General Hospital: Perkie's Observations
Tracy asks Sonny to help her get rid of AJ. She confesses to using Soleito money for ELQ's benefit. She also informs Sonny that Anthony had proof she put dirty money into ELQ. Sonny knows Anthony would not have disposed of the evidence. Tracy thinks AJ will find the proof. Sonny believes Johnny has the evidence, but he doesn’t want to get involved because of Michael. Tracy points out when things go badly, AJ will make Michael take the fall. Sonny sticks to his guns, and turns Tracy down.
Michael wants Johnny’s help to take down Tracy, despite his disgust with Johnny’s actions. Johnny doesn’t want to do anything that will anger Carly. Michael knows Skye gave Anthony the proof of Tracy using dirty money at ELQ. Johnny admits he now has it. Johnny wonders if AJ is worth the effort, but Michael wants AJ to have his chance.
Ned eavesdrops as AJ informs Carly he told Michael everything about the night at the bar. Carly is upset AJ tried to make her look bad to Michael. Carly brings up Tracy, and AJ knows she’s done something that will get her in trouble. He’s ready to vote Tracy out, but Carly reminds him there are no votes left. AJ mentions Heather told him there is another vote out there, but he's sure all the kids and grandkids are accounted for.
Carly gets a sly look on her face, so AJ questions whether there is another heir out there somewhere. Carly says she wouldn’t tell AJ even if she knew. After AJ leaves, Ned approaches Carly about the possible unknown Quartermaine heir. Carly denies knowing anything about it.
Britt tries to impress Emma, and gives her a new game. However, Emma already has the game, thanks to Sabrina. When Emma leaves the room, Patrick apologizes for the child's behavior. Patrick admits Emma doesn’t like Britt, but Britt believes they just need to get to know each other better.
Emma returns to the table, and Patrick receives a call. Patrick steps away to take the call, and Britt demands to know what Emma has against her. Emma says she doesn’t like her, and Britt informs the girl the feeling is mutual. She strongly advises Emma to get to use to her, because she's going anywhere anytime soon. Britt asks if Emma wants her father to be happy, but all Emma wants is Sabrina back. Britt orders Emma to get over it, and heads off to the restroom.
Liz tells Sabrina about her conversation with Patrick about Britt. She stresses that he’s still concerned about Sabrina. Liz informs Sabrina that Emma misses her, but Sabrina feels it’s best to keep her distance. Sabrina knows her feelings for Patrick are too strong to even be around him right now. Liz doesn't think she should spend her life longing a man she can't have.
Starr and Molly are concerned about Kristina, who’s severely mourning Trey and blaming Connie. Starr tells her to move on and pick up the pieces. Kristina hates Connie, and wants to make her pay for Trey’s death. Molly knows Trey wouldn’t want her to seek revenge against his mother. Starr doesn't think it's worth it, and mentions the time she almost killed Sonny in her need for revenge. Starr believes Kris needs something to focus on, and suggests she enroll at PCU. Kristina agrees and heads to her room to change.
TJ visits Connie to offer his condolences, and ask for Molly’s novel back. Connie has no intention of giving the book back. TJ points out there will come a time when questions will be asked about the book, and Connie won’t know the answer, since she didn’t write it. Connie kicks him out.
Later on, TJ tells Molly he went to see Connie to get the book back, but failed. Starr discovers Kristina is missing. Kristina shows up at Connie’s office with a baseball bat in tow.
AJ arrives to see Tracy, as Sonny is leaving ELQ. He questions if Tracy is working with the mob again. AJ informs her that he knows she dumped Soleito money into the company. Tracy vehemently denies it, but Michael arrives with the proof.
Patrick and Britt return to the table at the same time, and notice Emma is gone.

My comment has nothing to do with some Quartermaine heir (except to say too bad Emily is dead), but I want to know if and when they are ever going to address Heather doing something to Edward's will. I can't imagine they would just sweep this under the rug, only because if they were going to do that then why even have her look at it? If they ignore this, then that whole silly situation where she held Skye at knifepoint was more than ridiculous. I know that there have been plot points throughout all of soap history that have just been dropped and never addressed again, but I don't want this to be one of those times.

