Yay for KeMo!!! And yay for Drew Lachey!!! I loved him the season he was on, the cowboy dance he did was my favorite! I may have to start watching again this year, GH is the only thing I've been watching on ABC since the cancellations of AMC and OLTL.

Yay for Kelly! She had been making hints. I think I may actually watch this season. Why is Pam Anderson listed. I don't remember her being all that great. Sabrina should have been a definite.

Don't you think "Dancing With Assorted People" is a better name for this show?

Yeah for Kelly... I will be watching for her. I wish I could work out half as hard and look half as good as she does. That girl is hella fit. I would be wearing a LBD all over the place.. This is gonna be fun to watch..

I like the mix of the full cast. I wouldn't have minded Jerry Rice or Jason Taylor coming in again. Any of the "wildcards" are fine selections, too...

Congrats to Kelly...I think NLG was all but saying it in her Twitturgy last night. Great for soaps to be represented in Primetime!

What an insult to offer runner up Kyle Massey the wildcard spot. He deserves better than that.

As a fan since season 1, I'm voting for Drew, Emmitt, and Shawn. Hopefully Kyle get the wild card vote.

How will Kelly Monaco being on the DWTS All-Star season affect her screen time on GH? I wasn't watching GH back when KeMo was on the first season of DWTS. How much screen time on GH did she get when she was first on DWTS?

I don't think it affected her GH screentime that much. They practiced a lot at GH studios...she may have been on a little less but not much.

I like Kelly Monaco and all but I'm disappointed that there's no Mel B or Leila Ali or Mya. I'm kind of 'Meh' about the overall cast.

@MsAgentProvovateur-I was really hoping Mel B would join as well. She has been my all time favorite. I loved her and Maks. Maybe the reason is because she has been doing DTWS in Australia. That is where her family is living now.

Besides Kelly I loved Erin Andrews and Jennifer Grey... I hope she gets Maks or Derek Hough as a partner. She will look fabulous with both..

Sweet actress, but seriously, folks, what b/c celebrity has gotten anything more from being on this show? Kelly was, I believe on season 1 or 2 and now several years later she is still on the soap that she was on when she appeared to dance. The show did nothing for her career... or Kirstie's or Bristol or The Situation's, for that matter... as she is still doing the same thing...

@JasamForever, it's funny that you mention Mel B. She's on Good Afternoon America today (just getting ready to watch the west coast airing).

I wish Mel B were on too. Hopefully Carson will get the viewers' vote slot.

I cannot figure out why they would go with Bristol Palin. A recently failed show should have dropped her stock. I would have preferred the furrowed brow of Kate Gosselin so I could laugh at her awful dancing.

I hope Kelly takes it home again. I never did like that follow-up dance-off she did with O'Hurley and it either came back tied or she lost. I also hope Alex (her original dance partner) comes back. They were really good together and I don't recall seeing him on recent seasons.

I am So You Think You Can Dance rather that DWTS but I am also an entertainment world junkie so I get lots of DWTS news and find this cast pretty fascinating. This may be my first season watching...of course I have to check on any DVR conflicts

Well, it's GAA, Jasam, so I don't expect anything interesting. (I'm watching, but I haven't been impressed.) I got distracted by the opening ceremonies of the Olympics (SPEC-TAC-U-LAR, by the way...do yourself a favor and watch them on NBC tonight at 7:30), so I've recorded GAA. Going to watch it in a few minutes.

By the way, only six are previous winners. Did NONE of the other ten want to take part?

@Jasam, she's wearing a beautiful electric blue sausage dress, if that matters to you. She strongly hinted that the Spice Girls will be a part of the closing ceremonies of the Olympics.

And she says she has already signed on to be a judge on the Australian X-Factor, so that's why she couldn't be considered for this lineup of DWTS.

The first time I saw Kelly was when she was on DWTS. After that I tuned into GH here and there.

I don't care to see Kirstie/Palin/Pamela. I don't exactly mean I don't want to see them but I HOPE they go first. Those four wear me out. For me once was enough with them. Go away. I am Kirstie's age and I just don't get Pamela A. I didn't think she was that great and the same for Kirstie. Kirstie is definitely an entertainer but dancing skills were so/so. Same with Pamela Anderson. I want to tell them to grow up already. Not sure why Palin is there either. I didn't think those three stood out at all.

Wish they would get rid of current judges but the judges must know where the bodies are hidden, otherwise why would they keep such rude people. Bruno is perverted. He should have apologized to several of the contestants. Those three must have ironclad contracts. The three are are the worst judges.

@TVGord-Thanks so much! That will be cool to see the Spice Girls at the closing ceremonies. I am watching the opening ceremony now. I was never a big Spice girl Fan but I was a teenager during their popularity.

I hope this doesn't mean they will have her dancing on GH like they did the last time to show case her win.

I don't watch DWTS but I give them lots of credit doing what they do. It's alot of work but they get alot out of it.

DWTS is the one show that I can watch with my Mom and my Mom in law. It is appointment TV for us. I usually start the season with a favorite but end up getting won over by someone unexpected. I like that. I like that some of my past faves are coming back. I wish it was all winners proving who is the best or all stars who got robbed by exiting early. I don't get the Palin return or Kirstie Alley. I don't have a horse in the race yet. My mother has already chosen Kelly Monaco. My Mom in law wants that nice Apolo Anton Ono. I like to see the first dance and check out the partners before I pick. I do hope Sabrina Bryan gets that 13th spot.

Oh and please no identical stranger dancing danger story. So stupid!

But the problem i have with it is that they've got 6 champs rejoining the cast...doesn't seem that fair to me, give someone who didn't win another shot. and PLEASE X out Bristol and Pamela, and replace them with Sabrina Bryan, Mel B, Or Kyle Massey.

I'm thrilled about Kelly being in the cast and I'm thrilled for Kelly!!! I loved her on the first season and I'm looking forward to seeing her dance this season!!!

Personally for me the two duds are Bristol Palin and Pamela Anderson so hopefully they'll go first. I hope Carson Kressley makes the wild card spot! He's a hoot!!
