Laura Allen Uncovers The Secret Lives of Husbands and Wives

Former All My Children star Laura Allen has landed a lead role in pilot for The Secret Lives of Husbands and Wives, reports Deadline.  Allen will portray “Alison Dunn, a grounded and levelheaded mother and wife who happens to be hiding the darkest secret of all” on the dramatic soap/thriller.
 

Allen played Laura English on AMC from 2000-2002 before leaving the show. Since her time in Pine Valley, she has appeared in such series as The 4400, Dirt, Terriers and last season’s Awake.
