 ICAM.  I think Dante sees his brothers and sister as being totally effed up by Sonny and wants to protect them.  That's where his loyalty is right now, to protect his siblings.  I can't believe he's sympathizing with Sonny when he basically blames Sonny for K's beatings.  There is a reason why K is attracted to dangerous, angry men, and Alexis and Sonny are responsible for that.

I really hope they don't turn Dante into a Sonny-sympathizer.  How could someone sympathize with such a whiny egotistical tantrum thrower!?!?  uggh

Dantes brothers and sisters are already screwed up because of who their father is. He isn't trying to protect Sonny. He is just trying to keep those kids from going through any more hell than they already have.

Today's show was a riveting fast paced hour. 

Loving Dante!  He's not protecting Sonny at all!  He's trying to protect his brothers and sister from any more pain and abuse.  Loved when he hit Sonny and when he got in Sonny's face.  DZ was awesome!

yesterdays show, and todays, was awesome. For the first time, in a LONG time, I can't wait until tomorrow.

Again Kristina abused is not Sonny's fault or her lying, I think we can put the blame  more on Alexis , because of all the lies she did ..
I also wanted Kristina to tell the truth to Sam and Alexis have Sam confront her that will be more powerful, that have Dante there ..

So having morals and knowing right from wrong makes someone sanctimonious?  But I guess on a show where the criminals are made out to be the good guys, someone who isn't a hired killer would seem too self righteous, right?  I mean, God forbid you actually would rather let the law handle a serial abuser, than rush out and shoot him dead. 

I'm not sick of Dante, he's the best character this show has seen in years.  If anything, I'm sick of Sonny.  How hilarious that he went running around town telling everyone that he wouldn't have shot Dante if he'd known he was his son, and yet today he told Dante that if he kept pushing him, then he might just push him too far.  So I guess that whole "I wouldn't have shot him if I'd know he was my son" only meant that if he'd known Dante was his son, AND hadn't pushed him too far.  Otherwise, then MAYBE he would've ended up shooting Dante anyway.

Will Morgan (an 8 year old) betray Michael (his 18 year old brother)? Umm...really? Morgan, the 8 year old, is being compared to the 'great betrayer' Brenda who wore a wire. I wonder will Sonny treat Morgan as badly as he treated her. No wonder these kids have a confused sense of right and wrong. Lying to the police and taking your own justice is the norm, it's okay for an 18 year old to kill someone and his family cover it up. Regardless of personal opinion on the subject, is no one in this family questioning that logic? Or the fact that at 8 years old, Morgan not only knows what the word betray means, but also if he really does betray his brother, his family might ostracize him for telling the truth and congratulate him for lying to the government (which the actor who portrays so deftly pointed out, "our father is a criminal"). I feel like I must have bought a soapbox recently, because WOW. I guess that's a credit to the show; it definitely has me riled up and talking about it.

Come on GH Lover.  You know Jax doesn't give a crap about anyone but himself and maybe his daughter.  He doesn't now and never did care about Carly and Sonny's boys no matter what he says.  Actions speak louder than words!

daydreamer - FYI, Morgan is 12 years old not 8.  But I certainly do not think he should be testifying againt his father (and perhaps his brother) and I'm really surprised the judge is allowing it.

If K had confessed to Alexis, her mother would probably look at the legal ramifications of making a false statement to the police and tell K to keep quiet and let her take care of things.  If K had confessed to Sam, Sam wouldn't believe her because Sam has put too much of herself into defending K from one and all who have doubted the Ethan accusation.  Sam would also have found some way to turn the entire confession into another "Sam situation". 

I haven't seen the episode yet.  I am waiting to watch it on SoapNet tonight. I want to see Dante deck that stupid, self-righteous, mobster brat of a sperm donor who sired him.

I'm with Arielade, not sick of Dante.  Dominic Zamprogna can grace my screen anytime.  And what is the reasoning behind thinking Dante is becoming a Sonny apologist?  Didn't he just punch the sh** out of him today after Sonny blamed Olivia for Dante feelings of hatred for him?  He sure does seem to just be looking out for his siblings, IMHO.

I am not tired of Dante because of anything other than overexposure, it's one of the reasons I wanted them to wait before pairing him with Lulu, the other reason is I can't stand Lulu. The best and the worst thing about Dante is he is connected to every front burner character on the show esp. Sonny's son, the brother of Carly's sons, and Jason hates him and wants him dead. It's too much, in the 2009 air hog count I believe he missed one episode from the day he first aired, and by my count he has missed about 2 days in 2010, too much of a good thing is still too much.

the problem or issue with Morgan is .. His Upbringing .. he is the direct product of mixed upbringing and mixed signals from his mother....

