I'll miss the OLTL'ers except for Starr, but with all these fan favourites returning I probably won't notice they're gone. I thought the acting between KeMo and ME & LW and RoHo was fantastic and touching....however after the whole spy bunny thing I'm off the Tarly wagon. I still don't like that a convicted rapist and I'm assuming a registered sex offender put a spy camera in a toy that could've easily been in Joss's room while she was changing. It's still a little creepy and icky for me. I know Todd isn't a pedophile, but it's still a huge violation that holds bigger connotations because of his history with sex offences.

I must say I'm really diggin AJ/Liz and I can't wait to see their routine together at the nurses ball.

I was cracking up over Felix's running commentary on AJ and Elizabeth. I'm so glad they're moving ahead with this pairing. And I'm glad Elizabeth had a chance to vent to a friend without the conversation turning to Sabrina (whom I don't dislike, but could use a little break from).

I kept telling Sam, "Get it, girl." I'm mad that they cut McBam short, but it was understandable that Sam was gun shy.

The Felix/Liz/AJ scenes were so much fun! The actors appeared to be having a ball. Liz and Felix are a ball without joykill, Sobrina. I don't know the actor's name who plays Felix but he looked particularly handsome today and Rebecca Herbst was gorgeous. I liked that AJ's ruse with Carly was short-lived and that he made such an authentic apology to Liz. I have been on the fence with this pair but their scenes are so wonderfully done and there is no denying the chemistry. Now, can we get Felix a love-life?! He's a fun character who is fun to watch when interacting with characters besides Sobrina. The actor seems capable of more than comedy (although he does that well.)

Lucy & Scott were fun. I'm not liking the writing for Scott as he seems more like Guza-era Scott and treating Laura like a prize. There's a lot more to the character and I'm not interested in retreading Luke/Laura/Scotty.

I am still waiting to see the spark between Laura and Luke. I loved Laura's return in 2006 (or 2007) and felt the chemistry between L&L as strong as ever then. It's so flat now. Oh, and Bobbie's gift was both tacky and creepy. Lol.

McBam felt like overkill. The actors had such low energy and whispery that I barely paid attention because I could not hear their dialogue. Sam is always so weepy. After being benched for so many months, their scenes felt like they came out of nowhere. Can these people ever have fun, romance, sex?! It's hard to remember what I liked about them months ago. Sam is as boring and irrelevant as she was with Jason.

I did enjoy some aspects of the conversation between Todd & Carly but overall I wasn't that engaged.

There is something terribly wrong when Starr Manning and Michael have sex while Todd/Carly and McBain/Sam have remarkably depressing, serious conversations about their "relationships." Between OLTL & GH, I've had the misfortune of seeing Starr Manning have sex more often than the total of the entire casts of characters of both shows in the past 5 years. It's awful and I have no idea why this is the case. She's so sexually unappealing.

Kristan Alderson is a pretty, attractive girl but I also get the ick factor when Starr has sex and it is because I watched her grow up on OLTL. She was a funny, spunky, little kid and a dynamo, so while I understand she is now a grown up and having sex, I still see that little firecracker of a kid.

All things considered, I thought McBam's for-now ending was beautiful. KeMo looked lovely, her face was very expressive, and I was moved by her conflicted feelings and how hard it must be for Sam to cope with saying goodbye to John and something that *almost* was. If I hadn't known that ME was leaving, I would have been devastated.

I get the set up about Scotty's hurry to marry Laura, but I would have loved to see the mayor REALLY chew into Scotty, and give him the boot for bugging her after hours. I love Scotty, but it's always fun to see him get kicked in the can! More mayor, please.

I hope that whatever made Olivia feel unwell today is very minor. I don't know when exactly I started to feel the Olivia love, but I became a real fan that day she and Connie did the Cha-Cha.

Months and months ago, Olivia was having dizzy spells. They vanished as mysteriously as they came on, so I don't know if this was a continuation of those, or if she's pregnant or ill.

What's the timeline for the Llandview 3? When will they return to GH?

Loved Felix and Liz together and SO LOVED AJ & Liz. They have a great dynamic--lot of joy in their faces.

Loved the Spencer stuff continuing today! Lulu is really her parents' child. Today's scenes reminded me how I am going to miss Julie Marie Berman. Did I miss something? I saw Lulu going for the bag, and then in the next scene Lulu & Dante were already on the floor. It's like the actual Dante grabbing Lulu and taking her down scene was missing.

