Victoria Rowell on Wendy Williams: Clash of the Divas!
By Jamey Giddens on May 06, 2010

Help me Holy Ghost. Two of daytime's biggest divas came together on today's episode of The Wendy Williams Show. Secrets of a Soap Opera Diva author Victoria Rowell appeared on Wendy's chatfest to promote her dishy, new tome and also defended the Obama dress she wore at last year's Primetime Emmys. Rowell then answered questions about whether or not she will be appearing on the next season of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Take a peek after the jump!

Get it, girl!!! Promote that book and make that money!!!! Nobody can work a boa like Vicki. Alexis Carrington, step aside!!! The dress she's wearing is HIGHLY unflattering, but she looks absolutely FABULOUS for 50 years old!!!! 50 is the new 35, apparently!!!
I love how she WORKED that stage, and worked Wendy Williams RIGHT ALONG WITH IT. Wendy probably THOUGHT she was running that interview, but few women can upstage Vicki Rowell!!!
"Who is that white girl?"....how tacky!!Wendy Williams needs to buy some class, or rent some if it's too expensive. Black folks come in all skin tones!!! Most of Vicki's diehard fans know that Vicki Rowell has a daughter who is very light-skinned, and Vicki is bi-racial also!!! Wendy probably THOUGHT she was being funny and charming by this comment, but NO SUCH LUCK!!!!Wendy is so "hit or miss" when it comes to being funny....mostly MISS!! I didn't expect tact or good sense from Wendy Williams anyway. Still a great interview, though...

Wow that was a great interview! I had no idea she is 51 years old!!!!! She looks f*cking amazing! You would think she was in her mid 30s looking at her! I had to foward the clip to my sister who loves Drucilla and misses her on Y&R.
Victoria comes across as so down to earth and fun. I wanted Drucillia back but now I REALLY want her back!

Victoria looks great for a woman in her 50's. Amazing!!!
The way Wendy's phrased the question was rude(but that is Wendy's style) but I get what she saying, the first time I saw Victoria's daughter I was surprised also.

I want Victoria to produce her OWN independent soap, like what the Hacienda Heights people are doing. She has the talent, contacts, and the hustle to do it. People said Irna Phillips was "difficult" too, and she created a genre. Imagine a fully integrated soap opera produced by Rowell, it would be FIYA!

Yeah, Jamey, Victoria can write and produce a hit soap and hope that she does because the idiots of Y&R are missing.

that Wendy Williams appearance was the bomb! Victoria Rowell showed Wendy that she's a DIVA TOO! I was literally laughing my ass off when she asked the questions "Who's the white girl?"...Ms. Rowell handled it great but I'm like Wendy...seriously. LOL!
I can't wait until she comes to Ohio for a signing or I might just get on the road and go see her in Atlanta if she doesn't come soon enough!

Way to go, WW. Don't bog yourself down by doing any actual RESEARCH before you interview someone...

Wendy is an amateur talk show host at best. Everyone knows that.
The Soup has a standing invitation every episode with a clip from her show where she sticks her foot in her mouth.
Great for VR for handling the question about her daughter (I believe her name is Maya and her son's name is Jasper) with class.
Shame on Wendy for not doing her homework.
Too busy selecting wigs I guess.
And I LOVED the Obama dress she wore last year.
Youtube is firewalled at work so I will have to see this over the weekend.

Victoria Rowell is fast becoming the next Brenda Dickson.
Victoria is not the first actress to be let fired from a job, and she won't be the last. Really Victoria, just suck it up and move on, the only one you are hurting is yourself.
