Tyra Banks Sued For $3 Million by Mom of Teen "Sex Addict"
By Luke Kerr on October 18, 2010

Tyra Banks is being sued for $3 million by the mother of a 15-year old girl guest on The Tyra Banks Show, who appeared in an episode about teen sex addicts without the mother’s permission, according to the Associated Press.
In a lawsuit filed Oct. 8 in federal court in Atlanta, Beverly McClendon claims the show contacted the teen on her cell phone after she responded to a request on the show's website seeking "sex addicts." The girl was then picked up from her home in Georgia in a limo and flown to New York, where she was put up in a hotel, all without her mother's knowledge, the lawsuit says.McClendon filed a missing person report with local police when she realized her daughter was gone. The teen has never been diagnosed as a sex addict, the lawsuit says.

It seems to me that an extremely mischievous teenager should be reprimanded by her parent(
for running away from home for kicks instead of suing people in charge of a TV talk show who might not have had any ideas of that teenager's motives!

Gotta make sure you dot your Is and cross your ts, Tyra!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But I agree, these people are clearly irresponsible, money-hungry and HORRIBLE parents who probably have neglected and ignored this girl her entire life. But you know what they say........"Those who can, do. Those who can't, sue............"
