According to We Love Soaps, daytime alum Andrea Evans has joined the cast of The Bay. No word yet on Evans' character. The Bay debuts today!

I wish she was heading to OLTL instead with a decent storyline, unlike the one she was handed when she came back for a stint in 2008.
