10 Daytime Stars Who Shook Their Groove Things For Dancing With The Stars!

Once again, the cast of ABC's popular reality competition Dancing With The Stars is all everyone can talk about. With former General Hospital, Melrose Place and The Bold and the Beautiful hunk Jack Wagner representing the suds, we decided to look back on 10 other memorable daytime stars who've shook their groove thing on primetime TV!
Season 13 Winner: J.R. Martinez, All My Children (Brott Monroe)
Iraq war vet and All My Children alum J.R. Martinez became the second soap star and first All My Children alum to win Dancing With the Stars’ mirror ball trophy. He and Karina Smirnoff beat Rob Kardashian/Cheryl Burke and Ricki Lake/Derek Hough in the Season 13 finale.

Season 2: Lisa Rinna, Days of Our Lives (Billie Reed)
Soap vixen Lisa Rinna and Louis Van Amstel came out of the pack with a slow start, but quickly won judges over during Season 2 of DWTS. The Melrose Place and Days Of our Lives alum quickly became a viable contender and made the sophomore season interesting, thanks to her risque costumes and snappy comebacks to host Tom Bergeron. Despite getting top high scores from the panel, Rinna and her partner were given the axe due to viewer votes in Week 7.

Only times I watched that show were when J.R. Martinez and Susan Lucci were on.

Of all the ddaytime stars to participate, J.R. was the best dancer. If they were to devote a season to all of the daytime participants competing against one another, I have no doubt he would come out on top.
