Are Will and Sonny Doomed on Days of Our Lives?
As I watched Days of Our Lives on Monday, I had a moment where I wondered if Salem was suddenly in a parallel universe. Surprisingly, it was Sami (Alison Sweeney) who provided the unanticipated moment. While asking Rafe (Galen Gering) if Nicole’s (Arianne Zucker) baby was really his, she offered to help cover up the secret if it wasn’t Rafe’s child. Quite frankly, this is something you don’t see happen very often.
Meanwhile, Nicole was wracked with grief over the loss of another baby when she discovered Daniel (Shawn Christian) and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) together at the hospital. She fled to a patient room where she broke down and began destroying everything.
Here’s something about Jennifer I’ve been wondering for a while. Is it possible the flaxen haired beauty has some hidden anger issues?
Lucas (Bryan Datillo) continued to struggle with Will (Chandler Massey) dating Sonny (Freddie Smith). Kate (Lauren Koslow) provided some motherly advice to her son, but I have a feeling this may take Lucas longer than he’d like. Lucas left his mother and made his way to Sonny’s coffee shop, where he apologized to Will and Sonny. After Lucas' apology, Sonny’s response left me wondering about the longevity of Will and Sonny.
Sonny: “Geez, I mean with both your parents behind us and my parents, we’re pretty much doomed.”
Often parental approval is the first sign a soap couple is about to face fresh obstacles in their relationship. Unfortunately, not all couples survive. I have to wonder if Will and Sonny are doomed?
EJ (James Scott) arrived at the Brady Pub in a sour mood, where he bumped into Kate. She quickly realized the cause of his ire, Sami.
