Could Robin Scorpio Drake Return as a #GH50 Surprise?
Scrubs fans have dearly missed Dr. Robin Scorpio Drake (Kimberly McCullough) in Port Charles. TV Guide caught up with General Hospital head writer Ron Carlivati and asked if Robin might return for the show’s 50th Anniversary.
And the Ugly Betty—esque Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) blossoms into a swan, much to the delight of Patrick (Jason Thompson). Will the heartthrob doc finally declare his love? And, if so, wouldn't this be the perfect night for his "dead" wife Robin (Kimberly McCullough) to show up?
"This would in so many ways be the ideal time for Robin to walk through the door," concurs head writer Ron Carlivati. "It would be a total game-changer but, while I'm promising a whole lot of surprises at the Nurses Ball, I'm not promising what they'll be."
Are you ready for Robin to return, or do you want Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) to have a bit more time to make a play for Patrick (Jason Thompson) before Robin's inevitable return from the dead? Sound off in the comments!

I think this would be ideal to have Patrick torn between the two if KMc was staying long term, if she's just popping in, there's no point unless they're having Scrubs ride off into the sunset

There's no rooting factor in Sabrina. She's an empty shell and never a realized character. Her versus Robin (or any established character) for the affections of Patrick is ridiculous. All of the time spent on Sabrina the writers should have written an actual character versus a caricature! What a waste of time? I agree with GHteenybopper that Robin's return should usher The Scorpio-Devane family off of the show if Kimberly McCullough is not remaining with show in even a recurring basis.

I liked Betty Lite in the beginning, but the writers shoved her so far down my throat that I just don't care anymore about her.....whether she finds love or anything else. Yes, her interactions with Felix are cute and fun, but truth be told, I'd rather see Felix in love than Betty Lite.
But they definitely need to bring Robin back..........the sooner the better!!

COME ON!! Bring back Robin!!!! Let Patrick finally have the happiness that he deserves with Robin, he's not happy and I will never accept anyone but Robin with Patrick. I love Kimberly and I love that she's directing, but having her come back for this Nurse's Ball, show herself alive to her husband and child will be perfect. She finally gets her family back, I want that. I want him to finally have what he's been wishing for over a year. Having Robin back.
Let Milo's feelings for Sabrina develop, I want that couple. I think they would be the next perfect couple.

I like Sabrina as well, but I hope the story is that even after her transformation, there really isn't anything there with Patrick. They only click as friends for me, and it's too much of a fairytale.

Sabrina should've "transformed" a couple of months ago. She should've gotten a backbone and been developed into an actual character with depth, with flaws, with raw emotions...If Sabrina would've brought out her claws and put Britch in her place a while ago, I could possibly see this being a decent triangle.
But if Robin were to return, how in the world could anyone actually think there would be some competition between Robin and Sabrina? Just because she put a hot comb to her head and popped in some contacts doesn't really change anything.
And anyway, if I was Sabrina and had confessed how I felt to Patrick and got the -_- straight face in return, I wouldn't want to be with him once I fixed myself up a little. I guess that's just me tho....idk. I'm indifferent to the whole thing. I hope Robin returns though, because I never got to see her except the occasional random hospital scene

If it's love, real love, it should not matter whether Sabrina's hair is a rats nest or she wears eye glasses. Patrick would look like a superficial jerk to only be interested in Sabrina once she's shed her ratty hair and eye glasses.

It will be extremely shallow of Patrick to see the beautiful swan that Sabrina turns into at the nurses ball to then fall for her after not paying any more attention to her prior other than to get band aids and babysit. I think GH has to truly kill off robin or recast her if Kimberly doesn't want to return. Knowing the character is out there is not satisfying to this fan and is a bit ridiculous on cartoony's part to keep her alive this way.

Neither one. Can't stand either character especially the idiot student nurse. I have barely watched GH for the last month due to the idiot storylines - the pickle relish crap, Sabrina, the other newbies, Sabrina, Connie/Kate/Whoever, Sabrina. I have always wanted to see Liz and Patrick together. They just seem to be suited to each other, but what do I know.

NO contest ROBIN is the only one I want with Patrick AND Emma. Sabrina needs to get away from Robin's family.,
I originally had no problems with Sabrina (but never wanted her with Patrick ) then when RC heavy handed writing took Robin, her daughter and the Nurse's Ball to force Sabrina on me, it made me hate the character. DO NOT use a GH vet like Robin to force a character like Sabrina on me. Besides no way will I EVER believe that Patrick would love anyone over Robin and certainly not some poor childish nurse. The fact that RC is making Patrick be at the NB honoring his wife Robin with the child nurse standing with he and Emma is more insulting just like when ANOTHER vid was used to have Robin prop this nurse. Patrick and Emma scenes are unwatchable now and that's sad.
I also do NOT trust RC with bringing Robin back to take way from his ugly Betty nurse. NB will be more about a makeover than HIV AIDS. oh they will have people mentioning HIV AIDS and probably give nurse credit just like every character being used to prop some Nurse we know nothing about,
RC is no better than Guza with his pets. Guza had Carly, Sonny and Jason and RC has Ugly Betty, Kate/Connie and his OLTL PETS he CAN'T let go of even if it hurts GH and constantly stalls important stories,

No to Liz near Robins family. She is just as bad. Scrubs is the story. Liz had enough men and don't want her near Robins husband or child. Liz couldn't take care of her children and left them to trick Lucky at Shadybrook. Emma needs her mommyRobin no one else,
Chemistry is with KMc and JT.