Loved the cliffhanger with Scotty wanting to get married right away.

Loved all the Lucy/Scotty shenanigans. Great that these two just continued where they left off. I'm so glad Lucy is so connected all over PC now, with knowing the old AND new people aswell. I was a little puzzled at Lucy not remembering that Luke is an old dear friend of hers aswell, but Lucy's bond with Scotty does run a lot deeper, so I'll give it a pass. However, I thought it was idiotic for Lucy to try to BLACKMAIL the Mayor, who just pardoned them for helping with the investigation. At first I thought she would sweet-talk her way into it, which would have seemed much more approriate. Not a good move, honey.

Well, it became clear this is the beginning of the end for the OLTL-ers. Judging from the preview, tomorrow will be their last day on screen. I'm actually kind of relieved. This frees up the screen time for vet returns and the 50th anniversary shenanigans. And I don't think there was any need for them to be participating in the celebration after being on the show for just a year.

I was glad to see a proper closing for the romances though. I was kind of feeling again, did I miss something with Sam and John. What WAS the exact reason why they couldn't go for it? Was it that Sam was not ready? Or they both had too much baggage? Because I could have sworn John say to Sam that then they were taken, but now they're not? Oh well. Good scenes anyway.

Even though I was never invested in Tarly as more than great friends, glad to see that wrapped up too.

I'm just gonna say it, I feel sorry for Felix. There are people like him in real life. People who witness other people having big romances, and like Felix, some people have to sit on the sidelines and use comedy to get through it. Sorry for him. Watching these scenes were painful.

I liked the scenes between John/Sam and Carly/Todd. They showed real emotions between the actors,very well done. It's obvious Laura and Kelly are going to miss their leading men. It seemed like they are ending the John McBain character. I hope Micheal E returns. The writing on the show can be SO great some days, and other days it falls flat.This was a good day!
I am really starting to like Liz and AJ. The way he looks at her, his eyes sparkle, never saw that with Jason. I am also liking Felix more and more, especially as a friend to Liz instead of with Sabrina. Those scenes with Feliz, Liz and AJ were so funny (even Becky was cracking up). Instead of him drooling over Milo they should bring on someone else for him. He seems very natural in the role and I like him so much better then Sabrina and Brit.

EET-- I don't like Dante, but I would feel so bad for him and Lulu. It would be awkward and painful at the same time.

Wasn't there a gay character on GH, Lucas I think was his name, I don't remember if he came out, but why not bring him back for Felix, I don't think GH has had a gay couple on their show in my memory. There's no point in having him be so sad over Milo if Milo is straight.

I am loving Felix and really would like to see him get fleshed out more. maybe he is the mayor's son but he is going by her maiden name and he and Madame Mayor had a falling out over his being gay.
And bring Lucas back so we can get a little romance in his life instead of him having to be a sounding board for everyone else.
Also did anyone else notice Rebecca Herbst have to hold back her laughter when Felix said "Bitch please" in response to AJ's story about his fake relationship with Carly?

I fell asleep watching. Did they explain that the OLTL 3 are leaving town and why as part of the show? I must have missed that.

Liz and Laura's hair was superb. I loved Lucy and her comment about Scott catching the bouquet at Luke and Laura's wedding. I loved Lulu's approach to the gift. It was very no nonsense. I loved that she cut through the crap right away and filled her parents in that Luke is single and that Laura knows. Old GH would have dragged that out for a year. I also like that the Carly and AJ non relationship lasted so little time. It really would make no sense for Carly who has always blamed AJ for everything to get involved with him. Also, Carly has never been someone who hides. She takes things head on. She grabs bats and attends mob meetings. She doesn't hide. I do not buy her not being able to just say no to Todd.

I also thought the bear camera was offensive but Todd like.

I really had no interest in John and Sam but I thought it was interesting that she was expressing my thoughts about living near John while pregnant instead of with her mother. I also love that he taught her to trust. Has she ever grieved for Jason? Hell, Connie has grieved more for her drawer baby!

Regarding the 'Llanview 3', Todd should be back in a couple months (on tv). He is only on OLTL for 4 weeks (So ALL OF MAY), then back to GH. Have not heard anything about Starr or McBain. Since they didnt agree to go back to OLTL, ABC wasn't able to work it all out to get them back.

