LOL! I know that last scene with Jason of him having whatever brain issue is going on now was supposed to be serious.... but the look on his face... all I could think was that he was finally passing the log thats been making him look all constipated for a few months now.... hahahahahaha..... Sorry, I just had to laugh.
I'm glad Scrubs got a scene talking about building a dream home with a big backyard... I'm just sorry they had to waste their time talking about Jason's brain issue during it.
Ewen's kind of an odd duck, but I like him better for Liz than boring old Matt.
The Skate stuff was predictable. Sonny ought to look in the mirror and just figure out that he's really to blame for Brenda leaving him and not Jax or anyone else. The Kate thing, well if it's going in the direction of her having a split personality, it was so over done on OLTL, it's just going to seem like recycled storyline here.

More of Carly being Johnny's mother!LOL!Why can't they put him with someone his own age who does not look and act like she could be his mother? Those scenes would have been better and actually make sense if it was Lulu there instead.Or even Olivia, even though she acted like his mother at least she has some real history with Johnny and Claudia and knew something about their relationship. The scenes with Johnny & Carly on the docks just did not ring true to me because Carly would never say anything like "you have a soul" to anyone on the show at all. That is stuff Lulu would say to Johnny. In fact she said those same exact words to him in their last scenes together when she was telling him not to use Micheal last year.

I agree. At first I wasn't even sure what was going on, it was so badly done. Hey, maybe that's why Olivia's been having those fainting spells....she has a piece of dashboard up her nose.
I'm annoyed that he seems to be playing games with Liz. That is not what she needs right now.
Sonny never blames himself. He shot an unarmed man in his living room, and still, that was someone else's fault
Because this show is limited in AVAILABLE women in his age group. Maxie's free now, maybe she can pay Johnny a visit. KSt had chemistry with BrBa, but have we ever seen JL in a scene with him?
Why do I think Kate's new, slutty personality isn't Connie, but a different, third one?
Carly annoys me a lot of times, but I loved her parking her butt in the chair in Sonny's office and waiting for the explosion with Kate. I was so sad to see Sonny kick her out.
Please tell me Mataxie are done. They don't even seem to like each other, so why have they been dating. She looks like she only wants a rich doctor on her arm for occasions and him, well, I'm still trying to figure out what he saw in her.

Does Kate have D.I.D.? Wasn't that storyline beaten to death on OLTL with Viki/Niki/Tommy/Jean/Princess/Tori/Victor and Jess/Tess/Les/Mess/GuessWho?
Are we gonna see "Connie" running around PC acting like some cheap broad from Bensonhurst? Do they think Kelly Sullivan has the acting chops to pull that off?

Sunday...mulling over Thursday...for better or worse...you decide...
Spinelli riding a snowboard in a half pipe doesn't exactly inspire visions of Shawn White. His phase two of "Operation Jealous Boyfriend" seems to have hit a snag, mainly because Maxie wants quicker results. And with her jealousy/insecurity gears in overdrive, he's helpless to stop her from racing off to GH to put her own "Operation Romantic Push" into motion...
Matt can't make up his mind about what he feels for Liz.(Ewan can't either
but I'll get to that.) None the less, she's highly amused (and not a little flattered),: "...the guy was using pick up lines Patrick abandoned since high school..." "Don't tell me you're jealous?" They get a bit serious when she calls him out on his previously encouraging her to "move on from Lucky." "I just have a problem if you get hurt." (Awww. I love that.) She's touched that he cares that much. But she's not looking at him in a romantic light...
JL's delivery reminds me of Claire Coffee's Nadine (another nice character put in the supply closet never to be heard from again). Run on sentences, thoughts tumbling out, one after the other whether they make sense or not. She collars Ewan: "You're an attractive man." "Thank you." with a look that says "What are you doing?" He figures out her game and "plays" her right through to when Maxie steps in it, full foot, with her agenda. And he dryly offers her his card and an appointment: "I think I can help you.." "Wait. Wha...I happen to be one of the most sane people I know."
"Fascinating." Which irks her all the more. Yes, she's fascinatingly needy as a result of her upbringing thanks to an absentee Felicia. "Unreal."
"...I was just about to say the same thing." Oops. That Matt's out of patience with her isn't surprising. That she defends herself in the face of her convoluted view that Liz is stealing him is also true. He's not blameless here, either. "I can't do this..." "Are you breaking up with me?" Impasse...
Liz is interested in him. And curious enough to make the effort to invite him out. As I said before, Ewan's trying to make up his mind on her-is she an "unofficial subject" or is she someone he wants to engage away from a therapy environment? Or is he a tease, working an agenda, interested enough to go to an art exhibition one evening only to brush her off the next. I'd be a bit annoyed...
I'm glad that Kate got one over on Carly with Jax's help. After what she (and the writer's), did to him to get custody of Josslyn (via the bully), it was satisfying to see a chunk taken out of her hide. Not that she's gonna retreat. Maxie's not the only one to push a situation that she's not happy with. Which makes her intervening on John's behalf intriguing. She could easily walk away from this confrontation that stems from her initial
desire to "blackmail" John to keep Jr. out of his organization. Now that she's fully aware that her "digging" has resulted in a bigger mess (and one with deeply emotional consequences), she's gonna scramble to try and
"make up" for what she's done. "You have a conscience...a soul...you're
alive, breathing. I'd like to keep it that way." "Still don't understand why..." "I just do." Where this leads may take them in a direction neither expects. They're not thinking about that. Not now anyway...
He figures John will get over the shock about Claudia. Papa Z is just delusional enough to think he'll lose his "conscience...his soul" to the point where he'll leave it to the side and take his place as head of the Zacchara family without the emotional "baggage" that's piled up around him. Right now, John's not just "fighting" his grandfather. He's fighting "himself", but "himself" is someone he doesn't know...
His reaction was pretty much what I expected. He's making her acquisition of the Metro Court all about him. What really galls the bully is that, in
gaining the hotel, just as with the magazine, Kate didn't run to him for the financing: "Crimson wouldn't exist if not for him." "You refused to take start up money from me." "No matter how I feel...personally, I don't
want to be tied to you financially." 'Cause that's how he shackles people,
family and otherwise to him. And God forbid you try to break away from that hold. Her slamming out of his office having had the last word and her opening the armoire that contains her blood spattered wedding gown, may signal her unspoken desire to get away from him. Just as she did in
Chicago. Maybe this "split identity" (where the writers appear to be going)
will, ironically be her salvation from his grasp...
As much as I have not cared for the emotional cruelty that Sam and Jason's story has visited upon this couple, the question she presents him "Could you have raised (the Pest's) baby?" is one, that had it been a part of a different scenario, could afford some interesting challenges. As it is, we still have to deal with another gift from a villian who just won't go away...
Seeing Emma beaming at her parent's lip lock over the steering wheel of their parked SUV was so refreshing and "normal". I am praying we get more
of this type of thing when RC's material gets in the pipeline. Dear Lord, how long?...
Till next time...
Swan!
