I am loving this pairing! I like that they have taken it slow, and that it is building. This is the 1st time since VR left that KSJ has had real chemistry with anyone! Hope it lasts!

Honestly, I am tired of this TRULY slow and forced pairing with Neil and Harmony. Not only does Neil come across as a tired old macho man for the way he talks (character is written) to Harmony, there has been ABSOLUTELY no true development of this character.

The one thing I can't stand about the pairing is that they've made such an emphasis on her doing AA and she goes into a relationship with her son's adopted dad who is also a recovering alcoholic. I give it to Sophia for telling Neil not for nothing but to keep his eyes open with her because of their son!

Sure, they were HUGELY popular over on AMC and most people don't think it can happen twice BUT I think that either Sarge has got to go or Harmony should be matched with him and Neil should get a woman who doesn't need protecting or help. With Sarge, he sees in Harmony a person. Someone who needs help but he ain't about to give it to her but he will be there for support. With Neil, once they start dating ... well, if Maria was still around ... and get serious Neil will be coaching her into a new job, no job, moving in, doing this or that. Neil is a control freak and Harmony needs to let fly not have her wings clipped.

The pairing is wrong.

That's Neil! He had to be like that with Dru. If you remember, she was an uneducated street kid. He basically saw what she could become, and loved her. This is the Neil I remember. Hopefully, it will become that kind of story. Believe me, Neil did not clip Miss Dru's wings!! Ask anyone who ever watched back then!

I don't really like Neil all that much and don't know why any woman would want to subject herself to getting involved with him. He's dour, fickle, self righteous and self centered.

However Kristoff St. John is still rockin' physically in a major way at age 46 (which of course is now more common but does take work). Plus I don't think he was wearing one of those more tacky pairs of basketball shorts in those scenes.

Sure hope this improves with the new team. These two are way beyond, "BORING"

Wow Neil is hot.He's OK with Harmony but I though his sex scene with Ashley was best. Too bad they didn't give that a chance.

Next time Y&R is thinking about having a woman chose Tucker over Neil I think they should have Neil & Tucker shoot a game of hoops together, shirtless, to see if that story-line would be believable.

Yes Kristoff is still hot. He and Harmony seem forced. Kristoff is a good actor though. He always seems not to be 'acting'.

Well,we know how many people(including African Americans) feel about African American hair. That attitude is one of the terrible legacies of slavery. Why did so many people comment on Gabi's hair after she won the medal? How is she wearing her hair now? We know about the "good hair" issue. Even Wendy Williams made some foolish comments about the natural hair that the actress from The Help was wearing at some award show. Please people love yourselves.

Even though it's a retread, couldn't we have Neil, Dru, Olivia and Malcolm back mixing it up. Bring in Olivia's son too. I'm so tired of Devon in that studio and his sister/cousin, whoever popping in and Devon's girl both drive me nuts. So much peripheral crap that doesn't go anywhere or contribute to the show moving anywhere. So many characters need to go, but at a slow pace and without recasting or murdering them. I like to see returns, but by the original player, so leave the door open, but please OPEN it. (Sorry Sophia and Sarge...)

I don't see any of them adding anything to the show. Drucilla, at least by Rowell will never be back, Neil is a mediocre actor, as is Olivia and we have no need for Malcom. Yolanda should go back to where ever she came from, cause if she has talent, I haven't seen any of it yet.

@yojoromo4469: How about we just get rid of all the African Americans and take the majority of the viewers with them? Since the majority of daytime viewers and the vast majority of Y&R viewers are African American. Then you end Y&R right there.
