General Hospital: Perkie's Observations
Sabrina impatiently waits to hear the board’s decision regarding the death of the police officer, when Britt arrives with the letter. Patrick questions why Britt is on crutches, and she claims she slipped. Sabrina reads the letter, which states she is not responsible for the death.
Frisco runs into Maxie at the hospital, and wonders if she’s had any more trouble from Britt. Maxie hasn’t, but is still worried Britt won’t keep her mouth shut about the baby. Spinelli shows up, and Maxie makes the introductions. Frisco is not amused by Spin mentioning he broke Maxie’s heart. Spin counters that it’s hypocritical of Frisco to say anything to him about Maxie, considering his absence from Maxie’s life. Maxie begs her father to back off.
Duke visits with Felicia, and ignores Tracy’s many phone messages. He admits to Felicia he borrowed something from Tracy, who wants it back. Felicia tells Duke about Frisco being back in town, and wanting to get her back. Felicia claims she wants to stay with Mac, and feels Frisco is stuck in the past. Duke tells her that she needs to let Frisco know it’s over.
Olivia arrives at the hospital in a wedding gown, determined to marry Steve today. She explains she hired Maxie to coordinate it. Liz points out Maxie’s less than stellar track record, and warns something always goes wrong.
Starr needs an actual lab to test the relish, so she, Michael and AJ head to the hospital, where Ellie has just returned to work. Ellie realizes they want to do a little reverse engineering, but declares the lab is for hospital use only. Starr offers to help, and Ellie finally agrees.
Tracy summons Spinelli to hire him to find her missing relish. She stresses AJ stole it. Tracy wants Spin to get it back, and makes a comment about Duke. Spin points out Duke works for ELQ, and Tracy realizes Duke stole the relish for AJ.
Maxie spots Britt on crutches, and wonders if Frisco had anything to do with it. Frisco denies it. When Maxie heads off, Frisco confronts Britt, who accuses him of causing her accident. She pleads with him to leave her alone, and swears she’s done with Maxie. Frisco wants her to back off Sabrina as well. Britt informs him the committee cleared her, so Sabrina will be fine. Frisco warns her about saying anything about Maxie’s baby, and Britt promises she won’t.
Patrick sees Frisco and Britt talking, and wonders why Frisco was so angry. Britt claims she was only telling him about Maxie’s pregnancy, and vows she’s not a threat to Sabrina. Later, when the list of graduating nurses is posted, Sabrina’s name is not on it. Britt smirks in the background.
Olivia asks Liz to stand up for both her and Steve at their wedding ceremony. Maxie arrives with Liz's dress, and spirits her off. Sabrina comes in and offers her good wishes. Steve explains to Olivia about the water spilling on him, thus fulfilling her previous shower vision. Sabrina swears she never had a crush on Steve, but someone else. She lied about the entire attraction. Olivia advises her to tell the person.
AJ is happy Michael has found someone special. Michael says it’s his turn, as Liz walks by dressed up for the wedding. Liz explains about the wedding. AJ asks if she wants to do something sometime, and Liz wouldn't mind spending more time with him.
Duke meets with Tracy, who tells him AJ stole the relish. She offers to pay Duke a large sum of money to steal the relish back. Duke goes to AJ and informs him of Tracy's deal proposal.
Frisco visits Felicia. Mac overhears Frisco invite Felicia to meet him at the Metro Court.
Olivia and Steve say their vows. Before the priest can declare them husband and wife, Memphis police officers arrive to arrest Steve.

Frisco's being a complete douchebag when it comes to Felicia but my goodness, I loved his smackdown of Spin and Britt.
Line of the day:
Frisco; "were done when I say were done, toots"
Made me giggle and rewind.
Uhm Olivia, did you forget you have a son? And a daughter in law? And a cousin? She had time to call Maxie to organize her wedding and get dresses, but no one called Dante and Lulu?
So, Ellie and Starr are going to look at relish under the microscope? Will they see the individual grains of salt and drops of worcestershire sauce?
Loved the Liz/AJ scene. Loved that Micheal was approving.
Loved Tracy figuring it all out. And to borrow a phrase from Friends, love that Duke doesn't know that she knows that he knows that she knows.

