One Life to Live alum Scott Evans may have just plead out in real life, but he will back to committing White Collar crimes tonight on USA. Evans reprises the role of bad boy Dennis Flynn, who crosses paths with charming con man Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer).

White Collar returns tonight at 9 pm EST on USA.

He shoudl be in jail. It's nice to be related to star so you don't have to be punished like the average person.

Can you name anybody who went to jail for a first offense minor possession charge? I didn't think so! Everybody walks from this with just a slap on the wrist. Being a celebrity or related to one has no relevance here.
