An Asian-American actress should play Autumn. Jamie Chung (look her up on Google) would be perfect! She's beautiful, kicks ass, and is the right age.

Days has never had any Asians in its cast, as far as I recall. The show and daytime in general really need more diversity.

I think you're right that they do need to have an Asian as Autumn,but I would love to see Teri Conn and Alison Sweeney go at it.And if they brought back Austin Peck as Austin,it really could be exciting.Sami/Lucas/Autumn/Austin,all the actors can do drama,but also dead pan comedy.A little humour can go along way to help a story.

I have mixed feelings, SoapA is so right about soaps don't have the diversity today then 15-25 years ago. All soaps had multicultural canvas to basically "educate" viewers, we had strong career minded Af-A, Latino, families and even As-A were present on canvas but still few but we had great stories involving As-A characters, AW, ATWT, The City, Y&R etc.. There are so many top notch actresses now from daytime which could fill this role. I'm not oppose to As-A actress wouldn't be unhappy. If Days wanted her as an American from US working with Lucas would be OK. Let Sami be jealous and this could be Kate's way to turn the tables on Sami by supporting Lucas's new love Another good actress which is forgotten but man is she a excellent actress to fight with Sami is Melissa Hayden.

You probably knew I would never say no to a P&G actress. I cannot resist the idea of Melissa Hayden, one of the best actresses daytime has ever produced. Any show would be lucky to have her.

Erin Hershey now she would be perfect as Autumn

SoapA and Harlee, you have made my heart sing! I haven't heard Melissa Hayden's name mentioned in ages! Visions of her and Alison Sweeney going at it over Lucas AND have Kate approve Autumn while holding over Sami's head that she knows about her corporate espionage tactics.

But here's a twist to YOUR twist: Sami and Autumn bond. After spending a few months of spatting with Autumn, Sami genuinely realizes that Autumn and Lucas are great for each other and that she and Lucas are better as friendly parents raising their children. This will piss Kate off to no end.

If you think about it, Sami really has never had any friends. She's had "allies" for various schemes but no friends since what's-her-name (school age friend) left town in the mid-90s.

For Sarah Horton my first pick is Jennifer Ferrin, she has SAME red fire hair as Maggie and the acting chops my second for Sarah is Terri Conn, but she has been blonde for many years which blondes & redheads are about the same.

I had to google that one. You're right! She did ten episodes as Cordy Han, which means she's no stranger to soap acting. All the more reason they should bring her on as Autumn.