Today's episode was excellent. I really enjoyed it!
I agree that Frisco has been very pushy toward Felicia, but I do appreciate GH giving them more screen time and exploring the Mac/Flea/Mac triangle a bit. I also enjoyed the flashback of F&F together. They were just so young and beautiful. I actually paused my DVR so that I could get a really good look and enjoy the flash back even more. *sigh* I actually got a little choked up.
I love, love, love Duke and Tracy playing cat and mouse. FLOVE it! NOW, I'm curious to see where this goes. Who knows, I might even ship Duke & Tracy as a couple. I really don't like Duke & Anna together (I'm still hoping that Robert will be back), but Duke would be great for Tracy--if they went there.
Wow, Patrick really has turned the stink-eye toward Britt, hasn't he? I still don't want Patrick and Sabrina together, but I am going to enjoy Patrick going after Britt with guns loaded.
I hope we get some Laura/Scotty/Luke time next week.
LLC seems to get prettier every day. She has beautiful skin.
I liked the way some of the scenes were shot today. I always enjoy seeing familiar sets from different angles.
ETA: Pssst. I say something on Twitter that I couldn't help but pass on. LOL!!!!!

I would have bet money that when Olivia stated that she got help planning the elopement she meant Kate! Of ALL of the days to not show up on my screen, Kate chooses today when Olivia gets married. Lol. I could not imagine any good reason for Dante & Lulu to not be present. Dante showed up to the hospital the end of the previous episode. The continuity with this show is terrible.
Liz looked stunning. As pretty as I thought Olivia was in her wedding dress, Liz stole the show. I love seeing Liz out of scrubs and dolled up. Liz/AJ/Michael scenes were adorable. I'm not a fan of Sean Kanan but I'll be damned, I found AJ endearing asking Liz out. I swear Rebecca Herbst has chemistry with everyone. Chad Duell was super cute as Michael.
Ellie should have more scenes outside of Spinelli. Her analyzing relish is silly but whatevs. I also like Spinelli outside of Ellie or Maxie. I remember really liking him mix it up with Olivia and then Todd a few months back. My like of Ellie/Spinelli died the day he and Maxie had "room-leveling" sex as Ellie clung to life on the side of the highway, in the snow no less!
Mousy Nurse continues to be a complete waste of time. Just eat the damned doughnut! I wish she'd flunk out of nursing school and leave Port Charles! Jason Thompson went from creating Emmy reels daily to being stuck in this dud of a story with cartoon characters. I wouldn't blame him if the exited the show ala JMB. Seriously. He's far too talented for this.
I'm not feeling Jack Wagner at all. I don't recall him being this bad on B&B. The insta-reunion between Frisco & Maxie is terribly shallow. Maxie's guilt over ruining Sabrina's career trumps her guilt over pawning off Spawnelli to Lulu & Dante is absurd. What?! This storyline is terrible and a waste of JW's ten-episode run (it must be half over.)
I like Felicia but I found Kristina Wagner's baby voice to be too much today. Finally, a Felicia/Frisco flashback! Poor Mac
I enjoyed Tracy/Spinelli and thought they were fun. Jane Elliott returned to a reasonable volume!!!

Can someone tell me, wasn't the jar of relish given to Tracey in her father's will? Doesn't that basically mean the recipe is hers?
Plus, not only is it ridiculous that they run to the hospital lab to test relish but Starr is now a scientist?! Why didn't they just have AJ send it off to the NUMEROUS labs in the country that test food for not only calorie content and fat but for other things like ingredients.
AND HATE TO SPOIL this utterly ridiculous storyline, but a scientist will not be able to tell you the recipe with as little as a smear of the ingredients. Sure, they will be able to tell you the chemical make-up of the relish BUT THAT WON"T tell you how it is prepared, the quantities and other things! If so, then we would know the secret coke recipe, the secret KFC recipe, and every other recipe people hold dear!!!
It's sort of hypocritical that Starr is doing this when she knows it's stolen so in essence she's breaking the law so how is that any different from other acts that her father has commited.

