Jason Tam Returns to One Life to Live

Former One Life to Live fan favorite Jason Tam is returning to Llanview.  According to Soap Opera Digest, Tam’s Markko will return to town, in July, for the premiere of his movie Vicker Man, starring David Vickers (Tuc Watkins).
