All My Children Alum Jesse McCartney to Recur on Army Wives

Actor/singer Jesse McCartney has nabbed a recurring role on Army Wives. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the All My Children alum will play Pvt. Tim Truman, who is the husband and high school sweetheart of Holly Truman (Elle McLemore).
McCartney's character is described as a " young and enthusiastic soldier hell bent on proving himself on his first deployment." No word on McCartney's first air date.
The seventh season of Army Wives returns later this year on Lifetime.

Yeah, Jesse looks like 35 in that pic. I can't imagine many 25 year olds have crows feet that deeply etched into their faces.
