Ingo Rademacher Stars Alongside Tyler Perry in I, Alex Cross
By Jillian Bowe on March 07, 2012

The story revolves around Dr. Alex Cross discovering a family member's murder, and his pledge to bring the killer to justice. Cross soon learns this isn't the murderer's first victim and is pulled into a deeper mystery. Rademacher will play Officer Sacks in the film.

Don't feel too bad about Ingo Rademacher not being on General Hospital. The actor is costarring with Tyler Perry, in the film adaptation of James Patterson's I, Alex Cross!

Ingo is an ungrateful jackass who does NOT deserve to have steady work in Hollyweird. Sick of self-entitled people like him snatching up all the jobs and humble actors being stuck on the sidelines! Not right!!

Alstonboy, I couldn't have said it better myself. He's a jackass. Sounds like as minor a role as you can get though. He's probably in one scene and discovers a dead body or something. Work is work, but I wouldn't call it "costarring." Maybe making an appearance.

Tyler Perry as Alex Cross? WTF? Was the casting director on crack? Did anyone involved with the movie actually read the books? This is ridiculous! Alex Cross always should have been played by Denzel Washington. The end.

Denzel is too old for the role. Alex Cross has to be in his late 30s early 40s to continue in the sequels.
Also, why do people not like Ingo? What has he said or done that's so terrible?

The role was supposed to have gone to Don Cheadle. What happened? Why did they decide to give it to him? He can't play straight well...Sorry it's the truth!

For some folks Ingo committed the ultimate sin of not bowing at the FV/RC altar

josstheguy - I am a HUGE fan of the Alex Cross series. The books started in 1992 and continue today. Alex Cross has aged to the point where he now has a son in college. Denzel should have been Alex from the beginning and Hollywood should have made movies out of select books from the series so that now they would be almost in time with the books, and Denzel would have always been the perfect age for the character. Actually, I believe that in the book this movie is based on (I, Alex), the character's oldest son is finishing up high school and the character of Alex is not in his 30's or even his early 40's. Denzel would be perfect.
