The Bold and the Beautiful's Scott Clifton took the prize for Outstanding Younger Actor. This is Clifton's first win; he has spent time on both General Hospital and One Life to Live. Scott Clifton has been nominated in the Younger Actor category a total of five times!

I was clapping so hard, cheering, my dogs freaked the fuck out and my dad was screaming at me to shut up, but I don't care. Scott's my favorite actor ever, soap or otherwise. He's just so... cool. He's funny, he's smart, he's nice. Everything about this boy is amazing and I am just SO happy he won.
