Debbi Morgan Joins New All My Children

Here is some extremely good news for All My Children fans hoping Debbi Morgan would pop up in Prospect Park’s AMC reboot. Morgan announced on Twitter she will be returning to her Pine Valley stomping grounds as Dr. Angela Hubbard.

PJC722 I have to disagree on websoaps at least the few that I've watched in comparison to the last few years of Guiding Light. They webseries have been far superior in lighting and holding cameras still.

I'm prepared for the shows to look and feel different but then again I can handle just about anything if written well.

This whole comparison of the soap format changing from radio to tv then, to tv to online now is apples too oranges. TV was a new invention with not too much content so that is why there was a gradual transition for tv to overtake radio. People didn't have the incentive to purchase a tv which ,was regarded as a luxury item, immediately. Today the majority of Americans have a computer with Internet connectivity (the majority have high speed dsl or cable). So the barrier is less cumbersome to make the switch to viewing online. Also you have the flexibility to watch when you want. For the argument that older individuals won't know how to find it or won't watch I'm not sure I agree. All they would need is for a younger relative to bookmark the site for them so they could find it when they want. Although I believe more older people are a lot more tech sophisticated than most would believe.

WillowLake, that was a good point. But I have family members who do not know the first thing about a computer, nor do they own one who are waiting for their return. And I for one am on line most of my day and I have hated watching shows on my computer. As i recall from last year people were talking about a way to hook up to the tv, but we will see as it goes along.

You still need internet connectivity whether you watch it on your laptop, ipad, or tv. All views counted regardless.

Good for her. I tried very hard to like her as Harmony on Y and R, but the character just couldn't catch on.

She's home.
