Alexis] saw me on the set she said, "I haven't had sex on the show since you left!" I think Jerry would love to rekindle that.
Coming up, Jerry injects Alexis with some sort of serum and he does the same to his little niece Josslyn and they both end up in the hospital looking like they might die.
I guess I should say that Jerry is looking to rekindle the romance with Alexis in a rather, uh, forceful way. He's not asking for permission. He may be terrifying but she's always had a soft spot for Jerry Jacks! And there are very few people he cares about. There's Alexis. And Josslyn. And his brother and mother. That's pretty much it.
[Jerry] always had a sort of calmness, a rather gentlemanly approach to his dastardly acts. He's always a cool cucumber. He never got too mean. He was always in control.
Why kidnap Robin and stage her death?
Again, I think it's money. He knows Robin is a well-loved member of Port Charles society, and he knows people will do anything to get her back. [Laughs] Plus, I think he loves driving a stake through her husband Patrick's heart because Patrick is just too good-looking to be true. He needs to be punished!
[Jerry has] never had financial issues, but he does spend a lot. He enjoys life. He enjoys his epicurean pleasures, his dramatic destinations, his gadgets. Ever wonder why billionaires always need more and more money? It's a power trip. And, of course, he wants to make Port Charles pay for the attempt on his life. Someone put a wrench in his machinations and he's not a happy camper about that. The guy wants payback.
Regarding the length of Roche's return: For the moment its a few weeks... but we'll see.

Perhaps it is because I simply cannot imagine another dead baby, I think Clint Buchanon, Natalie's father may be faking her and Liam's deaths to punish John McBain whose attention always wanders to a woman in distress, it just happens to have been Natalie on many occassions over the last several years.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: If you haven't heard by now Ingo Rademacher tweeted his return to Port Charles and he thanks Frank Valentini for bringing him back home. It is being reported that Jerry is attempting to get rid of all of his enemies, which is just about everyone in Port Charles. It would be a good idea if no one in town drank the water. Jax will also put Jason in the position of having to save Liz's life, as he puts his own life in danger. This begins the mystery of a man made toxin and who will be the victims of this war against the folks of Port Charles. Look for Alexis Davis to be one of the victims along with Jossylyn Jax. What does Jerry have to do with Joe Scully as well as Todd Manning and will they be friend or foe?..... John tells Alexis about his sister, and not wanting to repeat his father's mistake. Alexis then admits to John that she had an affair with a married man in her youth as they discuss Sam and John relationship. Could we finally be learning who Sam's father really is?.... Scully, will soon be out in the open and will be settting up business in Port Charles he will be moving full scale on Sonny's territory. Johnny Zaccarra may be involved with Joe and perhaps his ally...... Some storyline changes are being made now that Kristen Storms returns as Maxie. The question is, will Spinelli and Maxie get back together? Wouldn't surprise me one bit. But first she would have to divorce Matt....... The baby alive story will start to come together when Todd gets out of control. It is being speculated that Todd confesses about the baby switch, first to Starr who insists he tell Sam and Tea which Todd agrees but makes Starr promise not tell Michael because he doesn't want Carly to know. Michael and Starr are facing Starr's betrayal by Johnny and her father, while Trey deals with Kristina and Kate...... Kassie DePaiva is returning for a longer stint this fall and The Tale of Two Todds will take a twist when we find out that Todd did not kill his brother Victor. (But we knew that already) “We have all these great surprises to play out,” Valentini teased....... What if Olivia's LSD trip turns her into the mother-in-law from hell?.... What if Heather knows Victor is being kept at Ferncliff and blackmails Ewen into letting her go?

How is Franco messing over Jerry when Jerry is the one who injects Joss and Alexis? Jerry seems to know exactly what he's giving them and doing to them.

Because it is not really FRANCO. Franco is dead. Franco was a puppet. Does not mean they don't use his dead ass to mislead the residents. What is so hard to grasp about what I am saying. If I tell you Jason has a threesome with samizdat will some pay attention.

