Is One Life To Live's head writer Ron Carlivati packing up his truck and moving to Port Charles? According to OLTL's Robin Strasser he just may. The actress remarked on Twitter:

Watch him turn Elizabeth into a raving, psychotic, baby-stealing lunatic---he has a penchant for assassinating raped women.
If he leaves OLTL before the end, he's a douche. But at least maybe they could get someone decent like the Labines back to end the show with class and style.

If Ron goes, him should take all his horrible creations like Aubrey, Cutter and Rama with him and make room for characters we want to see again like Tina, Cord, Cassie, Kevin, etc. God, a new head writer for the final few months of OLTL could mean the chances of Marty and Patrick returning for Cole INCREASE!!!
But this is ABC--they have probably just brokered a deal to bring Dena Higley back.

I think if this is true, this just might save GH. Frank knows how to produce and keep within the budget, and I agree with you appleridge...Ron has creativity and Garin knows the history...combine all three....we just may end up with a successful show...and a chance at surviving.

They aren't always the BRIGHTEST bulbs in the box, but they can always be counted on to provide eye candy!! We don't need the FORD brothers to invade Port Charles. Nor do we need pointless annoying characters like Rama invading the show with their bad accents.
If Ron does join, I hope it doesn't lead to GH jumping the shark and bring on too many newbies, then center the show around them.

If you knew anything about my internet history, you'd know I've been using the "AlistairCrane" moniker since May 2000, well before Alistair started raping people. Almost every heroine on the show was raped.If that isn't a mockery, I don't know what is. One girl was beaten and brutally raped over and over again for months on end.
And Sheridan Crane, the heroine of the show, turned into a maniacal bitch at the end.

The raped characters grew stronger because of their experiences, especially Theresa.

I HATE OLTL and Do NOT want to see ANYONE from that AWFUL show on Gh or behind the scenes. I REALLY do not ever want any of the actors coming to GH either except Ted King for the role of Lorenzo Alcazar. I HATE the dumb cheezie s/l on that show. If this is true GH has NO HOPE of staying on the air.

Rape was certainly NOT at the top of the list. Passions was satire, and stupid soap cliches were at the top of the list of the things they mocked.
Meanwhile, what Passions did or didn't do has nothing to do with Ron Carlivati destroying Marty Saybrooke. He's a misogynist pig---don't forget he tried to forge a relationship between Marty and the man who raped her. And then when the series ends it's SHE who's the bad guy. SICK SICK SICK!!!

When the behind the scenes and the breaking news make for riveting stories, THIS IS A PROBLEM!
As for this first and foremost, Robin Strasser is a mess LMAO!
And this will not be a good fit unless they keep him as a script writer writing character interactions.
I don't want to see any half naked men, Lulu remembering she was molested by someone and now she has the DID, singing and dancing, or Nancy Lee Grahn in gaudy looking getups.

AlistairCrane and Jamey, I hate to jump into the fray but the mockery of rape on Passions made me tune out! Nearly every woman on that show was raped for pete's sake and it was never dealt with in a serious manner but, rather the "go-to" plot point. "Walking around Harmony not raped-up...Um, let's rape the chick up!" Theresa, Sheridan, Fancy, Eve's sister, Julian's mother, Jessica, I think Paloma and Simone too. Basically every woman in Harmony got raped and it was not dealt with seriously.

It's as if this is the only thing you can come up with to defend the destruction of Marty because I've heard it from you a thousand times. Marty was never crazy when she first came onto the show. She was a teenager, an orphan who'd been through some rough times. There is ABSO-F**KING-LUTELY NO COMPARING Marty's actions in 1992 to the raging, demented, irredeemable sociopath Ron turned her into in 2010-11.
