Tyra Banks Gets Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

Gossip Cop is reporting Tyra Banks was granted a temporary restraining order against Marten Williams, Jr., who Banks alleges is mentally unstable. In court documents, the former talk show host alleges Williams left shocking letters and items at her home. Earlier this month Williams was arrested for trespassing onto Banks' property and was placed on a psych hold. The temporary restraining order Banks filed will be in effect until Oct. 28 after a judge decides if it should be permanent.
