I didn't like that suit on John Paul!! He is OBVIOUSLY more of a jeans and t-shirt kinda guy than a SICKENLY pink shirt and gray suit kinda guy!! Clinton Kelly just puts men in clothes that HE likes for himself, without taking their personalities into account!! I didn't like this makeover. He looked better in the pajama pants!!!
John is STILL way cute and charming, even though many have a problem with his "questionable" acting skills.......I still like him!!!

I think JPL looked great in his suit and pink shirt. It's nice to see someone who doesn't always wear suits dress up in one on occassion. It's also nice to see someone who wears suits all the time dress in jeans and a t-shirt.
JP rocked it and he doesn't look a day over 28

So Sherri is a real ABC soap fan and watches the shows all the time, huh? Then why did she ask JP and Melissa Archer if they were practicing kissing scenes? LOVED how JP corrected her, lol! Why does ABC insist on wanting us to believe that the View ladies watch these shows? I think the only one who used to watch the shows was Star Jones.
I thought JP looked good in the suit. Pajama pants are okay for in the dressing room and possibly to the gym, but not out in public and certainly not at soap fan events, where I've seen him wear them, and I've seen pics of him in them. If I have to get a little dressed up to meet the stars, then they should at least make some effort, too. Just my two cents.
BTW, Luke, thanks so much for posting clips like these. Sometimes I miss them live and it's nice to know I can come here to find them and not have to wade through the entire episode on ABC.com or on YouTube.

it was cute and all....but he didn't look comfortable. A makeover is fine, but they should still fit the person. if he wants comfort, I am sure that there is something else stylish that he could wear that is not a suit. Maybe a stylish top and comfy jeans...i dunno.

30? Oh man! I can't believe he's that old - or young. How long has he been on the show again? 9 years? 8 years? He started pretty young.
I love what the cast did for his birthday. It is obvious they all love him... even Erika Slezak wore PJ pants! I can't imagine VIki doing that...
Pink SO DOES not suit him. I would have loved to see him in a light blue shirt with a black suit. That is sexy to me.
