Days of Our Lives' Will and Sonny Hit The Sheets Nov. 14!
Yes, you read the headline correctly. Days of Our Lives' "It" couple Will (Chandler Massey) and Sonny (Freddie Smith) will finally consummate their relationship. TV Gude Magazine's Michael Logan is reporting the duo's bedroom encounter is geared up for Nov. 14, and it may be one for the history books!
"WilSon" as they are known online, will attempt to do the deed on Oct. 29, but their encounter ends up being interrupted by a freaked out Lucas (Bryan Dattilo)!
Said Massey:
I know a lot of dads who are like Lucas. They're not homophobic per se, or against gay marriage, but they're uncomfortable being in close contact with anything gay, especially when it involves their son. It's all okay in theory but they don't want to deal with the reality. stated Massey.
Smith revealed:
That's kind of hilarious considering Sonny came out [in the summer of 2011] and then went a year without even kissing anybody. But, in Lucas' mind, Sonny is moving way too fast. He thinks Will needs more time before having sex..

I haven't watched DAYS in months and I was sure Will getting it on with a boy would get me to tune in but nope. I can't imagine Will & Sonny having chemistry and as hot as hell Chandler Massey is, Freddie Smith doesn't do it for me. Kish, Nuke and Lure had WAY more heat. I imagine that "preview" was the entire scene and we'll see a post-coital shirtless Will and a shirted Sonny talking about how great it was.

This promo looks scorching hot AND natural at the same time. In recent weeks I have totally changed my opinion on WilSon being just friends - heck they are on fire!

I'm happy for their fans and for DAYS, but WilSon just doesn't do it for me. I've tried getting on board, but they are as boring as milktoast together. They don't have the chemistry that Kish had and this sex scene doesn't look nearly as passionate, or hot and steamy as the one the Kish got.

Yeah....well I guess...I don't know what else to say.
I mean it's okay. The rest of the show is horrible, and this is coming from the eternal optimist of all things soaps (except GH which is irredeemable to me) but you know what??? I'm willing to give it a try, and NOT because two guys are about to have sex...there's porn for that. But because hopefully there's a meaning behind all of this. And hopefully it's not just being done because they want some momentum for the show. I hope there are some lasting effects, good or bad, after this. Just as I expect from heterosexual love scenes. However, there usually isn't. lol. So I guess I'll just step off my soapbox and enjoy the scene...however long it may be.

Okay I understand Kish is the gold standard when it comes to gay male relationships in daytime and the actors had amazing chemistry. But they were also grown ass men and not teenagers/young adults so I'm not sure the constant comparisons are even fair. And with the exception of the one whole sex scene they had, I'd classify them as more sweet--like WilSon--than hot. The hottest same sex pairing to hit daytime to this day in my book remains Lure(at least until the possible Noah pairing that's rumored to be upcoming on Y&R). Either way, still a big WilSon fan and this looks red hot.

I remember KISH and loved their story, but no way in hell were they HOT like these two gents. For me only one of the two actors in the KISH storyline had just a little cuteness...the other dude was not attractive at all (Claywell)

Lol...have you actually taken a look at Freddie Smith? He's hot not to mention a very good actor. And just because Will isn't being written as an asshole and carbon copy of his mother like the previous regime did doesn't mean he's being written as a child...he's supposed to be a guy in his late teens, not some wannabe corporate type who's blackmailing his boss for control of his damn company(again, previous regime).

Yes, I loved how Will was written before as a power hungry & confident young adult. And Will's scenes with EJ were AMAZING!
It's just sad to watch how the current writers have made Will unwatchable now. I loved Will under the previous writers, but now I can't stand to watch him. Will used to be such a popular character, but now he's not. Such a shame.
And I don't think that Freddie is that cute or that good of an actor.
The main point being- there's no chemistry between Sonny and Will.
Days should've gone with Chad and Will when they had all that buzz last year. Missed opportunity!

So happy that Will and Sonny are going to have sex. Chemistry is subjective but I think they have tons of it. They are a million times better in the chemistry department than Kyle and Fish. This preview they showed is actually really hot...definitely hotter than Kyle and Fish. The kissing incredibly hot. Both actors are really doing the scene justice. Surprised but happy the show is promoting Will and Sonny.

I think Freddie Smith is one of the bestlooking younger actors in soaps, but I'm biased for some very personal reasons.
The truth is though that I find his chemistry with the actor who plays T and the guy who played Brian (remember him?) to be waaaay more up there than it is with Chandler.

I like a strong actor. I will overlook weak story arcs or unrealistic resolutions, if the actor can sell it to me. Susan Flannery. Kim Zimmer. Colleen Zenk. Roger Howarth. Michael Zaslow. I think Chandler Massey is in this group. He continues to grow and make Will a must see character. Glad Will and Sonny are finally taking it to the next step.
