GH- Spoilers

@JasamForever--Thank you for starting a new thread. I also read about the car crash in several places, one of which was GH Happenings. But I'm wondering if it will be Carly's response to the Jasam engagement that starts the dynamic change in Jason and Carly's friendship. Word is that she won't be happy, which is sad. I like Gothic, and I'm very intrigued by the Woman In White s/l. GHH has her pegged for a Cassadine mystery, which would be a hoot, and I wonder if it ties into Sam finding out who her father is (can't wait to find out). The idea of Jason returning to the Quartermain fold has me very hopeful. I would FLOVE it if GW ties Jason to Papa Z.'s attempt to take down the Quartermain empire; you'd get a little mob, and a lot of Jason embracing his Q. Siobhan takes ill? I can't remember where I read this (spumor at this point), is that Ethan encounters her with a bloody nose. Multiple sources about the Liz-Siobhan smack down on the roof. Does Siobhan fall down the stairs? As a gossipy side note: I heard bits and pieces about negative interactions between GH celebs and fans on twitter. Apparently LW took a bath this week; combined attacks about her wine business and fans speculating (again) about her leaving GH. Fans were in an uproar about CH kicking more ATTC over a bad interaction with a fan (sympathy this time was with the fan), AND people were actually upset that NLG tweeted about her busy work schedule compared to SBu. All I know about that is that SBu signed for one year with a three month out. We won't be seeing him as much, which is probably why he'll be in a brief coma. (I don't know if the 3-monther is continuous, because I didn't read about it from a confirmed source).

JaSam thank you for starting a new thread and more importantly for actually attributing your spoilers. I know people like ravenbeauty work hard at putting together a column, usually for free, and I think credit for their work product is sort of the least we as readers can do to show our appreciation.

WOW sad to hear about all the twitter stuff. I really am not a big fan. Even with facebook or posts like this and emails and text its hard to really convey meaning - how many times have one of us been miffed over something on dc or totally disagreed with something only for the OP to come back and say WHOA thats not what I meant at all. With twitter having to condense a thought to just so many characters makes it all the more difficult. I doubt nancy meant anything negative about steve but thats a good bench mark to put things in perspective and Im sure she has a ton of fans that keep asking her why she is never on so saying Im working more than steve is saying steve works a lot and Im going to be on so much Im even airing more than him. I think fans need to check themselves because it only forced the actors to pull back. And so what about LWs wine business. Geez people get out of joint about irrelevant crap.

I read somewhere ric would be back but they now think they can get him back permanently and that takes working out some details. I dont know but it seems to me they are teeing up molly perfectly for a ric return.

Im betting tams is on her way back as someone new and that TK comes back in some form or fashion when OLTL ends. I know gh wanted him back last year but he went with oltl instead.

I really want sams dad to be vincent irizary I think he would be perfect in the role.

I'm sure NLG didn't mean anything by it either. She's known to be frank, and I'm just glad she's getting the work, and with sooo many ties to the canvas, she should. I don't have time to watch AMC, but I could look at VI all day everyday. It would be a real treat if he came on as, well...almost the same character: a doctor, but with dark secrets and ties to Alexis/Sam. I'm with you EET in wanting RiH back. Full time, did you say? Ric is one of my all-time favorites, and as much bad blood that lay between Sonny and he, he made Sonny more likeable. The rumor of TB coming back has leggs, despite Kate being recast by a different by someone else--but as whom? I almost feel that LW's Carly is being rolled under the bus: no romance on the horizon, supposed to have a changed relationship with Jason after the car crash, upcomming cat fights with Sam. Maybe we are just not used to so much female/female conflict; the type of stuff GW plans. It sure does get tongues wagging, and has people going to bat for their faves. All I can say is that Carly better NEVER get the best of Sam!

Thanks guys. I definately think you should give credit, where credit is due. Wow. I can't believe fans were upset with LW, and then NLG for mentioning her increase in work. I personally see it as a good thing that NLG is working more. She has been on the backburner storywise for far too long. I think fans just need to chill out sometimes. Personally, I am not suprised at fans being upset with CH. I don't know why she comes off very rude on twitter. EET you are right, you can't really judge meaning and intent when using twitter. That is why I think it could be an actor's best friend, or worst enemy.

I did recently read that Jill Phelps confirmed to SID that Tamara Braun will not return to GH. I wonder what happened??

Also read at the recent FCW, one of Steve Burton's black tees sold for $325. That is some serious moolah for a t-shirt. But a fan is a fan.

I am also intrigued by the Lady in White storyline. Ravenbeauty had posted the audition script and the scene was with Ethan. Apparently his character is enamored with her. Sounds so mysterious and gothic.

