Y&R I was a Shick fan...

I have always been a SHICK fan.  I only liked PHICK during the affair.  After they got married I felt they wrote Phyllis like susie homemaker and that's not Phyllis.  Sharon is a better match for Nick.  She fits the homemaker type that would suit Nick.  I believe the writers did a real disservice to SHICK fans when they built us up and prepared for a rekindling of the relationship to only have it ended.  The reunion was short lived and a major tease for long term fans!  Now it's like who cares.

I want SHICK back together and I want Phyllis out of Nick's orbit.  I want the old Phyllis back.

Actually, now that Greg Vaughan has gotten the boot from General Hospital, I think Y&R should snap him up to return to his old role as Diego Guitterrez who bedded Sharon during her marriage to Nick.  Here's how I'd play it: Diego returns to town and consoles Sharon over the whole Adam drama and they get together.  In the meantime, Phyllis reutrn to her 'ole fiesty self and kicks Nick to the curb for continuing to moon over Sharon and not focusing on his own marriage.  In the end, Nick wants Sharon back but with Diego currently warming her bed it sets up a great Nick-Sharon-Diego triangle. 

Meanwhile Phyllis spends more time with Jack and even though they don't cross the line they get awfully close...then Patty (still diguised as Dr. Emily) gets wind of it and goes apesh*t!  She goes after Phyllis full force but of course each woman gives as good as she gets.  Phyllis starts to suspect that somethings up with the good doctor and eventually exposes her as whack job Patty and they cart Patty off to the nut farm.  Then Phyllis is free to go for Jack again...or so she thinks...until the real Dr. Emily is released from the sanitarium and wants to resume her relationship with Jack....then it Deja Vu all over again for Phyllis as it's now Phyllis versus Dr. Emily version 2.0!!!!!!!!!

Ken------Greg Vaughn is on the CW's new "90210", and I am sure that he has a very bitter taste in his mouth concerning daytime television as a whole, so I doubt he will be rejoining any soap anytime soon!! Besides, I don't think the writers at Y&R are done torturing us with Nick and Sharon's "love story", which should have ended YEARS AGO!!! The writers over there seem to be fixated on living in the past instead of creating fresh new romances and characters. And when they DO create new characters and romances, they usually SUCK!!! Why is Y&R still my favorite soap?? I ask myself that sometimes!!!

I don't want to see Patty go up against ANYBODY else!!! This character has outlived her shelf life in this town, and I am ready for Patty and Emily to get gone ASAP!!!! For some reason, I am not a huge Patty fan since she "killed" Colleen!!! I didn't like Colleen, but I don't buy the whole "she's crazy so let's allow her to do whatever she wants and then plead insanity" argument!! It doesn't hold water!!

Still a fan of Y&R, but ready for them to stop playing "Pattycake" personally............

I didn't know until now that it was Greg Vaughn who  played Diego I have to find some clips!

I'm tired of the Patty thing too.  I was a Patty fan back in the day and its hard to see what they've done to her.  Seeing this actress (although she's doing a fine job) I'm thinking I'm getting tired of her now.  They don't know when to leave a tender moment alone they shove it down my throat til I cry uncle.
