Is KZ referring to actress Beth Ehlers on pages 97-98 of her book? I am surprised she included this blind item in it "There was one actress who fell in love with all of her costars".

I haven't read it yet californiaguy but that sounds like her, Mark Derwin who played Mallet and Rob Bogue who played the second Mallet lol.
Just from that reminds me I really need to get this book!!!

this was excellent interview...I love KZ. When she talked about her beloved Reva her voice changed, she loved her character and that's why GL's fans loved her.

I thought Beth Elers too when I read it. Because not only did she fall for both Mallets but didn't she also have a thing with Ricky Paul Golden. The book was great I finished it in less than two days. Which is really good for someone who hardly ever reads a book.

Wow, KZ didn't have nice things to say about this actress who falls in love with all of her costars, so I didn't want to assume she was talking about BE, but it does seem to point to her. I found the book interesting as well. Regarding her DUI arrest, I didn't realize it happened here in Los Angeles. It never made the local news.

Love this interview! Kim Zimmer is so awesome and I do hope she moves with One Life to Live with Prospect Park. Not sure any of the other soaps would put her on without a contract. She was so right about Sam attacking her with silly string, it was cute, but HIGHLY unlikely!

Larry was kinda pissing me off. I understand he doesn't like OLTL right now, but I don't see how he can say that. It has been on fire lately! Granted there are all these newbies who can't act, but they utilize their vets as well and I don't see why he doesn't care for it.

I agree. His comments about Shenell Edmonds and Erika Slezak's kids pisssed me off too. There was no need to go there. Kim was entertaining though. The book sounds good.

Larry Flick and Keith Price never, EVAH, fail to crack me up and mind you, they had me cracking up on the subway this morning. If it wasn’t for my wired headphones, people would’ve thought I was a nut. I actually found myself blushing and clutching my pearls more than usual. Ms. Kim is a great interview and I can’t wait for her to come back.

Now if I’m going to keep it real, I thought the Shenell Edmonds comments were not cool. She’s young and unless she has the reputation of being an unkind diva on and off the set, and from what Kim Zimmer said, she happens to be very sweet; she doesn’t deserve the no neck comments.

I didn’t catch all of the Erika Slezak related comments. What was Larry saying about Erika’s kids?

Did they ask her why she refused to accept a 15% paycut in 2005 which led to her costars (Marj Dusay, Jerry ver Dorn, Beth Chamberlain, Michael O'Leary, etc.) all being cut to recurring?

Why she made her son quit 'As the World Turns' when it was revealed his character would be coming out of the closet?

Why she said she would never put her name up for Best Actress at the Daytime Emmys if she won in 2006 ... and then went back on her word and put her name in and got a nomination in 2007 even though she won the award in '06?

The woman's a GREEDY, HOMOPHOBIC, LIAR.

luverica, Larry joked about Erika's kids' weight. I know her children are grown now (unlike SE), but it was still a tacky thing to say.

For those of you have the book, can you tell me if it's got color photos? Just curious because I'm trying to decide between book or Kindle version.

i thought the book was good, cut I expected more dirt! Kim seemed to have
a strained relationship with EP Jill Farren Phelps when she came back and I was hoping she would mention it. I remember in 1991 when Kim Mentioned about returning on the Oprah show Jill was quoted in tv guide as saying: "we have no such plans" and when Kim finally returned in 1995
she said she contacted Ed Trach and he said she was welocmed back and i remember kim said that she basically had to sell the idea of her coming back to the show to Jill and she would like to think that the ep of the show would support her return. Any how, if you remember, Jill left the show right after Kim returned in 1995, then went on to destroy Another World!!
I read the book in three hours and enjoyed it and I dont normally read
books let alone the whole thing. I reccommend this book to all daytime fans. lots of good stuff in the book, dont want to ruin ir for the ones who have not read it yet!!

A Diva has entered the room.....no really Kim Zimmer is ....oh there are no words. I love this woman!
