Deidre Hall Takes Legal Action Against Former Fan Club President

Former Days of our Lives diva Deidre Hall is suing her former fan club president to get control of DeidreHall.com, Marlena.com and to get back a variety of mementos, according to Radar Online.
Hall, 62, said in legal papers filed Tuesday that Cathleen J. Paradis "refused, and continues to refuse to surrender the domain name deidrehall.com and other domain names on behalf of Hall, unless Hall pays her thousands of dollars."

You snooze, you lose. She should have thought to get those domain names herself a long time ago. I'm on the fan's side on this one.

It's not just the domain name, Hall is also suing because she says that the FCPrez stole numerous personal items from her and is selling them online, including photos of her minor children. IMO that's the real headline, not the domain name dispute.
