I thought this was a school for gifted girls. Don't they know they have options? Or is sex ed taboo at this institution as well?

I feel just awful about that poor baby. I just hope it didn't suffer.

I hope the poor girl is kept on at Oprah's academy. I know Oprah's against teenage pregnancies but surely Oprah will find it in her heart to help the young girl get through her tragedy and help her get the rest of her education.

I've never heard that Oprah is "against" teenage pregnancy. She WAS a pregnant teenager!

If this girl killed her baby then she needs to be put in prison, instead of finishing her education.

This is not news this is a young girls personal tragedy. Just because it happened at a school that is funded by Oprah means absolutely NADA. Things like this happen everywhere and it might make a local headline. Just because one can put Oprahs name in the story doesn't make it news. I would say I am sorry for the girl and her situation which must be hell on earth. But she will never see it or hear about my sorrow for her. Please just stick to real news about soaps and pop culture!