GH is spinning out of control and is becoming ridiculous!
-the police are going to take Steve away less than 24 hours after major surgery?
-Science Barbie Starr
-when did production on Pickle Lila end? Either that jar would be molding or the major ingredient in the pickle is a nuclear strength preservative
-the whole quickie wedding
-coatless Rafe
-wonderbaby Danny who apparently does not ever need changing
-where do Duke's suits come from? Didn't he go from the Turkish prison to the clinic?
-the open door policy at Hotel California (Wyndemere). Didn't it have a security agency screening it?

Olivia and Liz looked beautiful....Olivia made a beautiful bride and I love when Liz gets out of scrubs...I agree...there was absolutely no reason why Dante and Lulu were not present for this wedding...personally I LOVE when there is no Connie/Kate on the screen, so I was fine with her absence. If they wanted to write the character of Steven Lars off the show, I am glad they did not kill him off, and instead are carting him off to jail. This leaves an opening for the character to return at some future point. Steven Lars is a legacy character, and the show in the past has killed off way too many of them.
My eyes teared up too when I saw my pretty F&F flashback. I was soooo in love with this couple in their day... they are still able to effect me to THIS day. I know a lot of you are mad because of Mac...and I can appreciate that...Mac is the good guy in this...Stable, loving and ever present as a father figure in Georgie's and Maxie's lives....but F&F were magical as a couple, and I will forever love them.
I still can't see Patrick with Sabrina...she is way too young for him...why do they persist in this? I personally can't see ANYONE with Patrick until they address Robin being alive. If they wanted to make it believable about him being torn between two loves....they picked the wrong girl in Sabrina. There is absolutely no sexual or romantic chemistry between these two.
Personally I am loving the show these days. I don't post as often because for the most part I am happy. Yes I can find fault with things that don't make sense...but as much as I didn't like the vampire story...I loved Lucy, I thought Sam was gorgeous...Danny stole the show, he is such a cutie pie...and I am liking this new kid Rafe. ME looked like he had a blast playing the duo role also. So while a lot of it didn't make any sense...I liked it for the most part.
Love seeing so much of Tracy...and I am in heaven with all these vets. I just need my girl Liz to get more air time....and less of Konnie/Starr/Sabrina....and the show would be killing it... for me at least.

Does Kristina(Felicia) talk the same way in real life? Her cadence is so annoying!
Enjoying the show for the most part, but anxious to leave the vampire story and move on to the Nurse's Ball.
Too many stories going on right now...no real continuity.

Me too! I noticed that in the first scene of Tracy in the Q's den. The camera seemed to be placed in a spot that it's never quite been before. It was a very interesting perspective. They also had it lit brightly like it was early in the morning.
Kristina Wagner's new 'do... GORGEOUS!!!

Posters on this board get upset when there are only “negative” comments. I’m making a vow now to have at least one nice comment per post….
Loved Felicia’s hair today and the shade of blue she was wearing. (1st positive comment).
My main problem with Re-Ron Cartooni is that to be a head writer it is more than just coming up with long term story. You need to manage your breakdown writers as well as your script writers. Head writers are paid in the range of 1 to 1.5 million a year so I think they should earn their paychecks. There are posters on here who often come up with better story ideas than the HW on these soaps and probably would work for half that salary. The reason we love soaps is because the evolving characters and continuing story……the legacy. What sets soaps apart from other genres is their ability to take their time in telling story. It doesn’t have to be told in 30 or 60 minutes. You can tell it over 3 months or 6 years. We love when soaps honor their history (bringing back vets, seeing kids grow up). There was a particular scene today between Duke and Felicia (and then Frisco) irked me. Duke is talking about the Q’s to Felicia and telling her about all their drama. Besides the Quartermaines, those married to them, Alice, Reginald and Jennings there is probably nobody more than Felicia who knows the Qs and could have give n Duke inside info.
Felicia was hired by Edward & Lila in the late 90s/early 00s to write Lila’s memoirs (or as Felicia says “memwahs“). Maybe Felicia could have discussed Lila’s inspiration for the relish? Maybe she has the recipe since it might have been in Felicia’s research? Felicia should have been all over that conversation with Duke and gave more color to the story and honored history (it is turning 50) by throwing in a line or two referencing it. Besides HW, breakdown writers and script writers there is also a continuity person and a network exec overseeing these shows. Someone or several people are not doing their jobs.
The other problem I had with that scene is that characters are not being written in character (probably because all the GH writers were fired and replaced by the OLTL staff that doesn’t know GH history). Frisco and Duke haven’t seen each other in 20 years. They see each other for the first time and they shake hands. These 2 guys circa 555-5555 were friends and fought to bring down “Mr. Big” (Burt Ramsey), Anna was Frisco’s first boss (has he even seen her?), shared love for Robin, worked together to save Anna from crazy Grant Putnam. Yet, after 20 years and thinking Duke was dead they shake hands? Not a hug (bro hug at that)? Their interaction was as if they were businessmen who haven’t seen each other in 2 weeks. This should have been noted in the script and if not the director should have given the note.
So I’m not called negative here’s another happy comment….I loved Frisco calling Britt “Toots” (2nd positive comment).