I am looking forward to the Sam daddy storyline. I want to know the circumstances surrounding the pregnancy and why Alexis gave Sam up for adoption. I do think Vincent Irizarry would be a good choice.

@ Tealita-Why can't they have female friendships on the show? There is no reason for Carly to be bitching about Sam and Jason getting married. I guess it is okay to have a baby and shack up, but getting married is out of the question. I think Jason SHOULD have a changed relationship with Carly, if that is how she feels, especially after all that Sam and Jason both have done for her.

Who knows what happened with Tams. I'll bet the next thing we hear is that she was never even approached. I don't know when LW's contract renews, but I've seen these types of rumors floated for years. I guess it's the name of the game. As far as Carly goes, I respect LW's acting skils, but she doesn't have to be in every scene. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't LW tweet something about NOT being friends with Sam? This is one cat fight I'm kinda looking forward to because some fans are speculating that Sam is enpowered by it; that her POV gets stronger, and she refuses to take cr*p from Carly. Otherwise, yeah, I agree: we need stronger female friendships on GH. Jasam wedding is scheduled on the same day as AMC's finale? Way to piggyback, but kinda sad, too.

Yes. I think, they think, it will coerce us to watch The Chew, but it aint happening. I hope the ratings are so bad the Nielsen can't even find numbers.

By the way, why wasn't Nathan Parson's at GHFCW luncheon? I know Jason Cook had a prior engagement but I did not see Nathan in any of the photos. NLG never attends. Something about ethical reasons.

Unfortunately, I think the numbers for The Chew will go through the roof that day. I see fans not being able to avoid their curiosity and sneaking a peak--if only to be able to trash the show. I don't know everything there is to know about fan events. I live in Jersey. The Point Pleasant Comedy House is twenty minutes up the road from me, and I've never even been. TC & KeMo were there, as was Maurice Benard, who had to reschedule when he was unable to travel last winter. I should look into going to one. This seems to be the year to do a fan event if you're gonna. I'm curious if anybody on this board has been to one.

In process of working out details for road trip to CT to see JJ's band in August-Supposed to have "meet and greet". Not sure what to expect other than I like what I've heard of their music.

I went to GHFCW a few years ago and if I had the resources to go again I totally would. It was a great experience.

NLG doesnt do GHFCW but she usually holds an event the same weekend. Her issue - and I get it - is that there are no accounting practices for the organization that throws it. As someone thats done event planning, I had a rough idea of what it would cost to put on the one we went to and there was clearly plenty of profit. As I was told by some of the long term attendees Nancy fees that there should be open accounting with some of the profits going to charity. I think she is right.

TB - could be that she was at the studio visiting friends and thats how this got going, could be that it was a shot at LW to force some sort of contract renegotiation, it could be that she didnt want to do kate and have all the MW fans after her and tptb didnt offer anything but kate....or...and maybe this is cynical...but maybe she is coming down the road so jfp's comment is technically correct...she isnt coming (add RIGHT NOW)

* Jason and Sam are just beginning to plan their future together -- even Sam is starting to get excited about planning their wedding. But fate is about to intervene and mess up their happiness, as Jason and Carly get into a major car accident, and Jason ends up clinging to life! Where this story will go -- we promise you won't see coming.
* How does this car crash happen? Well, with Lucky in a drug-induced hell, Elizabeth tries to help -- in the same way he helped her years ago after her rape. But Liz and Siobhan end up at odds over Lucky, and Siobhan is sent tumbling down a flight of stairs. Meanwhile, Carly pulls Jason away from Sam to help her with a Josslyn-related emergency. As Liz rushes Siobhan to the hospital, Jason and Carly take to the road to save Josslyn -- and disaster strikes.
* Car Crash is Friday August 5th.
* Lucky knocks out Dante and contemplates suicide.
* Jason is one of the injured party in the car crash, shares Steve Burton and where it goes from there, he can only guess. Steve Burton states he has yet to tape anything as of yet regarding a switch to Jason Quartermaine, but goes on to say, “I know Monica probably wants him to wake up differently. I think a lot of people would. We’ll maybe not Sam. We will see.”
* Anthony -- his hands in the cookie jar with Sonny, Lucky, and Tracy -- plots his next move and makes a phone call to Skye Quartermaine! After returning to Port Charles, Skye makes her presence known to Edward and Tracy, but why is she back in town? And what will happen when she reveals to Carly that Jax is also back in town?
* Luke might find Tracy has moved on... way on.
* Fundraiser at the Metro Court!
* Meanwhile, Sonny remains angry that Brenda left with Jax. He returns home and wrecks the bedroom he shared with Brenda, but will his feelings change when Robin visits with a note from Brenda, or will Sonny even open it?
* All this, plus Matt and Maxie discuss their relationship in spite of Spinelli, Michael and Abby spend a romantic day on the island, and Patrick "kidnaps" Robin!

