Am I the only one that sees a Completely Relevant Mental Health Storyline in Sami Brady?

Why can't Marlena, apparently the best therapist in Salem, not see that the scarring she caused her daughter has resulted in her having Borderline Personality Disorder. She has all the possible symptoms except excessive alcohol or drug use. I know people who suffer from this disorder, I would think that it would be a great topic to explore. So many people that live with it have no idea what it is or why they have it. It would be fantastic to see them actually explore that illness on such a deeply rooted character..
I mean, when she realizes that she is doing the same thing to Will, maybe Marlena or Sami would be able to notice the similarities and look into the deeper cause. I really think this would be such a strong storyline.

Scooter I would love for the show to explore this topic as well as the idea that Marlena suffers from Post Traumatic Distress. I have always wondered why Marlena didn't seek help for herself and her family after she came back from the dead that time. She let her family fall to pieces and just sat back and let it happen as if it had no value. The only thing she could think of is John. I am not saying that this was her fault perse. The issues were complex and obviously she was affected by her missing years and the time she was seperated from everyone as well as having two husbands at the same time (Roman and Faux Roman/ John.) I wish that she and Sami would go into therapy together and even bring in John and Roman for parts of it. I would love for this whole thing to be resolved and not just left hanging.
