YAY!! First MTS now Jess! I am loving every minute of it. Well, except for Angelo and that talentless twit who plays Angelina. Who ever told that girl she could sing should be taken out behind the woodshed! I'd sooner hear Mariah Carey try to sing "Carmen". Anyone who knows me would know I must really dislike Angelina's voice bc I think Mariah sucks putty water!

That great news! I was wondering what was going to happen to Jess Walton. I notice that she had less face time at the start of the year. However didn't know she moved out of Los Angeles, and still wondering more about her living in Oregon...Jamey & Jillian I'm nosey could you two find out more!!!

I hope Jess Walton is rewarded for her loyalty with a decent storyline which shouldn't be too hard to do.

If I were writing for her, ever since she went to work as a nail technician (the 2nd time), I would have had her eventually becoming the Queen Bee of her own OPI-like nail Empire and let Jabot Cosmetics, Newman and Chancellor Industries come courting for her business. By this time, Jill should be running her own company.

i want them to make a movie of Katherines life/Ninas book and "the actress" who is cast as Jill comes to town to do research on Jill because she is "such a complex character". The actress annoys Jill to no end but of course Katherine takes a liking to her. The actress eventually tries to take over Jills life and runs Jill down with her car and puts Jill in a coma for a few weeks.
Katherine visits and says "pick your color" to comatose Jill and Katherine does her nails while Katherine recounts their life together and tells Jill she doesn't get to go out before she does.

Maybe the actress is Kim Zimmer

You should write for Y&R. This sounds like something I would actually tune in to see.

MsAgentProvacateur1, I thought the same thing when Jill was forced by circumstances to return to doing nails. What a missed opportunity. Of course, I don't trust this show to utilize Jess Walton properly at all under the present regime.

Jess is one of my favorite actresses, so I am glad to see that she's not jumping ship. However, we all know that Y&R is not going to do right by Jess or Jill! She's gonna continue to be a shoulder rubber for that twit, Lily and her idiotic non-son, Cane. They got rid of Tristan Rogers and have relegated her to being a glorified day player! She deserves so much better, but then again, so does Kristoff St John, Eileen Davidson, Tracey Bregman, Christian LeBlanc, Jeanne Cooper and all the other beloved vets on the canvas.

she is incredibly under-used on the show.

hopefully that will change now.

More than a few times these past few years I've gotten the feeling they want Jess out but fortunately it hasn't happened yet. If Genie Francis hadn't been such a flop I'm not sure what would have happened. Jess is one of a kind and hopefully someone at Y&R knows this.

pair her w/Victor for real. She also hasn't had a scene with Phyllis in about 9 years - make them adversaries

Should Jeanne Cooper decide to retire and the character of Katherine Chancellor was gracefully taken out of the picture; Jess Walton would be the most obvious successor.