Felicia had better not dick Mac over again. I hope she tells off deadbeat d-bag Frisco and sends him packing. Funny how Maxie's cold shoulder treatment didn't extend to her loser dad. Over 1 dinner, she tells him her deep dark secret, and rather than be a good father to tell Maxie to be honest, he helps her keep it covered up. Frank/Ron had better keep Felicia with Mac, and give Mac some joy.
As for the implausibilities in the stories, I think fans need to chill out. Since when have soaps been a haven for reality? When GH got too real in the mid 90's, ratings plummeted. People didn't want to see cancer, HIV, AIDS, etc. It was too much reality, and people tuned out. Soaps are entertainment. They are supposed to take us away from our daily life into a different world where we can laugh, cry, gasp, get mad, get frustrated, and tune in again the next day. Yes, there has to be some balance, but GH isn't in lala land. It's a mix, and the ratings are up, and fans should be excited their soap will live on rather than pick apart every little detail that doesn't follow exact logical sense.

I love the fact that they are not killing Steve off instead sending him to jail for a while. Much better way of him exiting the canvas. I love the writers for going this route.

I WHOLEHEARTEDLY agree with nysam and sort of with JEFF above on their comments on GH. Both are very valid.
But where Jeff's point is valid it is also off the mark. Sure, we dont need to see true reality on soaps but somewhere along the line where we would be screaming to the high heavens that something on primetime was not real or the actions/climax implausible, we, as fans of daytime, are expected to just let it shrug off our shoulders.
I am all for a VAMPIRE story. I LOVE THE VAMPIRE DIARIES on the CW but hate TWILIGHT. But it has to be in context of the actual show. CARTOONi decided that PORT CHARLES (the defunct soap because of ALWAYS lackluster ratings) was not part of GH. They borrowed characters from the parent show but their stories never blended. When the Vampire story happened on PC it was never mentioned on GH even though they shared the same locale. So to drop it into our lap when in the context of GH's 50 years on air, it has nothing to do with our show.
I will take the ICE PRINCESS story and even Jerry Jax polluting the water of a WHOLE TOWN. But it has to be told in context of what is happening and also have a plausible ending. Even the Robin story has become the FRANCO story with the number of times she pops up and pops out without saving. She will return by the 50th anniversary NO DOUBT and disappear again without anyone knowing and this time it will probably be Helena who kidnaps her since Robin has had every other legacy villian steal her from her ex-police commissioner Uncle, her ex-SPY mom, her international spy dad, etc.
Tell fantastical stories that would never happen in real life but tell them where the beginning middle and end all seem plausible and real.

I really enjoyed AJ's fist pump at the end when Liz agreed to spend time with him.
Liz and Olivia both looked gorgeous. There is no way that Olivia would marry Steven Lars without her precious Dante by her side!
Yes, Ellie should have more scenes with the rest of the cast, because we all know that she's going to either go all cray cray or keep Spinelli from finding out that Maxie is carrying their miscarriage baby.

