Why is newbie Cutter in this video saying that people say that they remind him of Todd, a guy he's yet to share scenes with on the show? Is he related to either the real or the fake Todd?

My favorite part is the end. Can't WAIT to see these two men onscreen together. Face/Off! But who the hell told Cutter he was like Todd??? EITHER Todd??? ROTFLMAO! That’s an insult to both of them. And I hate Rex, but JPL’s line was funny. That said, I’m nitpicking, cant help it. I couldn't expand my thoughts on twitter: I'm SO glad they had Blair, Kelly, and Starr, since they have all worked with BOTH men. But I wish we could’ve seen Viki, Nora, Tea, Dorian, Marty(unless she still cray-cray), et al, considering they all worked with BOTH of the men too, in place of Dan-YELLA (love that name, so appropriate, I hate her), Cutter and NATE (ugh). I guess NuJoey and JVD represented Viki, lol. And Blair said “he’s the father of my child”. lulz. Only Shorty matters . That means Jack really WAS Max’s baby! LOL. I kid, I kid. Seeing them all in the same clip got me all nostalgic and ish.