Though i dont even see why PP is fighting this. Starr wouldnt even fit in there anymore. There is no mid-20s youth movement on new OLTL. And John, here's a thought. Bring Brody back for a bit, and make it turn out he is really Liam's dad. Either pair him with Natalie or put her with John Kelly (Cutter). John has no familiar ties in Llanview.

Just let the actors be and do what they are doing.

I wasn't really clear what the big, dramatic goodbye/extension-of-the-arms thing was with McBam...did he say he was going somewhere? I for one didn't want or need any music played for these them OR for Tarlyl. I thought Howarth was trying a bit too hard with the squinty-eyed thing attempting to cry, i wasn't sure if he had gas, or was emotionally upset. After watching the Tarly stuff, i do know for sure i don't need or want to see any heartfelt stuff from Howarth, maybe i'm just totally burnt out on the character AND the actor.

I would've liked Sonny being at Lante's, but W/OUT the Cawnie sideshow.

I am wondering now if Scotty has some hold on Laura, now that Luke is wondering too. Yes, there is something flat about L&L, i'm not sure if it's the way it's being played, or written. AWKWARD is the word i want to use. Something feels awkward, and i'm not sure if it's intentional or not. TG played it a bit softer yesterday, which i liked, he struck the right tone for me this time.

Loved the Lucy/Scotty stuff, i LOL'd many times watching Lucy go on and on. The hand gestures alone had me cracking up.

Loved the Quiz stuff and Felix was funny. Maybe he will get a story...

First...More Felix and Liz ONLY!! Those two are perfect together. When AJ was talking and Felix was like B____ please then Liz started laughing, that was a perfect scene. I love AJ/Liz together. I love that AJ sees Liz as a bright light. Just like the way Ric saw her. I would love to see them fall in love but AJ take a turn for the worst and Liz be there to help him. LiRic was perfection. I would love for Liz to be in another relationship like that except AJ doesn't poison her.

I will never be able to get behind Todd and Carly. Carly would stab someone in the head over Jason yet she just glosses over the fact Todd helped keep Jason away from his baby all that time? It's just so OCD.

Also, MCBAM, I love love love them. I love the way John looks at Sam with such intensity. They have to hurry and get that man back to PC.

Can't get behind Luke/Laura 2.0 or is it 25.0. Luke looks too old for Laura and the stuff Luke has done in the past 4 years has just made him so unlikable. I want Stefan back for Laura.

@logan_echolls: I would prefer a reunion of LiRic or at least Ric Lansing back in Port Charles. Liz/AJ are definitely building a momentum that I am enjoying and Ric's return could throw a wrench in things. Classic soap. If not for Liz, Ric's return could give Alexis and Molly some story and be a foil for Sonny.

Sam and JOhn together are apart make me feel nothing but bored to death.

Of the Llanview transplants, ME's McBain is the one I think offers the most to GH in terms of story potential in different areas of the canvas. RoHo? Taken in small doses, I can deal, backstory included and his delivery of one liners is hysterical. KA? Nice girl, polite, sweet and charming in person (like LM), but if Starrfish drops off the GH canvas never to return, I, for one, will not be sad. The character is a parasite and her acting is too hit and miss for this cast.

I am thoroughly loving all things Spencer-Falconeri through tears. Yes, I said it. I have been ticked off at how Julie Marie Berman's leave taking has been treated with her (and by extension Dominic Zamprogna's) airtime slowed to a trickle and then everything "crammed" into a handful of episodes. But there is that ever-present, trademark tender believability and realism that has become a hallmark of her/their scenes with GF, AG, and LLo that has its' own strength and beauty. That in itself, for me, is the lasting impression that will linger over this story until the recast appears. I take solace in the fact that she chose her time to leave the show, and I look forward to whatever direction she takes to soar as high as she cares to...

Swan I feel so sorry for fans like you. As a jasam fan i can relate - he didnt even get a funeral. I wish they had found a way to do SOMETHING meaningful for JMB before she exited after all the years viewers have invested in her. She really will be missed (at least by me)

Drawer baby?? Nice. I guess the only baby that rates for being slam free is little jake. Sam grieved for jason more than we saw with liz, carly or monica who all seemed to grieve very little. I blame that on the writing because they wanted to pretend i guess that jason wasnt leaving.