Well at least they didn't kill off Steve, which means that eventually Liz's brother could come back to town, hopefully with a better actor and story in tow.
The whole Maxie/Spinelli/Ellie mess is terrible. I don't believe after the way Maxie has felt all her life about her abandonment issues, that she would ever give up her own baby, no matter how selfish she seems at times. I don't believe that Ellie would continue to live with Maxie when she thinks Maxie tampered with her car and caused her accident. I liked Ellie when she first came on, but then they put her in this mess and I don't care for her much at all now.
I used to love Frisco and Felicia back in the day. Then the actress's voice started grinding my back teeth and Frisco took off and then years later Felicia took off. I don't want to see Felicia hurt Mac yet AGAIN. I don't believe the insta bond that Maxie has with Frisco either, no matter how he's trying to take care of the wicked Britch for her. I'm surprised Britt didn't make up a story about Sabrina trying to run her over in the parking garage or something. lol. Patrick's stink eye was awesome.
Liz looked great, it's a shame they waste her on AJ.

I loved Liz and A.J. and I loved Michael's approval.
Frisco annoys me. He has been an absentee father for many years and now all of a sudden he wants to swoop in and be Father of the Year? Oh well - better late than never, right? At least his exchange with Britt was amusing. His attitude and arrogance about Felicia gets under my skin though. Rooting for Mac all the way.
Olivia looked beautiful but I echo the comments of others about the glaring absence of Dante and Lulu as well as Kate/Connie/whoever she is at the moment. What's that about? If she had time to get a dress then she had time to call them.
Overall I enjoyed this episode more than some of the other episodes in recent days so I'll put it in the 'win' column.

Liason - I thought Felicia had been with Frisco as well. The thing that bugs me about Frisco is how he doesn't seem to honor Mac. He should kiss Mac's feet not attempt to steal his girl. I would like to see all of the vets together chatting about shared history. Frisco hasn't seen Anna. How come they haven't brought Robert home? Luke and Frisco had history. Can we just drop the vampires, doppelgangers, and DID for a week so vets can catch up?

How old is Felicia darn grandmother?!! For years she's been taking care of this ill woman and we don't even know what's wrong with her. But she must be better since Felicia hasn't mentioned her a s has stuck around town.
A lot of the scenarios on here don't really work. When aj left (died) she was a strong n vengeful man. He died. And now on his return there is a slight teenage boy persona to his personality with Liz that doesn't match his battle for Elq with Tracey.
And how are they going to explain Steve leaving town and Olivia sticking behind? This will be two men who go to prison for murder and their LOVES give up on them. Maxie being the first and now Olivia. I like the actress but honestly with the size of the cast, just let her go and wait for Steve closer to his prison. Then ill believe they really loved one another.
I want mac to have a confrontation with Frisco that turns physical over Felicia. What better way for Mac to win Felicia over by getting into an argument with Frisco over his attempts at his women, abandoning his daughters, not returning to mourn his child's grusome death, And not even being there for his other child's murder trial. What a great way for Frisco to sulk out of town when the anniversary blitz is over by having mac put him in his place and Felicia deciding n admitting her heart is with the man with the biggest heart... Mac.

NY Sam I dont think the point was to get certain posters to say oh I liked felicia's hair. Ill compare to perkie - since its her column - she often calls out stuff that she doesnt like but she also comments on what she does like and in doing so it becomes clear that she loves the genre and that is a fan of the show in a global sense. When I read your posts, though i find them often insightful and agree with some of your criticisms, I dont really understand why you watch when you seem to like absolutely nothing of what cartini has brought to the table ( I cant really tell what you thought of guza because you werent posting that much back then). Now i will readily say I hated pretty much MOST if not all of what the scabs did during their run, but i think that was because I didnt feel that they understood the show or the characters and i felt they were taking the show in a different direction knowing they wouldnt be there long instead of following the path that the real writers had in mind.
As for felicia and duke and the duke and frisco, i agree that your version of the felicia and duke convo would have been more interesting, but i always thought duke was fairly reserved when it comes to men and frisco wasnt much better aside from robert and sean who he sort of saw as father figures, so i wasnt thinking damn why arent them man hugging.
What did I like - i enjoyed the whole frisco/spin/maxie showdown, i liked tracy being on to aj/duke, frisco taking care of business and i thought liz and olivia looked gorgeous.
What did I not love - everything having to do with the aj side of the relish story (the use of the hospital, star, the idea of the relish being something that a chemist (vs. a chef) might be able to figure out and everyone standing around like the relish was a newborn), the lack of chemistry between aj and liz and the absence of kate and lante from the wedding that wasnt.

