Precious' Fantasy Boyfriend Barret Helms Joins One Life to Live

Remember the dude Gabourey Sidibe's title character fantasized about in the movie Precious? It looks like he'll soon be making the women of Llanview do a little daydreaming. ABC Soaps In Depth is reporting Barret Helms has been cast in the contract role of Baz on the sudser. Look for Baz, a "sexy and confident college student who interns at a well-known newspaper" to start mixing it up with Llanview's younger set this summer.

With OLTL ending they should start focusing more time on the vets and less on the younger crew.

I still can't bring myself to watch Precious. For Colored Girls was bad enough. Anyway, at least today’s episode focuses on Erika Slezak, so I’m looking forward to that. I don’t tune into OLTL for the teen set. Never have. I was always a GH teen girl. Then when I was in high school and GH pissed me off, I was a DOOL teen girl, with Philip in love w/the ghoul girl Chloe and Shelle 1.0 (now known as GH's Matt and Maxie). The only teen I ever liked on OLTL was Starr, and that’s cause she grew up on the show. Then she got on my nerves and I turned to Matthew. Anyway, it's the OLTL adult set that always drew me in. the teens can have summer.

Sounds Like He may be For Destiny Or Denna Plus even though its a contract role he could be gone in 13 weeks
