@stefanstavros....Bree won't be back. She is starring in a primetime series on NBC called DECEPTION. I personally would like a break from her.

While AMC has Zach, David and Darnell, OLTL has Bo, Clint and David. Where is Ted King as Tomas?

This is more a reflection on Frank and Ron, but I have no issues with the OLTL cast at all. Frank and Ron made all those characters interesting and left them in a good spot. I am really excited. I was/am worried that OLTL is still considered the less desirable brand, but just based on the cast I am ready to tune in. I can see the connections amongst the characters and it really shows what soaps are about: family. Plus, Tea. Yaas!

The AMC cast on the other hand seems more cobbled together at this point. I like Angie, Jesse, and Opal and the rest I am going to have trouble ff'ing through on the web.

*Blank stares* that AMC cast list is rather trim. I'm also surprised Melissa Archer sign on from OLTL. I Really wanted to see Natalie bitchslap Samantha Mccall(KM) on GH. That could've been and still be a magnificent classic soap rilvary. In other news OLTL could still be that force to be reckoned with (fingers crossed)

Andrew Trischitta? Really???

He was, by far, the weakest link at OLTL. Jack Manning could be an awesome character with an actor who knows what he is doing.

It looks like they got back the same people who had previously signed on. Do they really trust PP after the last let down? How will they sell AMC without Lucci? The OLTL cast lacks leading men in their 40s. David is a joke, Cutter is younger. Tomas/Ted King was part of the 2 Todds he should be there.

Trevor St. John NEEDS to be back in Llanview! Victor will be to OLTL 2.0 as Todd is to the current GH. With Victor, Tea, Dani and Jack, this is the core of the Lord family. Hopefully, Todd is back just so he can be exonerated for Victor's death. Plus, it seems that Florencia has better chemistry with Trevor than with Roger.

If they must bring Jessica back, I've narrowed it down to Jen Lilley or Marcy Ryland.

I'm really hoping that Andrew Trischetta has gotten some serious acting lessons over the past year. Otherwise...

I'm glad Shaun is back as are the Patels.

OLTL is recasting Destiny & Matthew

I don't see how AMC can do much with such a fractured cast; it will be a completely new show, perhaps The Angie and Jesse Show? As for OLTL, with the cast shown, the possibilities are limitless! Hooray! HOWEVER, I would definitely ditch the Destiny Does Llanview storyline. I may be trying to make a joke here but my sentiments are very real and serious. OLTL was a wonderful show; its ratings and audience were solid. Please treat the reboot and the OLTL fans with the respect that they deserve and give them good story lines and interesting characters and NOT farfetched, ridiculous garbage.

If Thorsten Kaye is returning then Susan Haskell should be brought back to OLTL. And I am so happy with this development. I do hope that there will be more casting news. We need to remember that most of these stars live out on the West coast so up and living the west coast to do an online show would be kind of dumb. But for those who already live on the East coast it is a great opportunity especially when work is needed.

Leave Jack alone AT is such a sweet heart in real life. I am glad to have him and Dani back on. Sam will return but I think they will probably have him off in boarding school like Morgan for a stint. Remember there are still more casting to do.

AMC still needs more characters in order for me to feel good about it. They do not need to recast Bianca the last actress did a great job.

Sam will be back. He is a child actor so they aren't putting him on contract. Most of the people listed they wanted to lock down. I'm sure Sam, Roxy and Nigel will make appearances. They just won't have a contract.

I won't tell you what it did to my body to see that Josh Kelly IS bringing us more Cutter Wentworth!

I'm kind of happy that Andrew Trishictta is back! Although he was AWFUL, after a while it became like watching weird existential performance art. It was as if James Franco had cast a guy pretending to be an actor to play an actor portraying a character on a soap opera. LOL

This makes me happy! I still say they need to bring back Max Holden and his twins (who would be in their 20's). He could mix it up with Blair or Tea. Also bring back Adrianna Cramer with a recast. I think they should have Cutter's mom on also since we just found out that she is Alex Olanov played by the delicious Tonja Walker!

Andrew was getting the hang of it, then the show was yanked. He's a handsome little boy and I for one will be rooting him on. With that, I just want to say I cant imagine the stress that each and every one of the actors endured with this cancellation. Their lives were literally pulled from under them, most being in the same jobs, in the same area for years. It would have been alot better if there were more soap opera options, but sadly they are all gone. Angie and Jessie on Y&R was very sad for me to watch cause they didnt even have a chance at the acting we know they are good for. Speaking of Jessie, did he ever explain that baby? I dont remember. And I hope Angie is not blind. And Tad better come back.,

I will agree that his acting wasn't the best but I am hoping that his year off he went to some acting classes. He is a very handsome young man and I am willing to give him another chance.

I am assuming that they have others that they want on both shows but have not signed contracts yet. No word yet on the AMC writers and they only have 1/3 of the cast. They are most likely recasting JR also. Where are the Kane women? We need Erica and her two daughters Bianca and Kendall!