I actually liked this episode,(even with Sabrina and Britt on). The show was back to normal. The last 2 weeks it just became too cartoonish and over-the-top. I like Heather, but I need a break from her for awhile and I now want to see Lucy (that screaming about vampires started to grate on my nerves). I want to see her back to normal.
Kristina W. seems to finally be more comfortable playing Felicia again because her acting has improved a lot. May-be playing opposite her ex-husband has brought out her real emotions. I like seeing Mac get a storyline. Mac and Felicia are both nice looking people and I like an older couple story for a change. Love Frisco getting into Britt's face!
Does anyone know how old Lisa C (Olivia) is? She looked beautiful in that wedding gown! She has a fabulous figure! And Liz looked absolutely gorgeous!! I liked when she came walking by in that red dress and both AJ and Micheal were like "WHOA"! She is a beauty! If they take the AJ/Liz relationship slow I can take it. As someone else said, they should talk about Jason. He was AJ's brother, and Liz's lover and she had a child with him.

The story Felicia told the last tiime she left was that she was going to join Frisco. But when she came back this time, either when fighting with Maxie or when trying to convince Mac that she wanted to be with him again, she specifically said that she had chased after Frisco and he had dumped her. That she had lied when she said she was with him because she was embarrassed that she chose him over her own daughters. Which is why she so reserved with Frisco now. She said, either directly to him or to Duke, love isn't dumping someone and then coming back around.

I don't think it's a continuity issue. Dante was there at the end of Thursday but nowhere to be found on Friday. But Friday featured MAxie and Frisco, so it's possible that all of those scenes were shot at a different time then the end ones on Thursday, to accomodate Jack Wagner's schedule.

I have been loving pretty much everything on the show.. Sure there are some areas that aren't my cup of tea- however this isn't new for me. I have always only been into 2 of the 4 stories going on. I think for sure it seems like some people get mad before there is something to get mad about- and then it resolves itself nicely. All the interactions with characters and all the dialogue has just been great. I am happy they didn't kill off Steve-I don't really care for his character but I hated how Guza just willy nilly killed people off. At least leave the door open for a return.
I am really intrigued by the mention of Sams father. I am hoping that will be on of the next big stories. It involves Alexis and Sam and some Cassadine goodness. Plus mix in my little Danny who has to be one of the cutest most well mannered babies and I will be in heaven!!

SO HAPPY they decided not to kill steve. always sad when the show kills legacy characters and prefer if they're going to be written off to have a door open so we can look forward to their return. i know i was being naive but i was really hoping they'd bring steve and liz's extended family for his wedding episodes, so we could see sarah and jeff return and maybe even meet liz and sarah's mom! this would have been the right time to bring back audrey. major missed opportunity in my opinion...
i love having frisco back. i dont want him with felicia but i'm happy this gives mac and felicia story, and happy maxie gets to have time with her dad even if its in fast-forward.
i know i'm in the minority, but i'm really grateful for the port charles vampire story being revisited. i know many people think it has nothing to do with gh but in my opinion it was really great to have this part port charles' history touched upon while we have the same actors on screen to give closure to years of story from our sister spin off show. also glad the writers left it open to interpretation for fans who want to see the story as supernatural can do so, and those who want to perceive it as a crazy serial killer and coincidences (which i would still like explained! did doc have a daughter named livvie?? could doc be sam's dad too??) can see it that way as well. i enjoyed it and i'm ready to move on from that story now
i don't hate sabrina. i think she's adorable. i don't think she's a terrible love interest for patrick or that his time is being wasted here, but i agree the story should improve and can be very cartoony. i'm glad sabrina is here for emma's sake and i really enjoy patrick and sabrina's friendship. i hope this storyline matures with some depth and character development if the writers want us to continue to watch this...
i think i'm crushing on tracy and duke! i love the idea of them getting together. he's a good man, and tracy finally deserves that.
i'm a newer member on this site and i really enjoy reading everyone's comments on the show! i don't have any friends who watch with me so i'm thankful i get to participate in a dialogue of sorts here with other fans...

