Lauralee Returns to The Young and the Restless!
By Jillian Bowe on October 06, 2011
TV Guide Magazine's Michael Logan is reporting Lauralee Bell is heading back to The Young and the Restless. According to Logan, Bell returns to Genoa City just in time to set her eyes on grown up Ricky (Peter Porte), who has also made his way back home. Fans may recall Ricky's mom Isabella (Eva Longoria) terrorized Cricket's when she got knocked up with him by Paul (Doug Davidson). Bell is slated to return onscreen Nov. 9.

Looks like MAB is going to the Bell "bullpen" for some character "relief pitching". While I love Lauralee, I don't know if even she can shore up what's been happening with her parents' legacy. I don't like being cynical...

I'd actually look forward to that if we could expect some great revisit history here. But MAB will mess up that one too. Besides that Paul's son can't act.
I just hope that MAB isn't planing on recasting Isabella...

Hmmmm....Maybe Christine could be Jill's new love interest. At least she could get a make-out session like Nick.
Jill may as well switch teams,l I don't see them hooking her up with Victor or Jack anytime soon so she's only got the women to choose from now.

Is the show even worth watching with her on it??

Not just "with her on it", is the show really even worth watching anymore PERIOD is the REAL question!! I have never been a fan of Cricket, but I did find her more likable the last time she popped into town. Lauralee Bell seems to have chemistry with Joshua Morrow, so I was kinda itching for them to do a romance between them so that SyPhyllis' head would explode at the idea of "the Bug" taking yet another one of "her" men. Alas, Maria dropped the ball with that one.
I will welcome Cricket back as long as she doesn't revert back to being a self-righteous bore as she was during the 90s and 2000s.

The only thing I liked about Y&R this week was Katherine being bombarded from all sides; even from her loyal living Saint Brock of the Duchey.
Maybe Katherine will finally be retired to the background as the respected Dowager Royal she should now be rather than the wicked witch she has recently been. It would be nice to see a permanent ceasefire with Tucker and have Devon forgive and accept them both, because I really don't think I can put up with weeks and weeks of Devon's current distrust of everyone.

Glad to see my all time favorite girl or should I say young lady back on this soap. Now if we could just get rid or her awful sister in law, MAB.
How sad that she has to keep on losing viewers of this once fabulous show.
