Today's best quote came from the weary Emma Snyder. She returned from a long absence to find out that Holden's marriage is in shambles, Meg was shot (sorry Luke, she lived) and she married Paul.
Holden: "You need to try and relax."
Emma: "You know today what I think I need is a whoooole new set of children!"
Truer words were never spoken.

Mike, the whole show today was priceless and full of great one liners.
Emma's quote was fantastic, but I think I loved Lily's confrontation with Carly most. Lily's best line, mocking Carly's seduction of Holden:
"You don't need lingerie, do you? You could seduce him with insect repellent."
and Lucinda, after finding about Holden shtupping Carly:
"You want me to put a contract out on him? You want him to sleep with the fishes?"
and two words: "Mother Snyder." LOL

You're right, today was chock full of good dialogue. I was even impressed with Maura West and Mick Hazen. They work so well together!

*Lucinda walks in*
Emma: "I was wrong. The day could get worse."
Emma: "Lucinda! I just am not in the mood for one of your tyrants! Please!"
Lucinda: "Oh? You’re not in the mood? Excuse me? You, you who don’t allow the boys to cohabitate in the silly farm, you don't mind what your son fornicates with Lily’s best friend!?"

Yesterday's show was AWESOME...this storyline might be just what I need to warm up to NB as Lily....she's doing really welll....I was watching some ATWT eppys from last year on you tube and the appearance of Martha B. actually shocked me....It also made me miss their opening credits.......when are they going to bring out a new one???????

I agree with all of the quotes from yesterday's show! They were hysterical . . . however, for me, the quote of the day was different, but from the same scene - ish . . . Also, in agreement with DS9Sisko
Holden telling Paul to call Emma "Mother Snyder" . . . Then, Paul actually calling Emma "Mother Snyder" . . . the looks on John Hensley's and Roger Howarth's faces were priceless. It appeared that as regular people, they were trying not to giggle. . . which had the effect of making Paul and Holden appear very playfully childlike in their interactions with Emma . . .
