The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victor and Sharon Get Hot, Heavy and...GROSS!
Victor/Sharon: Lord in the morning, heaven in the evening and hell at night! The Black Knight and his slonkey (Slut and Donkey for the uninitiated!) ex-daughter-in-law/ex-wife are about to get romantic. I just threw up a little in my mouth while typing that sentence. Yes kids, the mystery man Sharon will decide to saddle up to next is none other than Victor Newman!
Look for Nick, Adam and Nikki—not to mention the soap's fans—to be disgusted by this latest turn of events. This romance isn't a joke, or a plot to get back at their respective exes either — it's the real deal! After screwing Nick's brother, his stepfather and his stepfather's brother, Sharon will now take her high school sweetheart's father to bed. Expect this unseemly exchange to play out for some time, with Victor wining and dining Sharon, lavishing her with gifts, etc. So much for Sharon becoming a strong woman again...
Jack/Nikki/Victor/Kyle: Old Smilin' Jack is not about to let the socialite go, after waiting all these years to have her by his side again. Victor, despite being busy with Sharon, will find the time to use Jack's own son to exact revenge.
Nick/Phyllis: Red is pregnant! Nick is floored, but ecstatic about having a new baby on the way. Phyllis is understandably hesitant, given their track record, but eventually they decide to get hitched again!
Nick break the news to Sharon, who isn't thrilled, but puts up a front. Things look like they're starting to go well for Phick, until an unexpected medical emergency threatens their newfound happiness!
Victor/Michael/Lauren: Lauren is outraged when Victor fires Michael because of her. Since Michael missed taking care of the SEC for Victor—because of Lauren's own legal woes— Mr. Mumbles decides to replace him with Avery! Lauren storms into Victor's office, demanding he give Michael another chance. When he refuses, she quits the Newman board.

I know I was a minority but I liked Victor with Sabrina for those who are questioning the age difference.
Victor with Sharon I have a problem with. I don't see why Victor would after she was married to his son.
Eric Forrester did that with Brooke on B&B which I found ok for some reason but this I do not.

No mention of Colin or Jill leaving? Is Jill just going to disappear like Paul and Murphy? Although Katherine never seems to notice no one is ever home but Harmony, now that Lauren and Micheal are moving in won't they?

They need to write Sharon off the show. She is really too far gone! Perfect example of a character who started off with morals, values and overall good moral character that the writers turned into a bed-hopping slut overnight and basically ruined, transforming her into a helpless victim with little to no rooting value.

It seems like I will be down to 2 soaps,Days & B&B.I tried to hold out as long as I could with Y&R,but this is just the worst.With kids being SORAS'D way too soon that they are almost as old as their parents to these inane couplings,it is becoming unwatchable.
I know alot of people say watch even if you don't like some stories to keep soaps on the air,but if this is the way TPTB are going to treat fans,with ridculous plots and backburning fan favorite actors,maybe it will be better to let them go.
I miss OLTL so much,but I have great memories,and youtube clips.This is what ABC'D left me.

Victor and Nicki is just downright the DUMBEST connection ever!!! Maria Bell you have shown yourself to be solely consumed with your own enjoyment! None of the fans will like Sharon shacking up with Victor. We didn't like it when she was his wife for a week and won't like it when she is sleeping with him night after night.
I mean, didn't Sharon dump Jack because he lied about business to her and Victor lied about SOOOO MUCH MORE and she spent a year in prison!
Jack and Kyle should be a GOOD story not a story with Victor involved. Can't Kyle come back and see that Nikki killed his mom but Victor abused her?!! Why can't a character come back to this show and just listen to what his/her parent asks them to do?!! Kyle with Eden is enough drama for this show.
Someone shoot tucker and get him off the show! I would love to see Ashley without him and someone a little more normal.
Neil and Harmony. I love the actors but their pairing is bad. Not only is she a recovering alcoholic as is Neil (and as Neil said they shouldn't be together) but Harmony should be adding fun to the show and not pining for a man who was clearly written in the 50s!
Lauren quits the Newman board? Wow. THat will hurt Victor. Why doesn't she just say that she will fight him TOOTH AND NAIL over everything and team up with Tucker to exact revenge on him for firing Michael. So much better.
Wait, now Avery is a business lawyer? Didn't she come to town as a "fighting for people wrongly convicted" social lawyer then morph into a family court lawyer and now a lawyer for a billionaire?! Wouldn't Adam's old lawyer Vance or his assistant be more ruthless for this job?!

It's the same grabbing of daytime vets with-whom she doesn't have a name for and doesn't even know what she is going to do with them.
It's the same writing from week to week. Not long term planning, but weekly planning.
It's the same giddy old bitch whose writing is as bad as her fashion choices. Yet she thinks she is writing pure Bill Bell/Agnes Nixon style gold.
It ain't good.
It ain't okay.
It ain't watchable.
It does not pass as a real soap.

OMG! The character of Sharon, who I thought had fallen as far as she could, will now have reached a new low! Maria has already had her screwing everything but the doorknobs. It looks like if their last names are Newman that Sharon's panties will instantly drop like the proverbial hot potato! Hell, Noah's last name is Newman....will she be getting busy with her own son next? I'll say no more on that before I give Maria any ideas!
The only hope of avoiding this mess is that with the "Legend In His Own Mind" (also known as Eric Braeden) contract up for renewal in the fall perhaps negotiations will stall, Victor will disappear, and Sharon will have to flip on the red light in her bedroom window for the next Newman that comes along! Paging Matt Miller..........

I've never seen a character demolished in a short span like Maria "dumb ass" Arena Bell has done Sharon. As a Sharon fan, I just want Sharon to killed off at this point because she is damn well near there character-wise. Really??! Like really??! Didn't Maria realize with the drop in ratings that fans did not care for Victor and Sharon faux marriage (or the other messes she is producing with Hogan and Scott) so does she think that the two of them will be received well in a full-fledged romance?! But this is the "great storytelling" she so promised to tell. Oh yes, Sharon is gonna be strong. Yeah right. Maria, Y&R is so getting back to its roots. -_- I never thought I'd say or think this but CBS just pull the plug. Put the show out of its misery. I'd rather have good thoughts of the Y&R I grew up, watched, and appreciated then having to watch this bulls*it.

I guess this really did it for me - I think I am done with MAB's "Y & R" - I haven't watched it all week and from reading this shizz, I don't think I can go back to watching it - THIS SHOW IS A RUNAWAY TRAIN WRECK!!!