Before they burden us with any Franco spawn I would suggest the following options for a Q heir before revisting a character that the audience hated like Franco...
1) Jimmy Lee Holt and his HOT sons.
2) Keisha Ward left PC circa 1996. Would be great if she left town preggers with Jason's kid. Isn't TJ Sean's ward? How about if it turned out that TJ was Keisha and Jason's kid???
3) Jake isn't dead. Franco faked his death. He wanted to make Jason suffer and what better way than to steal his son? Franco wanted to raise Jake as his own. Wasn't Franco obsessed with kids (i.e. Josselyn).
4) Edward had a son, Bradley with Mary Mae. Bradley begat Justus and Faith. Maybe Justus had a child we never knew about? Does Faith have children?
5) Maybe Edward had another affair besides with Beatrice (Jimmy Lee's mom) and Mary Mae.
There are so many options that there is NO need to revisit one of the least popular characters in GH's recent history. Not to mention James Franco is only is his early 30s so it would be weird to have him have a daughter older than say 14.

Proteus99, they're not sweeping it under the rug. They referred to it this past week, when AJ encountered Heather at Ferncliff.
And I don't think Heather did anything to the will. I think she just saw something in it that made her see that things are not as they seem.

Thanks Gord. I must have missed it. I FF through many scenes with AJ, simply because I can't handle Kanan as an actor. From what I can see from these threads, I am probably in the minority, but I am just not a fan. The only scenes that I have somewhat enjoyed since he has returned are the ones with Tracy, so unfortunately I will probably miss many plot points unless they are addressed in Perkie's synopsis.

What about Rebbecca? I thought Monica adopted Rebecca when she came to town in 2009?
I have no idea why Guza chose not to write a flashback scene that showed Rebbecca was in cahoots with Helena during the B&W Ball and she ended up dying instead of a then pregnant Emily. We later find out that Helena brainwashed Emily to take Rebecca's life, but not until she gave birth to Nicholas son, Mikkos.
I thought AJ and Keisha were a couple before she left town?

I'm not a Kanan fan, either, but I can't FF just in case I miss anything. I will say he has more personality than Steve Burton, so I'm happy enough about that.

Keisha was gone right after AJ went to the hospital after Carly gave birth to Michael. Keisha is the one who told him Carly's baby could be his. Then its like she vanished. Soon after BW was hired as AJ. Keisha was long gone by then.
They were a couple but its weird because they broke up but I forget if it was before or after he started sleeping with Carly. After AJ was found in that alley, I recall Keisha being on his side.

So they are bringing on this Lauren character I have to ask who she will be put with because the women in Port Charles are starting to outnumber the men two to one.

I mentioned that in a previous post. Too many women on the show. Monday's episode is going to look dumb with Sabrina and Elizabeth heading to the club looking for men and the only guys there are Milo and Max. I mean we need more leading men on GH. FV did great at that with OLTL but GH has very little leading new men. We need another doctor and another male. I said they should bring in Ellies supposed ex-boyfriend. We all know that they are bringing back Morgan but what about recasting the role of Ethan? Bring back Nicolas? Just bring back more males to even out the females at least.

If they are bringing in Lauren and she is the missing heir Carly knows about, Did Edward know about Franco being Alan's son? Does AJ know he has another brother?

Edward was told about Franco last year. AJ and Michael discussed Franco being Jason's brother late last week.

Okay. I am glad that even though Franco's daughter was all JFP's doing, the current regime still takes it into consideration. It shows a level of maturity on Cartini's part. I don't like it when regimes change and the new one just aims to forget everything the previous one did (even though it is pretty normal).
However, I just find it a tad hard to believe that Carly would be the totally only one to know about it. Not even Sam knows? Second, what possible reason would Carly have to not tell about it to Ned? I mean, I get why she wouldn't want to help AJ, but why not help Tracy then? Unless she is secretly planning some sort of coup herself. Please do not let that be the case. I really like Carly these days, under Cartini. Don't let her get her foot in at ELQ - that might totally compromise my feelings on her.

No, Jason wasn't dead. He was missing. Sam has only now started the procedures to have him declared dead. It is only the legal death that matters in the reading of the will.
Jimmy Lee Holt and his wife Charity didn't have any children. Edward said this in 2010.
Jake is not entitled to any shares because he wasn't a LIVING grandchild. Only living grandchildren and great grandchildren got the shares.

Faith Ward has one child: Maya Ward. But where is Faith herself? Dead?
Justus never had children.
The percentages of the shares aren't that difficult to calculate.
There is no going beyond 100 %. It was clearly stated that
"60 % is divided between all living grandchildren" and
"30 % is divided between all living great-grandchildren"
So no matter how many grandchildren there are - they will only inherit 60 % in total, in any case.
Now there was five grandchildren. 60/5 = 12 % per grandchild.
I am wondering, though, is there a certain date, after which the shares stay with the people who have them. There must be, right? I mean - if after 5 years from now someone comes along and proves they are Edward's grandchild, would that person still have a right to some shares?
