Isn't that what Brad Bell does for the last 10 years!? He finally realizes that the show is a mess and he goes back to the old Brooke/Ridge/Taylor triangle or at least teases it. I don't really think there is anything to it though. Wasn't Brooke and Ridge's latest reunion suppose to stick!?

There are so many story possibilities. Deacon is just one of them. But Brad Bell finds himself in the same circle again and again. He's either too afraid or too lazy to try something new. Or maybe he just thinks that the audience isn't in to deep storytelling anymore that has more than the same lines week for week.

There's no way this is anything but a tease. The last time Ridge and Taylor slept together (at least as far as I can recall), Ridge was all messed up on valium (given to him by Taylor from her own stash, even though she's an addict and addicts--especially physician addicts--don't mess with benzos) and didn't remember it the next day! There's no desire for Tridge by this show's management -- they tease (and make Taylor look pathetic) but that's all.

soapjunkie88: I totally and wholeheartedly agree... the thing that irks me the most about this is that the outcome is always the same... they make Taylor look like a dunce for wanting a man who has rejected her over two decades I mean why would a woman with their history want this dog who has repeatedly made a fool out of her.

And Brooke really thinks having this asshole is a triumph my thing is let her have him. Every time they write Taylor away from him they drag her back into this nonsense...She had Whip and that worked for me then look what they did to their story stopped writing for them away from Ridge ... then here we go brought in Toxic Bridge. I refuse to watch another round of this I agree the focus for the longest is discussing Hope's sex life ... heck the whole show discussed Hope's sex life or lack thereof.

BUT! like Jamey says if they add Deacon to the mix that would definitely get me watching...

This very tired triangle needs to be written 'differently' instead of the same ole' dreg...if they are reacting this to Steffy/Liam/Hope....no wonder that triangle has also bored me to tears. I'm slowly coming around to Marcus and Daisy together cuz I liked her with Thomas...but they have a story now w/Justis involved so its a good thing.

I am a Tridge fan and this makes my heart warm but I know it will just be tease. This is my all time favorite couple on this show. I wouldn't mind it since they won't let Taylor be happy with anyone else.

But this is only going to make Taylor look even MORE pathetic...Widge will go back to Bwuuke, and then maybe Taylor will hit the bottle again just in time for sweeps. Oh yeah...I forgot, she can't have her own storyline anymore...not even IF she's boozing it up.

Oh please no. Ridge and Taylor will talk about the kids love life just like Brooke and Ridge. I mean after all, Steffy's parents are Ridge and Taylor. Theres no getting around it. Im sick of the redux. Have Taylor go with somebody else for a change. All shes done for a year is pining for Ridge and talking to Steffy about Liam.

I have wanted TRIDGE back together for years, but as the others have said, every time it is just a tease. My question is, if this is to happen, or at least nearly happen, where will that leave Thorne? Oh well, I suppose if he gets his heart broken at least he'll get some air time, or maybe Taylor will just make a passing comment to Steffy like 'Yeh Thorne was very cut up about it'.

Why not have Liam get together with good old Taylor. Or maybe Liam and Ridge. Anything but Taylor and Ridge. All of these soaps need to stop rehashing old couples. Bring in a decent actor - someone new and different. Geez. This soap really needs to go away - it used to be good and is beyond terrible.

Can we have ANYTHING else than those damn triangles on this show? I'm so sick of it.

Frankly, I am so sick of Taylor that I don't know what to do. Why is this woman even still on the show? No one wants to see another round of her lurking around Ridge and completely disrespecting his union with Brooke. Honestly, Taylor is really like some sort of a demented stalker. No one wants to see another of their "almost" marriages or, heaven help us all (or those of you who will be left to watch) another marriage between them. After all that has developed, been said, and gone on between Ridge and Brooke they should be allowed to have the real marriage and family that they were meant to have. They are a beautiful couple. They have gone through much too much to have it all thrown away, as dust, yet once again. I am still waiting for them to be gone from screen for a few days and reappear form having taken their son, who everyone seems to forget even exists..) to Disney world or somewhere. That's right, these two people have a family. No footage of them as a family has been shown or so little that it can be called non-existent. Their family together has never counted for anything and it's the most unfair and uneven treatment I have ever seen. If they go back to that pablum union of Ridge with Taylor viewership is going to hit the skids.

Something new please.

Not only that but can they try some different couples. It seems like everyone dates everyone else on the show. If they are going to have couples, cant they bring in new characters for that?

NO more Ridge/Taylor! We all know that Brooke is his real soulmate, and I have no desire to try to "pretend" anymore. 20 years has been more than enough. lol.

I agree, let's try something new. Bring on a new character to mix things up! I seriously can't stomach another round of this played out "triangle." SERIOUSLY!!!