McBam I think they are both technically free, but they know that neither of them are ACTUALLY free. They both still feel connected to other people in spite of the growing feelings and attraction they have for one another. We saw that Sam felt guilt that she started to develop feelings for john and I think john knows that if he could see liam daily again he would leave in a heartbeat for pennsylvania. My guess is in the next month or two, oltl will give some level of closure to jolie and john will then come back free, they will put sam in another situation like the caleb one where she interacts with john and eventually they will hook up.

The minute felix showed up I started anticipating the return of lucas lol. BTW its interesting to me that tptb dont seem to get that ellie and felix have worked as new characters because they havent been crammed down our throats. look at all the newbies that came and went because thats what happened - the bring on lisa niles and suddenly she is everywhere and in everything. Ive seen the actress now in a number of small parts and she is very watchable but gh ruined her introduction. She could have been great in between scrubs in smaller doses and then when they whole well scenes happened they could have written her in to treatment and then paired her in earnest with johnny but instead we got lisa eating the show and fans rejected her. I find felix refreshing. I hope he runs in to carly soon because i cant wait to hear that discussion lol

Thanks EET. I totally understand how Jasam, as well as Liason, fans feel for the "lack of closure" for the actors. Where the character of L will continue through into the Ice Princess arc, the character of Jason just seemed to be lopped off like a dead tree limb, without much thought fot the fact that he is/was a legacy character. Time will tell how successful this particular way of telling stories will endure. Don't get me wrong. I want GH to survive, grow and prosper but personally, I want to see more of a balance of character driven material versus plot point. And I do apologize for being out of sorts. I want to support the recast of L, but it's going to be a wait and see situation for this L&D lover...

Forever I read Sam grieved to much- now she grieves to little.. OK.. IMHO- I have seen her grieve a lot and for awhile wouldn't accept he was even gone. As a Jasam fan it was hard to see McBam but Steve choose to leave. At least he left very in left with his wife. He left with a clear choice the love of his life and his son.. So that makes me happy!! I can get on the McBam bus because they are smoking hot. However I wouldn't mind seeing her man free for a while taking care of Danny and seeing her and Alexis deal with her Daddy mystery..

Seeing Lante together made me sad to know JMB is leaving. Curious to see how the new recast works out. I was a little discusted by Lulu playing match maker with her parents. Luke at this point is so not worthy of Laura, Anna or Tracy. I would love to see a discussion between him and Laura and him and Liz about Jake..

The bar stuff was cute to see and I enjoyed the day player nurses giving AJ a hard time about Liz. Count me in as someone who is happy the Carly / AJ lie is over..

I haven't really been a Tarly fan- but I loved their scenes..

SwanQueen, i spent the first couple weeks in shock that JMB was leaving. She's so natural, so grounded -- her acting style is a joy to watch, and it's those things that leads you to let her into your heart. I too noticed the special chemistry they all had yesterday, despite the [written?] awkwardness betw L & L. I was resentful that she was totally MIA for weeks after the Valentine's party, she deserves better.

I've accepted she's moving on and wish her the best, and MR will have to seriously tone down the ditz to even get close to matching JMB's appeal.

IOWAHAWKEYE-Without giving anything away Julie's work in today's episode with AG is a total joy from my perspective. And you're right about the recast, but I want to support Dominic as well as the pairing. When the recast starts airing, it may be a while before I "see" this version of my favorites, but I'm not going to drop my GH viewing because half of my acting couple has chosen to move on. I do however want to see story that is worthy of the talent that is on this shows' roster. I think that's all any of us have ever wanted. And that's me being honest...

Someone used a worthy comparison the other day, re: the comedic leanings of Ron's writing. I thought about that and equate it to an Ugly Betty style: comedy with touching moments sprinkled throughout, but not really DEEP drama. That's sorta what we've been seeing lately, and it's DEFINITELY better than what we had before. It was obvious during Fruza's run that the actors had to take what they were given and spin into gold, and they usually did. To reiterate your point, i too hope they are given material worthy of their talents.

I love(d) Lante, i was interested in them even when i was a more casual viewer during the Fruza days. Now at least DZ will be taller than his costar!

I would love for Ric to come back for Liz. Ric's love for Liz was so intense. I can see something going wrong with Ric and he comes back to town. He goes looking for Liz and sees she's with AJ. I can just imagine all the underhanded things Ric would do to get Liz back.

I hate that Molly is so darn annoying but she needs Ric since he's her father.
