General Hospital: Perkie's Observations
Jason hires a couple of thugs to give John a message but warns them to keep Sam out of it. Carly arrives as they're heading out. She has the newspaper and wants Jason to sue. He says he can’t since it’s all true and tells her the whole story about Franco. Carly’s shocked but decides she won't judge Sam. Jason says he hates Franco so much, it will affect the baby. Carly tells him not to give up on what he has with Sam.
Luke swears to Lulu that he didn’t kill Anthony and Lulu points out that no one said anything about killing, then asks if Anthony is dead. Lulu wants Luke to have confidence in her and tell her the story. Luke explains finding the body and then moved it when Delores showed up but then the body disappeared. Lulu figures whoever killed him, probably moved him. Luke says everything makes them look guilty. Lulu tells him to talk to Dante, but Luke refuses and says he needs to find who’s framing them.
John swears that after Sam delivers, he’ll get them both to the hospital. He wants her to have something to focus on and finds the dragon figurine in her purse. Sam has a hard time focusing, so john tells her that if Jason were there, he’d tell her how beautiful she is. John helps Sam deliver a baby boy. John says he’s going to get the car to take them to the hospital. Jason’s thugs grab John in the hallway, rough him up and toss him on the side of a road.
Todd doesn’t want Tea’s baby born in the rental car and escorts her outside to a bus shelter. Todd says she needs to trust him and let him help her and she delivers her baby. She asks if it’s a boy and Todd doesn’t answer and Tea asks what’s wrong and why the baby isn’t crying. Todd says he isn’t sure what’ wrong and Tea tells him to save her son and take him to the hospital.
Heather stops in the woods and finds a cabin which includes a shovel and wheelbarrow, so she dumps Anthony’s body in the wheelbarrow for easier transportation. Todd comes across the cabin and the wheelbarrow and Heather and explains that he needs her car to get to the hospital. Heather wants to see the baby. Todd swears that if she hurts him, he’ll hurt her.
Johnny shows up at the PCPD and Dante tells him Luke and Tracy are being arrested for illegal dumping of the gun. Johnny’s upset that they killed Anthony, but Dante says he has no evidence of this or a dead body. He asks Johnny where he’d stash Anthony’s body if he had killed him.
Johnny says to ask Luke and Tracy where the body is. He claims he didn’t kill Anthony and doesn’t want to think about where he might be. Dante says Johnny hated his grandfather but now he’s crying for justice. Johnny states Anthony was family and Dante should understand since he’s giving sonny a second chance. Dante tells him maybe he’ll get a second chance and maybe Anthony’s still alive.
Carly tells Jason that he’ll feel differently when the baby is born since he’s the most protective man. Jason says he couldn’t protect Sam and that she left. Carly says Sam didn’t want to leave, she wanted him to hold her and swear to love her no matter what and now she’s alone. Jason says Sam isn’t alone, she’s with John.
Jason explains Sam running into John and confiding in him and how john wants to take down Sonny through Jason. Carly figures there’s no way Sam would want John over Jason, and I wonder if Carly has seen John lately! Carly doesn’t want Jason to let Sam go and let John pick up the pieces, but Jason says john won’t be around.
Carly accuses Jason of sending the thugs after John and it will backfire, because John will make sure Sam knows the truth and he’ll be the martyr. She tells Jason to call it off and he’s forced to leave a voice message. Carly tells Jason that Sam makes him happy and he needs to reach out to her, that he needs to make the first move. She tells him he needs to forgive himself for not saving her, forgive Sam and then move forward and let it go.
Johnny calls Carly and she agrees to talk. Jason heads out after looking at Sam’s photo.
Sam talks to the baby as she waits for John to come back, telling him how much she loves him and hopes that Jason will too. She’s worried about the baby’s breathing.
Heather’s doing CPR on the baby as Todd frets that he wasn’t breathing properly and asks if the baby will be okay. Heather has a concerned look on her face.

