Glee Live Tour
The Glee mania is far from dwindling. The TV show recreating the idea of the popular Disney series of movies School Musical, is hitting the road. “Glee Live! In Concert!” is one of the most expected Glee live tour this year. The show will kick off in the middle of May with a show in Phoenix, AZ, followed by a few stops in North Hollywood, Chicago, and New York where the young singers will perform at the famous Radio City Music Hall.
Due to the great demand for Glee live tickets a few extra shows have been added to the original touring schedule of the FOX series Glee. Now Los Angeles fans will be able to enjoy their favorite performers live along with their friends from New York who gained two extra shows in the Radio City Music Hall.
Broadway actress Lea Michele playing Rachel and her co-star Corey Monteith (portraying Finn) will be the stars of the shows along with Amber Riley (Mercedes), Chris Colfer (Kurt), Kevin McHale (Artie), Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina), Mark Salling (Puck), Dianna Agron (Quinn), Naya Rivera (Santana), Heather Morris (Brittany), Harry Shum, Jr. (Mike) and Dijon Talton (Matt). Matthew Morrison, the Tony-nominated actor, is not going to take part in the tour.
Fans are going to be blown away with the live performances of favorite hits such as "Don’t Stop Believin," "Somebody To Love," "Jump," "Don't Rain on My Parade" and "Sweet Caroline." Ryan Murphy, creator of the series, said he and the actors are thrilled and excited of going on the road and performing live for their fans. This will be a special gift for all of them as the first season of the show reached to an end.
But don’t cry, dear fans, because Glee the TV show will be back in the middle of April with brand new episodes broadcasted on FOX. The incredible success of the show brought to the spawning of CDs, DVDs, sheet music and all other possible brand items.