It is all one big fucking story. There are no separate little stories coming up. They are all connected, all related and all interwoven.
Fine Liason picnic in the park while McBam decorate the nursery and Skate argue over lilacs or roses on the altar and Lante fight about baby names. I know that seems to be what needs to be spoiled here.
Thanks Supramom. Really would love to see Lucky back in some capacity, even without a "romance" factor. And if he's got a connection with Robert coming on again, even better! Bummed about Jerry injecting Josslyn. She's his niece for cryin' out loud! Whether or not it's an "immunization". Swan, I just cant imagine the scenario other than a fantasy but I am intrigued.
GENERAL HOSPITAL SPOILERS/CASTING CHANGES:
- Don't think Jerry is the 'Mastermind.' Far from it. Think Villains, good evil soapy villains.
- Franco is used as a facade for something so much larger later fall.
- Contrary to rumors/spoilers, Melissa Archer isn't a part of GH. Story drops for Fall/early Winter show no immediate sign of a Natalie sighting.
- John's MAJOR story this fall revolves mainly around Tea and Sam. After the baby is found alive and well, McBain starts sniffing around "FRANCO's" Resurfacing. Heavy on the " " marks.
- Apparently, from what I hear, McBain/Sam go nowhere. Not hearing the same for Liz/Jason. No word on whether JaSam divorce is final. Hearing yes, and then possible reunion later.
- Nathin Butler out. Almost confirmed.. leaves in a body bag September/ October/November. Elizabeth definitely finding out about Ewen/Jerry and kidnapped.
- Elizabeth injected with a different drug of choice by Jerry
- Scully story extending indefinitely. Jan-March end?
- The Nurses Ball moved back.
- Someone is rescued later in the fall from a dangerous plot.
- Robin Mattson (Heather) NOT leaving GH. I've got story drops for Nov-Dec
- Anna and Luke run into trouble soon, putting both of their lives in danger. Apparently, both get close to finding Robin, but never do.

- Rumors float around JT (Patrick) leaving after Robin is rescued.Both ride away into the sunset together. We forget easily Kimberly McCullough LEFT GH to do OTHER things. Not for a Publicity stunt. She was lured back JUST for this inevitable story.
- Story locked down tight for Sonny/Kate wedding. Just too many twisted stories. Hearing Brenda, Kate's possible 3rd personality, Joe Jr. threaten to ruin the wedding. It's been confirmed that the wedding is AFTER Kate learns Trey is her son.
- Referred to Above Mentioned: Stories change. Hearing a lot of rewritten story telling with Trey/Kate/Joe/Sonny and co.
- Alexis/Shawn pairing after Alexis' current dilemma.
- Honestly have NOT heard anything on Maxie, Spinelli. Except that they are paired once more when KS returns.
- No drops on Kristina Wagner (Felicia) or John York (Mac.) Wagner already left GH, is what I've heard. Needed a filler story to block out Mac/Felicia.
- Merry Band of Vets returning before Holiday Season. I've heard everyone from Robert, to Scott, to Edward, and to Ned.
- Currently working on Genie Francis' return to GH before April Anniversary. Valentini plans on pulling as MANY as he can before the Anniversary. Unclear, however, Carlivati has stated that he writes the stories and depends on Frank to get the actors.
- I do know the Quartermaine story arch for Fall-Winter was/is currently been/being reworked. Apparently, major Monica story was being written. Although rumored, unsure of when/if Edward will even fit in.

Part of the reason I want GF back is the curiosity factor that involves how RC/FV will rectify (if possible), the horrendous writing that had Luke rejecting an entire segment of his life with Laura. (Not to mention Jake's death.) Sure that gave AG some majorly dramatic material to chew on but at what cost to the charcters that "lived" that particular history? Same goes for JJ coming back, even if it's only to "close" the loop of his relationship with Liz so that she can move on to a new pairing, if that's what is in the cards, or if it turns into a full blown reconciliation. As for Robert and Anna, absolutely but they're gonna have to get past the deception about Ethan which will be quite "soapy". Getting RiHe back as Ric would be an added bonus too as there's a lot of story for them to explore with Molly, to say nothing about unfinished business with Alexis...
