Be sure to bring a windbreaker and plenty of Kleenex with you if you're planning to attend the star-studded "A Tribute to Pine Valley: A Celebration of the Final Network Broadcast of All My Children" this Sept. 23. I'm sure there won't be a dry eye at the Sidetracks Bar (3349 N. Halsted St.) in Chicago.

Rosie O'Donnell will be there, too, preparing for her new OWN show (in the Oprah studios) and she said last month, when she had Robin Strasser on (I was on, too, as a caller!!!), she said she'd like to do something to bid a fond farewell to AMC! I hope that happens! Go, Naomi!!!

If I lived in Chicago I would so be there! Especially to see Brian Gaskill. I have always liked him.
Yes, I would like to see Naomi return too. Both times Naomi was on (as Adam's maid & as the flowershop owner on Valentines Day) were when Lorraine was HW.
A third time would be great!

I heard that the show plans on doing some time-jumping (like other ABC shows "Lost" and "Desperate Housewives") between the last televised episode of "All My Children" and the first internet episode of "All My Children: The Next Generation."
Apparently, they'll skip forward ten years and all the toddlers and under-10 year olds will now be grown up and the central focus of AMC: TNG.
Sad.

Where are you "hearing" that, though, because the rumor mill is in overdrive on the blogs and a lot people seem to be reading stuff that is nothing but speculation and then posting it as though it's fact. That's not doing anyone any favors.
Unless you can cite sources, I'm not believing any of this stuff. None of us should.
