No. 19: Melody Thomas Scott, The Young and the Restless
The Young and the Restless' Melody Thomas Scott may hardly be on our TV screens lately, but interest remains pretty steady as she slips just one spot from No. 18 in January to No. 19 on February's Daytime Confidential Top 20.

See this just shows how stupid OLTL is for letting Brett and Scott go. Brett was barely even on if Febuary and he still made the top 20. If that doesn't show how ABC how "mainstream" and popular he is, then they truely are blind and dumb.