The shows are not shot in sequence. They are edited afterwards even if Dante and Lulu actors were shooting on a Tuesday and Frisco actor was on a Thursday, 3 months later when the episode airs they could be on there together.
Y&R has been having that continuity problem frequently. I remember seeing Jack in 3 places ALMOST in the same time frame in one episode. It started with him having lunch at the GCAC with someone with Victor arriving. Then shot to his office with him walking in, then back to the GCAC at the end with him continuing the story with Victor. Made no sense. There have been other times too.

I loved Friday's episode. My favorite scene was the one at the Floating Rib with Felicia, Mac, Duke, and Frisco.
Kristina Wagner is simply beautiful. And while I agree with the the comments made about Felicia's extensive experience with the Q's and how she should have had more insight, etc., it was just so much fun seeing these vets together. Maybe I am easier to please than some. I think this might have been the most Felicia has been in an episode since she came back a year ago. Anyway, I love her, strange voice cadence and all!
I thought Felicia's defense of Tracey was interesting ... about how Tracey has had to become very hard in order to secure her place in the family, etc. It's a defense that makes sense but I don't hear anyone else sharing. Now that I think of it, it would make a helluva lot more sense to have Tracey choose Felicia as an ally/friend than Connie!!! We can only hope.
Can't wait until tomorrow's episode!

Quite frankly, if you are a Mac fan, you shouldn't be rooting for Felicia to "choose" him over Frisco, you should be rooting for him to find someone who will put him first.
You can see it in her eyes already, Mac is not who she wants to be with, she is just scared to be with Frisco again. Mac deserves better than that - although he has no one to blame but himself for being in this position again. Mac needs to find his self respect. He should start confiding in Alexis about his problems and they can find their way together like they should've a while back.
As for Jack Wagner's return, it could be so much more if they devote more time to it. Hopefully he gets more screen time in the future as his scenes have been few and far between.

Better late than ever, i've logged on to post a bit of optimism over Friday's episode, it actually left me curious over the weekend to see the next one, something which hasn't happened in months except for anticipating Genie's lackluster return.
I do note Kristina Wagner's annoying baby voice, soapbaby (which can ONLY get better/deeper as she ages we hope!), but for me, her emotions and acting -- along with the lovely Rebecca Herbst -- were the highlights of the entire hour. I think KW is bringing with her some life experiences that are playing really well in this story, even if it's just a 10 episode arc. There have also been some great nuances in JW and KW's acting and have enjoyed that aspect very much.
I will backtrack a bit b/c i did admire on Friday the attempts to integrate Duke with more characters and more story, it's working for me more than it was last week. I think it's important to show a bit of repetition with some of these stories -- instead of just 1x per week -- to make it effective and to ring true.
I wasn't a Sean Kanan fan AT ALL on y/r, but i look forward seeing him as A.J. and found all the Quiz scenes well played on both parts. To have AJ portrayed as a bit hesitant and even shy works for me in this story and SEEMS to be CarTini's way of throwing a bone to the audience romance-wise???
The dvr remote continues to get a good workout as far as the Starr relish analysis story goes. Todd cannot kidnap her soon enough! I have speculated aloud if Starr COULD be more appealing if they made her a bit more 3 dimensional and didn't try so hard to win us over...i'm running out of empty beer cans to throw at my screen.
"Spawnelli" -- hadn't heard that one soapbaby! Liked the Tracy/Spin scenes, i figured Tracy would bounce back so that's why i try not to go crazy with the ups and downs of storytelling.
Frisco does seem a bit mean, but it's working for me b/c it lets the audience live out their wish of Britch getting what's coming to her. Interesting twist with the crutches -- did the actress really injure herself, or was this for story purposes?
I thought Sabrina was a tad bit less annoying today, no? But i do LOVE everyone ragging on her!
