I can't vote. I've started watching GH because of DC, BB, DOOL(Wilson) and YR - i can honestly say that it's impossible 4 me to vote this week. Although i know i would vote YR as the worst this week
I have been a loyal GH fan since 1979, but regarding this week I would cast my vote for B&B. The show is truly honoring a departing vet in a tasteful and honorable way. Steph's scenes with Brooke have been great. I love Edward, but was disappointed in GH. The Heather moments and the faux Lila with the bad wig was way too cartoony. Also, annoyed that GH was supposed to be honoring the character of Edward and there were no clips of David Lewis who played the role for 15 years and even won an Emmy.
mysam - I have to disagree with you. Bell made the story about Brooke and not Stephanie. Also it was over-shadowed by Katie's story, that is getting better writing than Stephanie's death. I'm so sick of Brooke being front and center. Heather was Edward's ex-wife; therefore I could see her getting in the middle. I wish they would have left her out. Tracy and Ned was just outstanding. Skye and AJ were great - love their friendship. Monica great that she is getting a story - love her and AJ relationship. Loved Danny and Edwards scene. Love that Tracy didn't let AJ see Edward at the end.
Edward and Heather were married for 2 weeks in a terrible storyline that most fans hated. Not even sure if John Ingle was playing the role or if it was Jed Allen.
I agree with you about Skye, Ned, Tracy, Monica, AJ, et. al. They were great. My gripe is with the bad wigged Lila, cartoony Heather and that David Lewis who created the role of Edward and played it for 15 years was not acknowledged.
As for BB making Steph's death about Brooke is ridiculous. Brooke & Steph Are like OLTL's Viki & Dorian. They are a super couple and go together like peanut butter and jelly. It makes perfect sense that Brooke is tied to Stephanie's death and will then be able to have story for her coming out of it. Heather had no major ties to the Qs.
Gonna have to vote for GH, even though I have never seen one episode ever. My wife is back to being hooked on GH, and is tuning in every day again. Looks pretty good, and they are seeming to strike the right balance between the organized crime s/l and the Quartermains.
