Jon and Kate are Nearing Their Divorce

Maybe once they finalize the divorce we won't see them on every single magazine cover and entertainment news show.

Good gosh Luke, we won't hear the end of them til Jon dies or something. From what I see, Jon's the only one who's keeping them in the news. I didn't even know who they were til they split up. LOL
Lol I knew who they were, but i still didn't care, and guess what? I still don't, so hopefully we will stop hearing about them sometime -.-.
That whole thing is stupid... They got there 15 min of Fame... now let them disapear!
I look at it this way (and it's not a popular opinion)...we are the ones that choose to watch the entertainment news, we are the ones that choose to look at the mags at the checkouts (and YES you can go through a checkout without looking at them, I do plenty of times), we are the ones that watch such shows, so we are inviting people like this into our lives. My opinion isn't very popular, but it's mine. I side with Kate in all of this...I've been in her shoes, and everything she is describing from the way Jon has been acting to her own feelings are the same exact things I went through. Everything is the same except for the way she talked to him on the show and the fact that they are parents. Divorce is hard enough, it's got to be even harder to have it played out in public. Yes, they are putting it out there, I agree with that. But when mud is being flung at you from every angle, it's hard to sit back and just take it. You have the overwelming urge to explain your side, or just tell your side. Believe me, I've been there. It's hard on all those involved.
So, when the divorce is over and done with, I don't see them fading off into the woodwork at all. We will still hear about them.

*nods* i guess i agree Jerseygirl, but unfortunately I Don't watch the show, i don't pick up the mags or click on the links, but it is CONSTANTLY being talked about.
I don't really blame them for getting the attention, i more or less blame viewers and people who care about this, because if it wasn't popular then we wouldn't hear about it at all.