Yes, Raven is due for a column this weekend, but she has mentioned on Facebook, that she is taking a break, and may not put out her column until next week. I have not heard of Daytime Dish. Why did they get rid of it?

You know what is funny, I just saw a short clip on Access Hollywood, regarding James Franco's return to GH on September 20th. He was like that is news to me, and apparently he is filming a movie and could not fit any tapings into his schedule until a later time. All I can say is wow. Someone got there wires crossed.

Daytime Dish was a gossip site for soaps that was up for years. Not sure what happened. They were only spot on about 50% of the time but still if I heard it on dd and then heard it somewhere else it usually was right.

Okay. I just read the tidbit on GH Happenings. Thanks for that info Tealita. I am sure Laison fans are going "all a crazy" and thinking subconsciously Jason wasnts to be with Liz. Phlease. I am secure in my Jasam and they will endure as a couple. That is based on Ravenbeauty's recent column, and on GH Happenings, there is also mention that Jason will be changed after the coma and will put Sam first. (About dang time). I know Carly's head is going to explode. I am actually starting to salivate over the Sam and Carly showdown. I am sure there will much reaction on DCC threads in the coming weeks regarding this though.

What exactly are the twitter rumors?

I haven't paid too much attention to the Jasam rumors on Twitter. @GHspoilers says that a Liason love scene takes place while Jason is in a coma, which natually has some people upset. Hower drops at the IL contradict this, and say that the coma dream, "will not cr*p all over Jasam, but serve to provide closure on Liason, and confirm that Jasam is a destiny couple that would have happened anyway." I'm very excited about the coma s/l. Other drops from the IL (grain of salt) are: Jason wakes up 3rd week of August, Liz & Lucky are both fired, Mac & Robin are demoted, and Dante is promoted (good grief!). Siobhan does die, but not right away. I'm a little confused though because one of the drops have Dante discovering her body but also have her dying in a hospital bed. Sadly Ethina scenes have been scrapped until the end of August, but Kristina doesn't fall ill as previously planned. From what I read, they need to make room to tie up other stories and intro the LIW. Like I said, grain of salt. I think GH is on fire, and I'm loving every day. Oh, how could I forget. According to an insider at the IL, Carly takes steps to muck up the wedding (go get her Sam!).

@ Tealita-Thanks for the tidbits. How in the world will Mac be demoted and Dante promoted. Especially when Dante has decided to go around the world in 80 days. I can understand Robin, if something happens at the hospital though. I guess it would involve Liz, if she is demoted as well. I actually feel bad for Liz. I think the blame should solely be on Robin as her superior, if something does happen. Two weeks is not enough time. Lucky, I understand if he were to be demoted as well. He should have never have taken this case. Do they not have "partners" like all cop shows do? I would think if Lucky did, he would not be in this predicament.

So the upcoming Laison scene may actually bring closure. Interesting. Can't wait to see how this plays out.

So what did you think about the Laura tidbit, Ravenbeauty mentioned? I still have a strong hunch that it is TG that will be leaving the show sson. I wonder if Laura returns it is for a short time to wrap everything up and see her kids one last time. Is it Genie Francis that will be playing Laura? I sure hope so. I had mentioned before that I am a recent viewer of GH, and don't know much of the history. What happened to Helena's two children?

Oh no. The Ethina scenes may be held until the end of August. I have been hoping to see them more and see growth in their storyline.

I don't know what to think about Genie Francis returning. Different sources float rumors of her return every year or so, and each time it turns out to be untrue, my heart is broken. I frankly do not know it AG is that, "major vet," whose supposed to be out in September. I guess I just have to see it play out just like everyone else, cuz noone has come right out and said it's Anthony Geary, Maurice Benard, or the man on the moon. But what I can't understand is how GF would be able to clear her schedule by September, and honestly, I think it oughta be illegal to gossip about her return if it's not true. I'm tired of it.*****Most of the time I don't pass spoilers around that don't come either from magazine sites or trustworthy sources. How or why the PCPD would promote Dante and demote Mac is beyond me. Dante should be fired for job abandonment. I won't believe Liz is fired until I see it, and I too would feel badly about it. That's why I usually only put stock in the major sites, and not with, "Insider Sources." But...these were so interesting, I had to pass them on.

Tealita-Interesting bit about Genie Francis. And your right-it's cruel to get our hopes up about her possibly coming back. As for Dante, I'm not thrilled with this direction, if,(grain of salt as you wrote), they actually go through with this.