So many things made me giggle and I'm not sure if they were supposed to. Was it funny to anyone else that Heather had Anthony strapped in a seat belt. Road safety on a dead guy. Todd coming across the wheelbarrow and then recognizing Anthony made me laugh also.
Loved the Luke/Lulu scenes.
Sam’s baby was way too big to be a newborn preemie. But he was a cutie. And while I give them kudos for beleivability, I don't really want to see baby gook all over the sheets and John's arms.
So many funny lines in this episode…
Tea: You want me to deliver at a bus stop?
Todd: Maybe the bus will come and there will be a gynaecologist on it.
Lulu: So you thought it was a better idea to use his corpse as a giant puppet?
Luke: It worked for awhile.

it's going to be Sam's baby that dies i think.
and Todd will give Tea's baby to Heather to switch with Sam's, because didn't he say that he didn't want Tea's baby to be born or something???

awwwe JAKEreplacement was birth today. Thank god I didn't watch.
I was hoping since gh had new head writer the show would be better, but guest it was wishful thinking. All of these stories playing on the screen right was something already seen in OlTL in the last last or so. I'm disappointed in RERON(I see why he was giving that name).

I hope there is some freaking twist, but I am royally ticked at killing off Tea and Victor's baby! Boo Hiss!
TnT had me rolling with laughter in their scenes. The duo has had a hate, love, hate and more hate relationship for years. It is hard to believe that they have a teenage daughter.
BW must be having a good time playing dead while Heather totes him all over town.
Heather and her yellow raincoat is all kinds of weird and funny at the same time.
Sam's baby was huge while Tea's looked premature which is a crock of poop, since Tea went full term!

how can Sam's baby be so huge when she barely found out 2-3 months ago that she was preggers??
waiting for ACMallett to in his or her own words "bitch" us out for even daring to complain or say something negative about the show or the tptb.

I thought this was a mostly good episode.
I do wish that Jason would stop giving people the "Sam and McBain are the problem" speech when explaining things to people. He constantly leaves out the fact that he wanted her to give her baby away and his part of yelling at her or his not wanting to speak with Sam whenever she's asked him to talk.
Now.... Carly... besides the line about how manipulative Sam is (no woman in PC is more manipulative than Carly), she actually was mostly the voice of reason for him today. It really surprised me how calm and reasonable she was today. Now on the inside, I imagine she is all wonderously happy that Sam is not carrying Jason's child.
I'm worried about what will happen on Monday's episode with the babies and Tea and Sam. I don't want either woman to lose her child. I thought the Sam and McBain scenes were done real well. I didn't understand why Tea couldn't have stayed in the dry car instead of being dragged into the rain.
Johnny needs to bone up on how to frame people without looking guilty.

Todays episode was soaptastic! I loved it, it had humor, moments of joy and sadness...but then along came Dante, and Jason's thugs, if only Jason and his douchetastic self knew what he's setting in motion. I really want Sam to hate him. I love when I watch an episode of Gh on Friday and I'm wishing it was Monday already.
I can see they're already setting it up for Lulu to solve AZ's murder which will further make the PCPD look more incompetent, if the Mayor or whoever that chick was that fired Mac was so concerned, she should inquire as to why Dante is still on the force.
Heather is freaking hilarious, does anyone know if the actress is on contract? I think the writers missed something when they let BW go, Anthony and Heather would have been a hoot and a half!
Thanks Perkie, have a good weekend everyone!

Friday's show continued the awfulness that was Thursday's show.
Oh well, at least the belly rubbing will finally stop.
And the horror show (Mob Princess) wasn't on.
Thank heavens for small favors...very small indeed.

Very good week on GH. I hope they get a nice bump in the ratings cause the past five episodes were quite strong. There was a perfect blend of drama and comedy. The actors and the writers delivered. It was far and away the most entertaining soap of the week.

