You've missed quite a lot. First, she took at least one pay CUT before AMC was cancelled, so wanting more money isn't very realistic.
As for working, she's working on two series: Marc Cherry's upcoming Devious Maids, and she hosts Deadly Affairs on the Investigation Discovery channel. Also, since leaving AMC, she has had a recurring role on Army Wives and made a return appearance on Hot In Cleveland.

I kind of agree about retiring Erica's daughters if they are going to not have Erica. Of course, I don't see having Zach on there without Kendall. That is one of the problems with all of the casting. They need pairs. Tad and Dixie, Brooke and Adam, Zach and Kendall. Other than Brooke, I can't see any of the others working without the other. (Tad could go at it alone, but what would be the explanation of Dixie not being there? I don't see Cady McClain "stooping" to an internet soap.)
I think Brooke could be the centerpiece. Her and Adam could have married, Adam (if David Canary doesn't want to reprise his role) could have suddenly died from his heart problems, and she is fighting Colby for his estate. It could have a dramatic impact on her character since she's had so much heartache through the years, etc. She becomes CEO of Chandler Enterprises and queen of Pine Valley since Erica is out in LA.

How will they sell AMC w/o any of the Kane women? I'm assuming AM is close to signing, otherwise why bring on TK? No Zendall? Unthinkable! Hoping PP approaches ER. Could never warm up to Bianca played by anyone else. Is all of NBC's Smash filmed for the season? I know TK doesn't have a huge part in that, but he IS in it.
As for OLTL, hoping IK will at least make an appearance or two, if nothing more than to grab John by the... for doing her Nattie wrong. Other than that, I'm happy with who they've brought back. Except for Jack, lol.

Ummm, no offense, but shouldn't everyone just be grateful that there will even BE an AMC and an OLTL back on air?
I mean - all this talk about this and that who should be on, and "how can it succeed without this and that" ain't exactly gonna help! If I'm a hardcore fan of something/ someone, I'll take it any way I can.
