SOAP BYTES: Marry Poppins, Promises Kept and DeVanity’s Shocking Season 2 Finale
GH BYTES: Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) promised Robin (Kimberly McCullough) she’d take care of Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Emma. Now she’s going to keep that promise. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist or a medical degree to figure out where this is headed.
Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Mac Scorpio (John J. York) reminded everyone of the power of brotherly love. I’m blaming the multiple Kleenex boxes I’m going through on my allergies. Yeah, that’s it. Allergies.
Port Charles just won’t be the same without Robin and Kimberly McCullough.
As far as I’m concerned, Jason Thompson has locked up his 2013 Emmy nomination.
Daytime Confidential’s Jamey Giddens was right; we’re seeing way more shirtless soap hunks on General Hospital with Frank Valentini in charge. He’s definitely working his way through his hunk checklist.
Can Sonny (Maurice Bernard) and Kate (Kelly Sullivan) be fixed? Nope.
Where in the world are Todd (Roger Howarth) and Blair Manning? (Kassie DePaiva)? Epiphany called them on yesterday’s episode. The Todd I know would have a jet fired up and they’d have winged their way to Port Charles immediately. The flight from Llanview, PA. to Port Charles, NY. couldn’t take more than an hour. We’ve seen much more time than that transpire onscreen.

Y&R: Phyllis and Nick don't work for me as a couple anymore. Too much has happened there. I mean Nick screwed her how many times? Preferred her with Jack too.
Don't like all these recycled storylines.
DAYS: I LOVED EJ saying to Sami that she's a "selfish little bitch". Oh yeah she is. And nothing says "I love you" like "play babysitter to my children while I'm out of town, even though none of them are yours".
B&B: This show must be the first one throwing the word adultery at us like it's a crime in decades. LOL ... and this comes from a show were you normally try to get together longer than your actual married.^^
GH: Kate should go crazy and be institutionalized ... maybe that finally shows Sonny who he really is. Turning the devil wears Prada into a crazy person, who's walking her bloody wedding dress around town.

Y&R-They need to write a good story for Tracy,Jill,Nina.These veterans are so underused.Most of this show you can fastforward through and not miss anything.
B&B-So Hope is going to be an adultress and in Steffy and Liam's bed.Yea I think she will need a sex counselor.
Days-Loved EJ and Lexie.I agree Luke,she needs to go to the dark side.John and Hope is just so laughable.Between the stupid storyline and facial expressions,it's more like a wacky comedy movie.Lucas better hurry and get back to Salem before Sami has no one left.

DOOL - I think it's contrived that Lexie is so upset with Abe about the debate questions. She has forgiven her father and brother for everything from kidnapping to murder, but she can't forgive her husband/father of her child for basically cheating on a test? Ridiculous. I'm all for Lexie becoming more interesting, but I don't want her to be evil. The Dimeras need at least one member with a conscience.
GH - Love Elizabeth and Patrick. They have great friend chemistry. I could see more, but not any time soon. JT is on fire in every scene he has lately.

I started watching GH to see Robert/Anna god almighty everyone looks old and rundown; even the young what is wrong with their camera? OLTL people stop overacting so much!

Liz is a longtime and close friend of BOTH Robin and Patrick, I'm not understanding why everyone is jumping to the conclusion that this is a Liz/Patrick pairing. It also seemed quite right for her to help Patrick with Emma, since he's so broken right now. Its what a friend would do! Their scenes have been top notch.
Kate needs to be written off, she's awful. Otherwise, I see a lot of strength in Rons writing regarding Robins death. Heres hoping the rest of the story lines can be adjusted to match it, cause by far and by large, they suck worse than a malfunctioning hoover!

AMEN to all of that. I've been saying for eons now that Jack & Phyllis are portrayed by 2 powerhouses who've done some of their best work on this show playing opposite each other. If TPTB on Y&R had any brains in their head they should be having these characters be like Daytime's Bogie & Bacall or even Y&R's version of John Dixon & Lucinda Walsh on ATWT. A lot of snappy, witty Billy Wilder-esque dialogue but sadly, I don't think the writing brass is capable of this.

Patrick was there for Liz during Lucky's first round of being a drug addict and even helped her obtain additional work to pay the bills. He was also a good friend when Liz was at Shadybrook.
Liz was there for Patrick during Robin's PPD story line, and has been a good friend to BOTH Patrick and Robin. After all, Robin is the one that asked Liz to be there for Patrick and Emma when she thought her viral load would continue to spiral down.
Liz and Robin met years ago (1997/1998) when the character began interacting with Lucky, Nicholas and Emily.

We all cringe when we talk about Nick and Phyllis, but what is MAB supposed to do? Josh Morrow can't act his way out of a box, and he does his best work when he is opposite Michelle Stafford. It is especially hard when The Twins are together on the screen. Josh Morrow and Amelie Heinle on the screen together -- oh boy! Two robots. Now it looks like we are going to have to endure another quarter-year of Amelie without Billy Miller -- Return of the un-emotional Victoria.
Pairing Phyllis and Jack is like putting the two best together. Perfect scenes -- it's really good. But they are needed to prop up others on the screen.
