10 Primetime and Film Stars Who Won Daytime Emmys
No. 7: Jennifer Finnigan, The Bold and the Beautiful
Canadian actress Jennifer Finnigan has worked steadily since moving stateside. The beauty—who was recently seen in an episode of USA Network's Psyche, and before that, ABC's short-lived sitcom Better With You—has snagged a role in Monday Mornings, a new medical drama in development at cabler TNT. Anyone who watched Finnigan during her four-year stint as fashion heiress Bridget Forrester on CBS Daytime's The Bold and the Beautiful knew this starlet was destined for big things.
Finnigan won the Oustanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series trophy for three years straight (2003-05)! After leaving B&B, she booked an arc on NBC's profiler drama Crossing Jordan in 2004. The quickly-cancelled Peacock network sitcom Committed followed in 2005. Finnigan next starred in the critically-acclaimed CBS legal drama Close to Home from 2005-07. During this same time frame, she appeared in Stephen King's Dead Zone on USA.