On one hand you have his mother who is very supportive of sonnys lifestyle and choices and then on the other hand

You have his mother who is very negative towards the choices that Sonny has made...

Then there is his Stepfather Jax who he basically idolizes as the Anti of his father...

Then theres sonny his father someone that always protected his family however he always knew it was in a bad way but never knew to the extent or depths that he could go...

Jason was always the one who protected the family

Now theres Dante who is basically the good version of Jason His friend... someone that liked the yankees but because he wanted to put away his dad and send him to prison something his mother and brother doesnt want he is at odds...

This kid is a mess.. because he is torn from the bad choices his mother has made for him and  the " good " people always telling him that his own father is a bad person...

Loved the talk Dante had with Olivia.  Even though LLC and DZ are so close in age in real life, they portray mother and son extremely well in my opinion.  Very believable!

LA gave a very powerful performance today as did little HP!  The scenes with Alexis and all three girls were very well done.  Kristina and Molly actually had me teary eyed at one point.

Loved NLG in all her scenes!  I think 2010 is her year for an Emmy!

Very interesting what Dante had to say to Jason.  Jason are you listening?

I’m not sure why Ethan doesn’t tell Lucky about the car accident he had with Maya Ward since that would easily explain the dented bumper.  We all know he didn’t hit Keifer!

Loved the talk Mack had with Alexis!  He’s a very wise man when it comes to child rearing but not a very good cop.

Why is Ethan being arrested on circumstantial evidence again?  And why is the PCPD’s forensic lab examining a car they towed without a warrant or permission of the owner?  Anything they find on the car will never be allowed in court.  It’s called fruit of the poisonous tree which means that any evidence that has been obtained as the result of an illegal act on the part of law enforcement personnel (such as a warrantless search) cannot be admitted as evidence in a trial.  And who leaked the arrest to the local news station before Ethan was even booked?  I didn’t think it was possible for the PCPD to come off even dumber than they already are.

Not feeling Olivia and Johnny today.

It will be interesting to see how Lulu handles telling Dante about her teenage abortion now that she knows how he feels about his mother’s own teenage choice to have him and raise him on her own.  I don’t think when a woman, let alone a teenager chooses to have an abortion that it’s taking the “easy” way out as Dante said.  I think it’s much more complicated then that and I hope when Lulu does tell Dante that the GH writers are thoughtful and considerate with their words. 

DZ looked very handsome today!  Is he wearing his hair differently?

I thought that the way Steve Weber spoke to Alexis was very callous and unprofessional!  Emergency or not, he should have at least sent a nurse to check on Kristina until he was able to do it himself.

Fascinating that Kristina felt that Jason would be the only person she could talk to who would not judge her or patronize her.  The look of sadness in Jason’s eyes as he listened to Kristina’s words was very moving.

The hour went by way too fast.  Is tomorrow here yet?

I loved the Kristina Jason scene and her feeling comfortable with him, because he was what she needed someone that will listen to her and not judge her...

I also love that alexis didn't really object she let jason there and wasn't near the room.

What exactly has Jason done for Dante's siblings?   He handed Michael over to Sonny on a silver platter and supported every lame decision Sonny has ever made.  I am most definately on Dante's side against Sonny and Jason.  I like that Dante told Jason to put his hatred for him aside because all Dante was doing was thinking of the kids.   How amusing would it be if Dante and Jason found common ground and bonded while shutting out Sonny?  I thought it was super funny that Jason questioned Dante's loyalty.  Is there really any more loyal group anywhere outside the boys in blue?  I think not.  That is a fraternity for life.  It is a mindset and a bond that Jason cannot possibly understand because his thinking has been skewed by Sonny.

 Oh Common everything Jason did, was for the kids life something Dante will never understand...
Jason gave Michael to Sonny because he wanted Michael to have a life with two parents,and that was one of the hardest things he ever did...
Jason stayed in the mob not only for Sonny but for the kids he is their protector..
Did I have to remind you that Jason told he was Sam's baby so that Baby will have two parents and Michael and Morgan will have Sonny and Carly together..
At that time he was still in love with Courtney..
He gave up his happiness so that Michael and Morgan can have their parents...

After Michael got shoot Liz asked him to leave with her But he refused, he took the biz So that Carly can have the rights over Morgan and Michael..
And Sonny will not be in the mob....

Dante was wrong and he does not know nothing about Jason and the love he has for those kids..
And lets not forget Sonny is in trial so he can protect Michael.. all the cover up was to protect Michael , Dante thinks that they are doing this to protect Sonny....
