I wish his chicken-munching, homophobic wife would get booted from DAYS, but I know she won't. If Amelia weren't playing Victoria, Chance weren't offscreen and Nina/Tricia Cast weren't on recurring status, I would say bring Ryan McNeil back from the dead.....but that would be pointless on today's landscape. Oh well, at least he's still a "rockstar".........

I've always liked the brother/sister vibe he's had with RH when they've worked together. Easy and comfortable. And I've liked him with LLo, but the closest thing that might've made their pairing interesting for the conflict it might have raised was the death of the inmate when KoKi was still on canvas as Maggie. That trio was a dud from the start. I truly wish him good luck...

There is no need to recast the role IMO. Liz is doing just fine without her brother & the Steve character was never that greatly developed.

DAYS PICK HIM UP! OR B&B! (don't think a Ryan redux will work on Y&R sadly)

He's been adorable since his Ryan McNeil days on Y&R and a great physical likeness to his TV dad Jeff Webber/Richard Dean Anderson. His performance never caught fire or anything but he was solid and portraying a doctor and a legacy character, which counts for alot on the recovering from a decade long sojourn into Mob as heroes GH.

That doesn't surprise me one bit. I haven't been watching the show, but I do remember Shaun Benson being put on contract in 2004 then released in 2005 and then in 2009, they bring in Scott & he's put on recurring, then on contract in 2010, then 2 yrs later he's released. If they recast Steven Lars Webber, I hope they don't put the actor on contract for a set amount of time, then release him. They might as well keep the character Steven Lars Webber as a recurring character. Sad to see him go.

As the grandson of Steve Hardy and son of Heather Webber Steven Lars should be an important character. However, Scott Reeves bores the hell out of me. Please hire Ricky Paull Goldin!!

As much as we need more Webbers, this guy just wasn't cutting it. And let's be honest, he only got the role because his BFF. This is the second time they have tried with Stephen Lars as an adult and neither guy has gelled.

Stephen is just plain boring.

I just hope this means Olivia is gone soon. Unless they try to pair her up with Sonny or she decides to run a Psychic house, there is no need for her anymore.

They need a better actor and also A TALLER ACTOR!! It's hard to get him a lot of love interest if he's shorter than most of the leading ladies.

As harsh as it may sound, the only thing I'm sorry about is Elizabeth loosing yet another person in her life. Seriously, does she have anyone left (besides her kids)?

They should consider recasting. Maybe with the right actor in the role the character could take off.

This is not fair, why , please keep him. He was out of the soaps for a while and its been great having him on GH.

That's too bad about Scott Reeves. I think he did a fine job as Steve Webber. Yes, they wrote his character dumb as dirt, but I think his acting when he at first believed his mon, and then had to realize he had to separate himself from the nut job that she is, was pretty golden. I did like him with Olivia, and she's really starting to grow on me as a character too. U hope he find something else really quickly because I don't want anyone without a job.

Scott Reeves was often distractingly poor in his acting both here and Y&R. I am also not a fan of his wife Melissa Reeves who plays Jennifer Horton in DAYS. Aside from their personal/political views, I think their acting is atrocious. Hope they find success in other professional fields.

I feel bad for Scott because he seems like a really nice guy and I hate to see anyone lose a job. But, truthfully,the character of Steve never was established well. That horrible story with Maggie the nurse never went anywhere. I'm sure Scott will do well, he has his music and he lives in Nashville so he'll be able to hang out more with his best buddy Steve Burton. And they have the Port Chuck band. They shouldn't recast for now because the character really isn't necessary. But may-be in the future. I like the idea of Ricky Paul Goldin. He would add a lot more life to the character.

what if Steve Webber dies as the result of one of Heather's schemes. Then with the fall-out, Jeff Webber returns with his sister, Terri to rebuild the family. However, Elizabeth wants nothing of it. Then Sarah shows up, Audrey too & try to heal the clan. would like to see Tom Hardy & his son Tom Jr to return and help the Webber family heal.