Friday's show was excellent. The concurrent deliveries, Luke treating Lulu more like an adult than he ever has before, Carly defending Sam to Jason and on the verge of forgiving Johnny, plus the cherry on top which was the comic relief of crazy Heather's Driving Mr. Zacchara scenes.
(It brought back fond memories of one of my favorite OLTL episodes, in which Jessica and Starr gave birth on the same night .. but remember there was a third delivery that night, by David Vickers (the dog not the man).
This GH episode was moving, exciting and fun. It was the kind of show that Carlivati and Valentini do best and which many of their fans have come to look forward to, so if you didn't like it, you'll probably never like GH again.

I may have no use for Tea anymore, but I'm ticked they are killing Victor's baby. Or so it seems. Did Tea really need to be brought over for that? Im rather sick of dead babies. But as long as it isn't Cam or Emma I guess I should be glad. I would have preferred the JaSam baby to go. Those two idiots don't need a baby. Especially Jason. He couldn't raise Jake because the mob was too important. He doesn't deserve jack.

If they are going to baby swap(god I hope not), why does ABC allow this? I have enjoyed Ron and Frank on GH so far but it's not all their fault is it?

When they did the baby swap between AMC and OLTL,it was a good story. However, both shows were on the air.Kind of stupid to do a baby swap without the other show and all it's inhabitants still around.

While I enjoyed TnT and Heather to the points of being giddy. I was left void when Sam gave birth to replacement Jake that hurt since most everyone wanted her to get her little girl
Will be mad if Tea loses Victors baby for the sake of boring JaSam

If either of these children die, I will be convinced that the ABC brass via Cartini are trying to make this show so revolting that even the hardest-core supporters will finally tune out. There are a thousand soapy directions the Sam baby story could have gone, but to have a baby switch/baby death involving the child of another soap's character is the worst possible one, except perhaps having both women and their babies dying in childbirth. I really can't with this show right now.

RM must be a very strong woman. In every crazy role she's played she's able to lug around people with no problem.... and in that scene of her daydream of her and Luke kissing you could see her grasp his shouldar/upper arm area with her hand very tightly.
Like many others I've seen online, I wanted Sam to have a girl (I don't get into the Liz vs Sam stuff, I wanted her to have a girl because her first baby was a girl and baby Hope that she wanted to adopt was a girl also) and to name her Danielle after her brother Danny. I'm glad Jason missed the birth of this baby, and if it ends up being his oh well, he missed his chance to see the birth of his child by not giving a crap about Sam and her baby. Michael is the only child that really counted to him anyway, maybe him and Michael should take that trip to Africa Jason always talked to him and read him books about when he was a baby so many years ago. Maybe Michael should get some girl pregnant (please not Starr) so that old Super Jase and Sonny can be grandparents together.

AC Mallet- I like the show too. I have only started watching because of the OLTL team (Behind and in front of the cameras) and of course Robin Mattson! Idont understand why Jason has been popular for so long! Boring boring actor.

Jason and Sonny as grandparents. Lmao! I don't like the idea of a replacement Jake either. It's sort of a slap in the face. It should have been a girl. If Victor's son dies I don't care who ends up with what baby. Whatever causes Borg the most pain will work for me.

I so loved Friday's show...although I too am pi$$ed at replacement Jake. They could at least have had the baby look like Sam, but I thought the McBam scenes were so sweet and touching. I love this couple...if they end up being related, then I will not give Cartini any credit for brains, wasting this chemistry.
I thought the Todd and Tea scenes were a riot. The one liners they come out with... are hysterical...However...I don't think Tea's baby is going to end up being dead, after seeing that pix of Victor at the end of the show...though I do think some will think the baby is dead...not sure what is going to be what...but I really don't think RC would kill off that baby.
Heather....is just too good to be true...what a great crazy person with her wheeling AZ around in the wheelbarrow, with that smile on his face.
I thought the last two shows were stellar.
